Truly disappointed. I have an older home that I put a lot of TLC into so I saved to be able to get granite in my kitchen. I was referred to Lopez granite. Dont get me wrong the people are very nice but they do shoty work. I bought my stone and it was fine. By the time it was installed in my kitchen the granite was scratched significantly. The workers came out here many many times to fix it. The more they worked on the stone the worse it seemed to get. My granite looks as if I have had it for years. They were willing to replace the stone but with more cost for me. Why? I didnt scratch my granite. They made me feel as if it was my fault that all this happened. The manager said that I would be happy when they were done and he was so wrong. My husband and I will now save money to find a company to replace the granite. So basically $1900 down the drain, not well spent. I am embarrassed because my husband was referring this business to a lot of big companies seeking granite installations. I just hope they got better service.
