Have been with these folks for almost 6 years and have paid countless violation fees and lock out fees simply because they do not possess any kind of customer service ability at all. I am not on legal supervision and am a customer have been in theprocess of opening mt own business and been extremely busy. with that being said I never get treated like one. most recently I have been very busy and missed an appointment. I was facing a lockout on a Friday and trying my best to get there before 5 to avoid a lockout over the weekend, i was literally turning down the street and called and told them I was 2 minutes away and they said system shuts off right at 5. I got there at 5:02 after calling and the front door was locked and all staff still there and I had my kids with me even.. I got there were still cars getting serviced even and the tech ignores me then says did you make it?. going in now to pay an extra 75 dollars for a lockout code for this most recent lack of customer service. I would cancel this service in a heartbeat if I didnt have to pay absurd fee to break contract.

The mechanics are nice. But the front desk girl with colored red hair is very rude. Every month I go in she has a bad attitude. Regardless the reason for having to get an interlock you need to have better customer service. So glad I am done with this place.

The service provided was stellar! I was especially impressed with the customer service Alyah, the receptionist, provided! She was very patient and professional with all ten-thousand questions I asked and not once did she mind to go above and beyond to fulfill and answer all my questions and even offered to notarize a document for me! We need more people like Alyah who do their job with pride and a 😃!

For being in this situation, well, I guess its all good. Techs are always great and know whats up. The monthly visits are always interesting, and its fun to meet others of the like, that also fell victim to their own decision making processes.

The interlock is more expensive than some other companies like smart tech on 2ed st.. you do not have a 5 day grace period like other interlock companies. And the staff including the manager will not wave any fees .I would not recommend a company that does not allow their staff to make decisions on fees.Take your business elsewhere!

Legal Robbery! You try and talk to everyone there about a problem and they pretty much all talk over you with an answer that basically tells you they dont care and then they go about their business like youre not standing there anymore. Cant wait for my contract to be up but if you have to get an interlock, Id suggest else where

Im so glad I chose Hi-Tech Interlock for my for my DUI compliance. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I never had problems when getting my car serviced and they were always very efficient. Their prices were affordable and I always was given alternatives when I needed to make payment arrangements. The knowledge of interlock systems is apparent when talking to the staff. There were no questions I had that went unanswered. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Interlock to anyone that has to comply with New Mexico Laws or for those of you that would like to make better choices. They definitely are the best in town!! Thank you Hi-Tech! You made a difficult situation seem like a breeze!

Do not consider Hi Tech!!!. Wouldnt even give a 1 star if i didnt have to for this review. Went in to pay my monthly payment of $60 & they stated i owed $800 & disabled my vehicle to start. Owner stated i could leave my vehicle on there property. They kept avoiding my calls & messages to soon find out they have no idea what happen to my vehicle. Guess what Im in the process of doing....

If you are going to go with an interlock company PLEASE CHOOSE a different one! They have zero customer service and the manager isnt available for two weeks to even speak with. I felt i was treated as a criminal that didnt deserve respect. The front desk associate Leah seems to me generally unhappy with her position and treats you with a monotone unfriendly attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR SERVICE HERE!

Don’t waste your money. Terrible customer service. Find a different business.I was quoted 2-3 hours to get a remote start and alarms installed. After 3 hours, I was told an additional 45 minutes were needed and after those 45 minutes, I was told that the job usually takes 3-6 hours and I should have never waited for the vehicle.The owner, Anthony was unsympathetic and reluctant to make the experience any better.The young ladies at the front were very unprofessional.

I had a remote start/alarm installation completed. Fantastic service, installation and follow up. They use only the highest quality parts and products. After completing the install he checked and rechecked to assure complete functionality. The installer completed it with the exact options I requested and programed it exactly how I wanted it. I have no concerns if there a problem in the future that they will be addressed with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I will be taking my other vehicle for another installation of the same product! Highly recommend!

The price for their service is very reasonable and you get the best service here. I called last week to get interlock installation for my sons car, Alyah helped me and spent time to explain to me the whole process. She is friendly and kind. Today, I called again to make appointment. Alyah was not in and Stacey helped me. Stacey is a sweet heart and told me no worries and explain to me again the whole process. She went out her way to get her manager Anthony to help me to answer some questions for me. They have the best staff helping their customers. This is the best place to get the interlock system.

This is definitely the best place to get an interlock! The front make sure they schedule on days that work, the technicians always make sure the equipment is working, and they go through the contract and explain everything during the free install. I have been at Hi Tech interlock for a year and honestly couldnt have chose a better place. The people at the front desk will always help you and actually know what they are talking about when it comes to the MVD and things like that. They will always work with you financially, Like not having to pay violations right away. This place is the best, great customer service!

The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude.. she said the appointment was at 2, said I would be out of here by 3 and it was 2:45 before they even started on it. She said she didn’t care and I would never recommend this business to anyone... asked to talk to a manager and she said a manager was not here and didn’t want to call one either..

After a long year of paying this company a month in advance at a time, I got screwed over in the end. They say it will only cost 100.00 to get the device removed, but prepare yourself for 180.00 bill. Not only did I pay for the ahead but I also paid for the removal too. They had assured me that if I was not later than two weeks to get my license reinstated, the 65 payment would come out of the removal fee, but of course once you actually there to do it, they get amnesia. So go somewhere else, anywhere else. Save yourself the frustration that I experienced, they also will not treat you with the human dignity you deserve.

HighTech Interlock sucks worse places of all services. I got a violation for a glass of orange juice. Then they charge me nearly a $100 cuz I paid 1 day after due date. But when they installed it HighTech told me not worry about due date being on the 15th cuz there is a 5 days Grace Period. So I thought itll be ok to pay the day after. Nope even I spoke with the manager and he wouldnt give me a break. That place is a Rip off. People dont go there youll regret it. Now am stuck with them for 2yrs.

Piss Poor Service. Have left seven messages at his office, personally stopped by his office 3 times over the last year, with not one returned phone call or apparent concern for my safety, he personally installed alarm in my truck and does not respond or seem to care about his customers. Audio Express has better Support.Update, called me and demanded I remove post, texted me You are warped in the head. This is how he treats customers, I would go elsewhere for any services he offers.Update #2: Today 06/25/16 received another text from Derrick the owner, Youre definitely the stupidest person Ive ever known.

The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and do whatever they can to mislead their customers in order to tack on extra fees. They will schedule your service appointment on days when they are closed, then charge you for a missed appointment. Their equipment constantly malfunctions and seems to be programmed to such a high sensitivity that anything with a trace amount of alcohol will cause a failed test, ie; asthmatic inhalers, bread, food with a lot of sugar. There are many choices in town for this service, do not make the mistake of choosing these greedy bloodsucking wallet rapists.
