Not impressed by the customer service here. Very laid back and dont care attitude. Also they never called to let me know my door was in. Will shop elsewhere next time.

If I could select 0 stars, I would. I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one. Previously BMC and then bought out by Builders FirstSource. We used this company for lumber, trusses, interior doors, and windows/screens for our new home. From horrible customer service, incorrect quotes, losing parts of our orders, insane lead times, loose/saggy window screens, to delivering doors with broken holes in them with writing in marker that said forklift, the list goes on and on. I would persuade anyone from working with this company.

Oh My Gosh!!! Im doing a full remodel in my house and Fermin helped me with some French doors I needed, he was absolutely awesome!!! Im super picky and he was super patient and helpful, thank you so so much!! I will definitely recommend Builders First source!!

One star for the girl that actually helped us was a very unpleasant experience going in as contractors and getting treated that way was kind of shocking on every level

Bummer that deliveries are only accepted until 230.

All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are fair.

Loyalty and seniority mean nothing. Pay could be a little better after 20+++ years.
