I was in search for a van for my growing family and found an option at GB Sales. I sent a Facebook message inquiry then had a quick, professional response. After some correspondence, I called then planned to see the vehicle. The van had already been taken to a fleet mechanic for inspection and repairs were made then. They entrusted me to take the van to my mechanic for another personal inspection, which it passed. The price was generous. The buying process was friendly (not pushy) and professional. On top of this, the next day they took the van to an emissions shop and paid the cost without me even asking for this; of course, the vehicle passed. They freely offered to transport the vehicle to my home in the East Mountains since I drove to their shop.Within a few days of driving it, I realized that the AC in the back of the vehicle wasnt working. I called GB Sales and they immediately came to my work place to pick up the vehicle and take it to their mechanic. The van ended up needing a part which was only available in Farmington NM so the owner personally drove halfway there to meet up and get the part. Not only this, but a possible leak was found with the brakes and this was repaired. All this was done in only 2 days with close communication with me, then they drove the van to my home in the East Mountains. All this without complaint, without cost, and with professional kindness.Father and son run this local business in a way that should be a model for all. Thank you! I am totally satisfied with the vehicle and the service.

Not pushy and genuine. My extended family of mechanics inspect cars and point out problems helpful to the buyers/sales personnel. We provide counter offers given the necessary repairs which general is met with anger and no deal. They sold my daughter a car that was in excellent shape at a fair market value. It was inspected by a fleet mechanic that knew that model for many years. Given our history with car sales operations here in New Mexico this experience came as shock and a relief.

So overall as far as a used car buying experience goes this was a pretty good deal. No pressure sales environment with good prices, and very understanding of the indecisiveness that one might go through during a purchase. Good inexpensive selection. Would recommend to some looking for that price range of vehicle.

Great friendly staff and variety of well priced cars

GB sales completely and intentionally screwed me over!!!! I bought an older truck from them and they either put motor honey or gear oil in the engine to MASK the engine blow by. Which is a huge indicator of a engine rebuild. Something that I actually looked for but the truck didnt have due to thicker oil. 2weeks go by warranty nulled and me stuck with a blown engine that they KNEW was blown and lied to my face to make a buck and screwing over a not so wealthy family. My wife me and my son. Totally bonded me do not!!! I say Do not!!!! Do business with them...
