I love, love, love this place! I was first there about 6 months ago for an eye exam and to get new glasses. It was a good experience with the exam and the technicians. I wanted to get a pair of sunglasses as well, so I was waiting for their sale of 2 pair for $69/$99, which is on now. Awesome experience!! I ended up buying 4! Pair!! Deanne helped me and wow! she made it fun and easy to choose!! Shes very friendly and helpful... just a really great person. I bought a pair of sunglasses, and extra pair of glasses and because who can brat that price, I also bought a pair for TV and one for reading all in fun colors and styles. I went in for the first time to this location about a week ago since I was due for an eye exam and needed new frames and I’m usually one to check out reviews before trying a new place and this location had awesome reviews and I see why! Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable! Yvonne helped me a lot and answered all of my questions which I did have a few being that my lenses were going to be completely different from what I had before. I also received my glasses super fast! Awesome place and awesome employees I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

I have bought my last 3 pairs of glasses at this Visionworks and I couldnt be happier. The staff is incredible and have patience of Saints. This is the only place I will go for my glasses. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses one week ago and today I got a call that they were done. Great customer service!

Dr. Carol, Tina, and Monique helped me out with every step of getting my eye exams, contacts, and glasses. Everyone was incredibly kind and patient as well as friendly. The process took a little longer than I was expecting, but it was well worth the wait especially due to the time Dr. Carol spent making sure my exam was thorough. I felt better educated and prepared after leaving her office. I would highly recommend getting your eye exams here and getting your frames here, too.

Visionworks is a great place to get an eye exam and an even better place to shop for glasses. Melanie made a great suggestion for a pair of sunglasses and clear lens frames right when I started looking. I spent the time to look at other frames but ultimately bought both the frames she suggested. She clearly knew the inventory and what would look best for me. Then she took the time to make sure I was maximizing the benefits from my insurance coverage. I cant recommend this store enough.

Deanne and Melanie helped me out so much today. They helped me find a pair of glasses I really liked after I had spent 2 hours at another location trying on glasses and wasn’t really happy with what I found there. I had glasses and sunglasses set aside for me at another location and Deanne called to get my eye script and I still wanted the other pair of sunglasses from the other store so she called for the information for those sunglasses for me to order at her store. They were beyond helpful. I made things a little difficult by not remembering correctly what the sunglasses looked like and it caused confusion and a delay, but they stuck with me when I wanted to give up. I felt bad I wasted their time and energy but they were so nice and they ordered me some awesome sunglasses and glasses. I bought 2 pair for $360! One pair was Michael Kors $199 (just the frame) and another pair $219 (frame) and my vision is awful so my lenses are usually pricey, but the deal they have going on is amazing. One pair at Costco usually costs me about $289 for me and the lenses are so poorly made and get a nasty film on them or I’ve paid $340-$390 at other vendors just for one pair of glasses. I haven’t been to Visionworks since 2003. I hope the glasses and sunglasses come out great. Thanks you two for your time, and patience. I really appreciate it. Buying glasses is a pain most of time.

The employees at vision works were very attentive and courteous. Diane and Its me was very nice and assisted me in finding the right glasses and helping pick the right frames. The doctor is the best eye doctor I have seen. He was spot on with my prescription and so friendly. I recommend going yo Vision works at the Cottonwood mall for all your eye care needs!

I love coming here for my glasses and eye exams at the doctors office that shares their space. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The doctors are very thorough in their exams which is important to me as a diabetic. This is a one stop shop and I definitely recommend it. I recently upgraded my glasses with a new pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I tried on a bunch of frames to find the one that looked good and fit well. When the sunglasses came back, the fit was very different. The fantastic staff tried several times to improve the fitment but to no avail. This is the point that they really committed to customer service. They told me to pick out another set of frames at the same cost and they sent those out to cut new lenses. I now have my new sunglasses and they fit perfectly and look great. I didnt have to pay any extra and the turn around was quick. VisionWorks went above and beyond IMHO and they are the only shop I will go to.

Most informative eye exam Ive ever received. Staff was helpful picking out new frames, and when it was time to pick up the new glasses they hardly needed any adjustments to fit correctly. I will definitely be back next time I need to update my look.

The whole eye exam and glasses buying experience was great. I had to use my health care spending account. Dr Vigil gave me a comprehensive eye exam and went above and beyond in explaining each aspect of the exam. I found glasses I liked in short order, and the sales team showed me the best deals for frames.

First I went to the Visionworks on Cutler to get replacement nose guards for a pair of glasses I bought from them several years ago. They didn’t have the right kind, so he phoned over to the Wyoming office that did. I drive over the woman was very helpful and put them on my glasses free of charge. I know I can probably get my glasses cheaper online, but would they do that for me?

The wonderful ladies at this Visionworks saved my upcoming vacation and I am very grateful! After another local eyecare company failed to place the order for my contact lenses I found myself in a pinch to get some contacts in before leaving town in less than a week. I walked in and they immediately greeted me and helped get my prescription transferred over. Monique (from the eye doctor side) went above and beyond to let me try out a pair of the lenses before I placed my order and then sent me home with some trials so I have them for my trip this weekend! The Visionworks got me the first pair of new glasses according the prescription I got a month ago from an optometrist in LA. But this first pair made me so dizzy even after half a day. The Visionworks then re-examined my eyes, provided the new and correct prescription, and free pair of new lenses. I just started wearing my new pair of glasses from them. Feeling good!

Today I went into Visionworks and as always was greeted by both the employees, which is a plus especially after the bad start I had had at another so called competition store. I had gotten my Rx and was disappointed because the office where they accepted my Ins. was going to be very expensive for one pair of lined-bifocals, plastic, NO upgrades. I decided as I mentioned to go into Visionworks and was beyond pleased. Not only did I find the customer service a plus but the variety of frames was unbelievable. After trying on many frames with the help of the associate she went over my lens options and because of the special I was able to get 2 pair of eyewear for what it was going to cost me for 1 pair, and this included all the upgrades I needed! Thank you as always for helping me, I know I will be back and will continue to send my friends to this store.

I got my favorite pair of frames here over four years ago and still get compliments on them (I usually wear contacts). The staff is super friendly and willing to help, and they know their business, so don’t hold back in questions:)

They charged me extra money for a visual field examination and acted offended when I asked them why they didnt warn me about the extra charge before hand. One of the assistants stuck some nasty piece of hardware into my eye and then noticed that she had forgotten to clean it. They dont have a mechanism to measure tear evaporation time, so I couldnt see if the xxydra that I have been taking has been helping my dry eyes. The women in the front office were having shouting matches with someone on the phone. Very unprofessional.

Made an appointment weeks ago to come clear accross town from Rio Rancho because I like Dr Vigil so much.. And my dentist is next door so 2 birds with one stone... All be dam if they didnt have any record of anything and the young lady who took all my info weeks ago was very Thorough manager came in said they could see me at 10:15 original Appt was for 10... No worries at all at 10:30 I was informed that the lady sitting next to me was going to go in first cause her apt was for 10 when my apt was supposedly scheduled umm what happened to the 10:15 that was just made for me? Im sorry sir if you wanna re schedule for 2 now thats the next time we can take you so it doesnt interfere with your other 11:20 apt... No thank you Ill never return to this location ever again... Sorry Dr Vigil I tried...Jennifer Pinion the GM at Vision works at Cottonwood where I have always gone took care of me as usual with no hesitation... That location is 10 star in my book 😊
