They are extremely friendly, helpful and can answer all your questions about their water supply!They clean, and refill your large water jugs, and roll them out to your vehicle too! Its extremely clean, and they have awesome accessories you may need, like water coolers, new water jugs, personal water bottles, and more.They clearly list their step by step process how they are removing chemicals you would find in tap water! You can open an account, where you pay a certain amount, in advance, then the next time you come in you tell them your phone number and they see how much credit you still have available. The higher level tier plan you purchase, the larger the savings. You can still simply pay in the moment, but the price per gallon (3.78L) will cost more.The only drawback, and its not a drawback on the business, its more of the odd way the architecture of the parking area was designed. Its a bit confusing, going there the first time. Water To Go is located on the left side of the Smiths Supermarket, but attached. Plus theres a one way vehicle direction you have to enter in order to get as close to the store as possible.This was my first time customer for Water To Go and Im now going to be a frequent visitor in your store, and I wish you all the best wishes!

Mean lady. I am deaf and she yelled at me for not having a mask. More than three times in less than a minute, She looked scared to death of a person who was not a mask believer. I told her yah uh huh twenty dollars for a bottle. I will just go to Albertsons where they wont yell at me and I can buy twenty dollars of water in peace. PTSD She remembers me. Mean Lady. BOO! Then 6 people pulled up with their twenty dollar bottles ready to go. HAHA

$2per gallon of alkaline water is the best price and the most tasteful. Super clean, highly recommend. Thank you as always!! See you next week!!

We come here to refill our water. The kids always enjoy it because we get shaved ice while we wait for our refills. Good prices and delicious water.

This wonderful shop (Michael) installed a Watts reverse osmosis system under my kitchen counter and Michael comes annually to maintain it. I love that Michael works with Watts products (high quality AND made in Andover, Massachusetts). We use the water for drinking and cooking. Cant imagine not having it. Great taste. Michael is always a pleasure to work with—pleasant and professional. Prices are very reasonable.

Fast, friendly and professional staff. They have a few water accessories in the store, and they bring the water container to your car. I believe is the best place to shop for water in Albuquerque. I recommended it

Jack, Tyler, and the owner Michael(?), are all courteous and helpful. I live far from this store but I still come because its the best water supplier in the entire area!

I come here about once a week for my water needs. I have done several taste tests with family and friends and it is always clear which one is from this location and which one is from a municipal source. They offer a prepay option, which is nice and gets you out fast. The guy that owns this place is friendly and takes your water out for you.

Cleanest, and tastiest water I have found. They clean their water with a 14 step process! Phenomenal service and great products. Snowcones are good, and the three different ice teas are fantastic! My go-to place.

Awesome friendly people. Porter service to your car. Interesting water-related products inside. Sno-cones! And best of all, pure ice.

Nice staff. They also have things other than water. They have snow cones and brewed iced tea.

There water taste fresh. They clean the gallons before they fill them. They wash them with special chemicals not with the drinking water but a different pipe you can see it done.
