Great service aside from one gentleman who seemed a little distracted but I think he was in training.Otherwise the staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable.

When I called to inquire on a stock item I was answered with a question “wait a minute do you have an account” After I stated I didn’t, that I was referred she didn’t respond she was let out an exasperated sigh, put me on hold. I had to listen for a moment to see if she hung up and if the call was still connected to realize the call was still ongoing. I thought maybe she is having a rough day and noted the 9:30am time. After a she came back she responded “yes”, I asked what sizes they carried she only gave a set of numbers with odd gaps in standard thicknesses in particular the sizes that from my understanding were of higher demand I had to reiterate and be specific and only then was told instantly that yes they carried those sizes too but it wasn’t in stock, so I asked the logical follow on of when it would be, she quoted me the number of sheets, which was far more than any business save for an architectural supply place would ever order, and then cartoonishly snickered at the schadenfreude she was herself delivering when she told me it wouldn’t be in for a month I couldn’t believe it. The time, not the snicker. The short of it is that you had better have an account, whatever that entails, to be considered a person to this business. Otherwise expect you might end being treated openly like the waste of time you are to them. I would like to say that I blacked out and became “the Karen” personified to warrant this sort of unprofessional petty behavior but that didn’t happen. I truly hope this the outlier and they fix the problem before permanent j losing chasing them

Shysters when it comes to Baltic Birch Plywood. I commented to someone the other day when I was buying Baltic Birch Plywood that the quality was terrible. Their response was we sell BB/BB rated plywood that is allowed to have up to 6 football patches per face. If you would like higher quality we would be glad to order you a pallet at a higher price. I counted the footballs on a piece when I got home - there are 11 on this face. They are selling BB/CP plywood as BB/BB.

Since moving here a few years ago, I’ve used them for several items. With the cost of material is consistently changing, they have always been great keeping me updated on the latest prices. Selecting material hasn’t been a problem and their staff is a lot better than big box stores.

Arrived at 7 am to buy some lumber and they were having a staff meeting and wouldnt be opening until 8 am. Great! I guess I will sit outside in the truck and wait! Nope! I went elsewhere. You should be open if your posted hours say you are open. That way when people come to your business to give you money, you are available to accept the money that keeps you in business.

A lady sent my order on the wrong truck that was supposed to be delivered on 09/3/2020 but advised it couldnt be delivered as promise until a week later. I had to drive three hours to pick up the material myself on 09/04/2020. I would strongly confirm the accuracy when placing an order with them. Time is money and it was an inconvenience to my business, perhaps a quality control should be inplaced when taking orders.

Had to go pick up my order that was sent to a different route. Then the following week my order was dropped off in Amarillo. I expected more from them.

Poor service. Waited for two hours to be helped and there were only two customers before me. No help loading the lumber into my vehicle and their inventory was not updated so they didn’t have what they told me they had. No return policy stated anywhere on receipt or website. The staff were not friendly.

Always helpful great prices on hardwood

Walked in, they laughed in my face because I had a piece of paper with dimensions on it? Not sure why. The guy at the counter treated me like I was an idiot and was absolutely insulting. I hear their products are good but I couldnt even get through the front door. I design and build custom furniture and will not be buying anything from them.
