I have once again used these folks, once for a a key fob replacement, today for a smart phone issue. Each time I have been here, they have shown to be honest, straightforward, and super competent. They kept in touch with progress, and completed each job sooner than anticipated! They are very personable, friendly and maintained a great attitude. I have always had good experiences here. Today, I had a great experience. I was looking around for a new battery for a car, and found one that fit, with a good price and warranty at Batteries Plus. Ordering online got me a discount, and within half an hour someone called me to discuss my order.There is a battery shortage right now due to the pandemic, but they had seen my order and looked for other compatible batteries that would work for me, because the one I ordered was out of stock. It was ready that same day, and the staff were all friendly and helpful (especially Dalton, who cross-referenced the alternate battery and took care of my payment, refund for the price difference, and core exchange)!

Customer service was great, the price was reasonable, and my phone was fixed relatively fast. I will probably come back again if I have any other issues.

I brought in a 10.1 galaxy tablet to get the screen replaced. They charged almost as much as it was worth just to replace the screen. I got it back to find they didnt glue the screen on good and it fell out. They wouldnt fix it because they said it was to hot outside for the screen to stay in. I had no problem before. The new screen was plastic also. Samsung uses glass. When you pay for a service they should back it up. I called corprate and never herd back from them. Ill never step in that store again. Hope you dont make the same mistake i did. Best Buy from now on.

They are great! I scheduled a charge port replacement and they just cleaned out my charge port free of charge. Problem solved! It took 7 minutes instead of 45, and $0 instead $90!

Associate DCAN was very nice and helpful. He explained what he would be doing with the phone. He gave us an estimated time it would be ready for pick up, and he called prior to the time to let us know we could pick up at our convenience.

This may be a premature review because I got my phone fixed yesterday but I am extremely satisfied with the results. My phone screen looked like a spider web and so I booked an appointment for 5pm and went in at 2pm to make sure the quoted price online was correct and the fixed it right away! It took less then an hour and they were very nice! My phone works great and looks great!

I would highly recommend this place. I broke my iPhone and was able to have it quickly repaired. I was told a time it would be ready and much to my surprise it was sooner that what I was told. Great customer service, and they were able to answer questions I had concerning the repair. Great experience, thank you!

Excellent service! Had a new battery installed in my Note 5, which is difficult to do. It was done perfectly, and quickly. These guys are very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I certainly will use them again, as needed.

Very friendly and helpful folks are employed there. I think they must have a bulb or battery for anything. They have never told me that they did not have the item I asked for, and at a reasonable price.

Andy has always been very helpful when I go to this store ... batteries are expensive but the service more than compensates for the great customer service and helpfulness, so even as someone on a fixed income needing to watch every penny, this is worth it to me.Sometimes if its busy, Ill come back rather than wait, which hasnt been an issue for me, thankfully. Terrible service! Single mom with 3 children in the store. Bought a battery for my key FOB. I couldn’t afford to buy the life time warranty for 25.00. So they refused to help me get the old battery out of my key FOB so that I could replace it. I asked why the man that came in before me got his replaced by them. They said because he bought the warranty. However they replaced the battery for him before they even asked him about the warranty. I had my key fob opened already myself, seriously all they had to do was pop it out for me with their tool. It would have taken 1 second, but instead they stranded me and my children without a care. Terrible and heartless!

I had the most wonderful experience at the Batteries Plus Bulbs located in Alcoa, TN. The sales rep had to order the battery specific to my Ipad. It came in SUPER QUICK! When I took my Ipad back to the store to get the battery replaced, everything was explained to me and the battery was replaced. I was surprised to hear from the sales rep so fast. I took my Ipad to the store, and I got the phone call that the Ipad was ready in about 4 hours. I was expecting it to be the next day. SUPER JOB! Sales rep was so courteous and helpful. I recommend him highly!
