This is a really good place to buy a car Doug is a good guy that hasn’t left me hanging even after the car left the lot. I never felt pressured into buying a car I didn’t want and everything he told me about the car was accurate and true. I’ve read the reviews before I came to buy a car here and was skeptical because all the negative stuff people said in the reviews but it was not accurate at all. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a good vehicle

Phenomenal, very professionalI would recommend getting a car here. My family and I have all boughten cars here throughout the years. We first started out with a g6 back in 2013 and then moved into a mountaineer. A couple of years later we got an impala which ran excellent. Till this day we still have all these vehicles with no issues. Within the last three months, we bought a Charger, BMW, and an Eclipse from Doug. I cannot say how appreciative we are of him. Even when there was a minor issue with one of our vehicles, he was always open to help us out and fix the problem. I will continue to refer my family to him.

I can’t say enough about Autowerkz. Conveniently located off Menaul and the freeway I was surprised by the wide range of vehicles they had to offer. That’s not what got me to the lot. $1000 down. Owner finance. That gave a girl like me with not so perfect credit a chance to get a vehicle I could be proud of and work my credit score back to health. It did.The owner Doug is amazing and incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. I told him my fears and he worked with me. That was two years ago and today I have 5 cars from Autowerkz.It works

Very shady!Came by to look at a car. They told me it drove wonderfully had their shop look over it and it was clean. Took it to a local shop and got about 4K wrong with the car not including labor back. Asked if he could drop the price to compensate and he said he would get more money if his shop done it and he’ll charge the same price for the car but they had no idea anything was wrong with it. Very very shady. Would not recommend!

Worst dealer ever, they act like it’s not their problem once the car is out the lot, you explain the problems and literally ignore you, I got a gray mustang that would over heat and it started leaking inside when it was raining! Didn’t know the engine light was on until I went to get an oil change but THE DEALERSHIP took the light out! Then they didn’t want to give us the money back when we requested, but I guess some need it more than others, but yeah don’t come here you guys will get sold junk!

Sold me a lemon. Long story short I was told theres nothing I can doBattery has left me stranded multiple times. Found bugs under the interior. Went and found out the check engine light has been on but the dashboard didnt give me the capability to see it because it didnt work. Go somewhere else. This place is trash. So is Doug the owner

My wife and I had a great buying experience with Gary at Autowerkz. They had a solid selection of used Subarus for us to choose from, which saved us a lot of time. Gary took our high mileage 2005 Suburban on trade at a very fair rate. He made us a really good deal on a 2004 Subaru H6 Outback. I can also attest to the fact that their 500 mile, 15 day warranty is legit. We discovered a few minor problems on the way home in our new Sub and he made sure they were all taken care. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready in after work. They do have their own shop which specializes in Subarus, as Gary told me. There were at least 7 or 8 of them there being repaired. The fella at the shop was polite and professional and seemed to actually care about the job he did. The car drove beautifully all the way home to Santa Fe where we live. A BIG THANKS to Gary and Autowerkz. And, NO, we are not associated with Autowerkz. This is an actual and honest report of our experience!!

I love that they have a 100% credit approval! Even with the troubles we’ve had in the past my husband & I were able to get a car through them. The process is so easy. The thing that takes the longest is finding the right car! After that the application through signing paperwork is maybe 20 minutes long! Beats waiting at a dealership for hours on end just to buy a car. Payments are decently priced and terms are short! I recommend them to everyone! They definitely value their customers.

Great place to buy a car. I drive Uber and Lyft all day everyday and the car I bought from Doug handles it with no issues. Doug the owner, knows his cars and is very fair. Bought a car that didnt even work good after a month. The truck I traded in was for sale two days later, which had a lot of problems. Gave the car back after a year of problems, and it was back on the lot the next day.

Id give them zero stars if I could! Not only did one of their drivers try to run over my neighbor, but he was up and down our street late at night bothering all of the neighbors, he trespassed on her property, HE TRESPASSED INTO HER HOME, and destroyed parts of her property along with popping the tire AND DAMAGING the vehicle!!

I cant even give this place a review because I never got to speak with them. if i was able to leave 0 stars that would be accurate of my experience. I was very interested in a car there and called numerous times before Stephanie FINALLY called back and left me a voicemail.... I was never able to reach them again. I called everyday for over a week with no response. Very unprofessional. over three weeks of trying to contact a business with no return phone call is crazy.

Thank you for giving people the opportunity to get a car with little credit. The payments are very reasonable as well. I also like the fact you finance. Great company. Hard to get s vehicle now and days if you have no credit.

Where to even begin? Lets start off with the sales girl. She was awesome and super friendly, helpful and all around pleasant. Now the owner, total douchebag. The inept displayed by him and his all around demeanor and behavior are truly mind blowing. He feels hes to good to greet his potential customers or even introduce himself at that. He literally sat there staring at his phone and would not even make eye contact all the while his sunglasses sit on top of his head which looks completely unprofessional and idiotic at that. The place is a wreck inside, files and folders, titles and any other junk you can imagine fills the office up knee high, honestly looks like a chop shop. Meeting him, if thats what you wanna call it was the deciding factor to walk away with my money and go elsewhere. If you wanna buy a car from a middle aged man who dressed like a 16 year old wanna be biker/thug with a to cool for school attitude, this is the place for you! I wish the rating system would allow a zero star rating as this place doesnt even deserve a one star.

Went there and started to browse vehicles. Their prices are totally inappropriate for the vehicles. Two vehicles that are years apart are being sold for the same amount of money. After twenty minutes of browsing around no one even bothered to come out and greet me much less ask me about what I might want to look at. Stay away if you value customer service.

These people never answer phone. When you get a car from here you better hope you setup a direct deposit to pay them because when you try to inform them youll be late to pay they are quick to repo your car. Good luck

Do not do business with this company, They hired us to repossess a car and then refused to pay their bill after we recovered even though they signed a contract and received a price quote before hiring us.Their excuse was car was in rough shape when they sold it so it wasnt worth much. Feel bad for their customers. We have all this on tape should they claim this is bad information.

SHOPPER BEWARE!Do NOT buy anything off this lot without getting it inspected first. These guys tried to sell me a Kia Rio with a wrecked subframe. Like.. an actual totaled car that needed over $2k in vital repairs.These people straight up will sell you a lemon and slap a $5k price tag on it 😂😂😂😂I wasted hours of my time and my hard earned money because the couple running this place are trying to grift. I repeatedly asked if there was a collision, etc.

I was in talks with a private seller whom didnt own the vehicle but claimed to own it. Talked with Doug about the situation & he informed us that he HAD the title down at his business. To make the story short I had my auto loan check from USAA mailed in the sellers name. This place of business is VERY shady. The vehicle was sold the day before I was set to sign papers for the car. Weird how you sell a vehicle that you had already sold. Would NEVER do business with again. Beware on calling their place of business, the receptionist is full of attitude, but thats IF they answer the phone.

RIDICULOUS!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Save your money. Not only a ridiculously high interest rate which makes it nearly impossible to pay down the loan even after your $1500 down, they WILL repo your car even after 15 days of being late..15 days!!!!! Not only that, the girl who answers the phone is oh soooo nice when youre buying but after this she freakin rude!! Spare the nightmare and go elsewhere, even Drive Time!!!!
