Lies, no phone answering, cant just say what the problem truly is, months of waiting to be ghosted. Then a wait to get back your deposit.Add all of that to the sketchy, angry ( because you called) and you have a no sale from me.I cannot emphasize this enough. Do not go here if your not ready for some Burquenyo styled sketchy un-business like behavior.

This place was a waste of time. We didnt get the help and not a bright person. We had everything to offer to get a home. But I guess it something to do with race that got the help and time. Will not go here and will not recommend my people here at all for the race. Spend 1min in the office and automatically got denied without check anything and asking for how much to put down and the travel time and the drive quickly got treated unfair.

I have had the worst experience with repo depot. First off when I purchased the home I had to provide all of my own installers gas, water, electric, heating and cooling. They couldn’t even recommend anyone to help. Once the home is installed and I had issues they would not provide Any assistance in getting anything corrected as they should within the first year! I am to the point well I wish they would repossess this house.When the air-conditioning unit turns on it sounds like a 747 is about to takeoff in this house. Only half of my house heats and cools and they refuse to help. Go next-door to Karsten and buy a house with better quality and customer service.

Glad my family and I stopped at Repo Depot to look for our first & new mobile home. They not only have bank repos but they also carry a nice selection of New mobile homes as well, and Im talking super nice!! Liz is awesome!! Makes you feel welcomed and like family. Yes, she and her team are very busy so please be patient and give them a chance. It was definitely worth the 4hr drive over, and cant wait to be back and hopefully sign on a new home soon 👍

I recently purchased a preowned doublewide. It was a bit unusual because I bought the home long distance. They described the home to me and sent videos and it was just as described. Liz is amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty doing whatever needed to be done so I could have my home. She completely explained the process. She was always there to help and answer questions and was always friendly. She makes you feel like part of the family. Jessica was so attentive and willing to help at a moments notice and so friendly. Nubia was always very polite and willing to help. All in all it was the best customer service and wonderful experience buying my home. Definitely recommend you buy from repo depo!UPDATE: The Dave and the rest of the crew that delivered my home went above and beyond! The home looks brand new! They were professional, kind, respectful, and hard working. Dealing with repo depot from beginning to end was a wonderful experience! I couldnt be happier! I thought buying a mobile home was easier then getting a home mortgage I was wrong. Repo depo has a slow old process.they pick and choose people. After getting denied here I was determined and went to my bank. I was able to purchase and close on my 200,000$ home through my credit union . Now I own a real home and not a mobile home. Yay

The people here are simply awesome. Huge selection of mobile homes, great designs and you get to pick one and design it as you wish. All mobile homes are open so you can go in as many times as you wish. Theyre well decorated so you get an idea of how your new house can look like. Its a mobile home seller like no other. Prices are so competitive, they have the factory next door so youre not paying any out of state delivery fee.

I went to Repo Depot to find a nice home for a decent price. They have lots of options on there lot. If you dont find something you love they will hunt down one you will! If you have a low credit score they still will work with you! They are really nice people and the owner is very considerate. I am very happy my husband and I decided to go to them!!!

I needed to get into a home with in a certain amount of time. They completely understood and helped me out right away. I didnt even know where to place the home. They helped me place it into a wonderful community. They accommodated all my needs and really helped me out of a bad situation. They are a great place to buy a home

I bought a home from Repo depot about 8 months ago. Its was a smart decision on my end. It was a good and easy experience. I didnt have to pay sales tax or closing cost. They delivered my home all the way to Taos, NM which was no extra cost to me. I am still enjoying my home. Have not found any problems. I would highly recommend to any body!!!

While we were looking for home we found Repo Depot through a mutual friend of ours there is no other company in New Mexico that even hold a candle to these people right from the very start theyre willing to work with us they got us in our own home theres nothing they wouldnt do for us as we wouldnt do for them theyre the greatest experience weve ever had to deal with in home buying if youre looking for a good quality home at a great price with great people that you can trust I wouldnt recommend any other company other thab repot Depot this is the place to get your home from

Tried to call 3 times. Left messages. Never got a return call. Drove 3 hours to check stuff out and even though everything says they are open on saturday NO ONE WAS THERE. Great way to sell homes guys.

My family home burnt down in January, and with my credit not being great at all normy husbands. We instantly thought we needed to go to a Repo Depot. Taking advantage of the fact that they new we were desperate for a home they tried giving us a home I didnt not want I found one I truly liked but the owner of the repo said no. I wanted a home I would be happy with. We told our sales person we would be looking around. He said with our credit we would NEVER find us a home and nobody would approve us. Well we went to solitaire homes and after 2 weeks we received a call that a bank approved us so instead of living in a home I wouldnt have been happy in I am patiently waiting for mine to be built and deliver. Thank you repo Depot for turning us down that was the biggest blessings to have.

Went to go look at repo trailers however they like to choose which ones you can see and then really mark them up still have a lot of damage for the price they want
