I got a stereo here about 4 1/2 months ago Kenwood ddx26bt, I had a bad experience with these guys!!! Seriously I needed someone to rewire my subwoofer and amp because somebody else wired it wrong !!! I wasnt planning on buying a new stereo! I ended buying this Kenwood DDX 26bt/ and my amps and subwoofer was not rewired!! First of all I was OVERCHARGED I paid 540 for a stereo that goes for about $250 I was OVERCHARGED because its easy to take advantage of a female thanks a lot dont go here👎

Absolutely best audio place in Albuquerque. I am a female and not really technical type and I had problem with my audio for some time. I went to few different audio shops in Albuquerque asking if they can diagnose issue my audio had. Price just for diagnosing was very high and some places I feel like they try take advantage of me. Then I find Electric Avenue Audio on Rio Bravo. From beginning best service, very friendly they work with me and my budget, perfect job, they even replace battery in my automatic car opener because I told them I do not want to messing up with the chip inside. My stereo work perfectly now, and of course they even call me after if everything is to my satisfaction and if there is anything else they can help me with.

I took my 1794 Tundra in for a upgrade from the factory stereo, the service and installation was absolutely the best. From the time I walked in to the time I left, the Guys there are awesome professionals. Will definitely be back for more.

Terrible service, I didnt get but 5 ft. Into the store when the owner literally ran up to me and said, No dogs allowed in store!!!I told him this is my service dog! I need him, Im an Iraqi wounded veteran! I came here to buy a stereo!He says I dont care get out of here with your dog!!So you dont support combat veterans?Get out!Ok I saidI never went backI live in the valley and I try to support our stores but some businesses dont support us!So I went somewhere else for my car stereo

Ave. You will still pay less, they are friendly, will work with your budget, and very knowledgeable about any questions you have.. And they dont just set try to sell you the most expensive thing. They find out what to your price range and your design quality desire. And have many choices to fit you best

First off the customer service was exceptional. Mo and everyone there were super friendly and took the time to help. They installed a new head unit in my 2011 rav4 limited. I needed a jbl harness and were quick to order the right one i needed because they didnt have it in stock. It took a couple days for the part to arrive. I dropped the car off on a Saturday around 9:30am and it was done by 3pm. They installed the new radio, ran the wires for the backup camera and mounted it. They made sure everything was working after install and it was perfectly and professionally installed. They even took the time to show me some of the features and made sure i was pleased with everything. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to get anything electronic done to their car.My ratingCustomer service 10/10Install 10/10Communication 10/10I only had one issue and that was at night when my headlights would turn on, the button lights on the radio would not light up. Posted hours state open at 0900. 0915 still closed. Stood outside in the sun for 15 minutes. I left. Their adherence to their store hours speaks volumes about how they feel about their customers. Go somewhere else.

Thease guys will save you a lot of moneyThe sound went off on my radio went to many places and they told me you need to change the factory amp and that would cost at least 450$When I came here the first thing they did is test my fuses And it turned out the amp fuse was blown cost .50 cents that’s it.
