Honestly! This gas station is pretty awesome in the town of Louisville! It’s great to visit here! I see many smiley faces!

Okay so I see all these disrespectful people talking bad about the place the customer service is great and they honestly care about their costumers so all you haters need to get over if all you can do is look at the negative... I honestly think the coffee is amazing 100%

Need to stop and use the bathroom? Be prepared to walk through an abandoned, unlit laundromat to a bathroom that has likely not been cleaned since the laundromat closed. Im not a picky type, but this was the most sketchy arrangement that Ive seen....ever.Cant get any response out of Marathon Corporate either.

The ATM is always broke and the couple who run the place have been known to overcharge cards 😜. Other than that, its a normal convenience store. Not much meal type food either, just junk.

Problem getting pumps to take cards. Card readers are either out of date or broken. Last time I was there a couple even had the face plate off the readers. Makes you wonder if they have problems with skimmers, Seems very little maintenance is ever done to pumps. Not up to par with other Marathon stations. This station is close to me but will travel farther to get my gas at a station that takes care of their equipment.

This old lady at the counter wth a big mustache was very rude when I asked how much the slushy cups were, after she said 2.09 for a small I said that is too much then threw the cup away. Then I bought a 2 liter and she charged me for the slushy even though I threw it away.

Coffee was burnt and old but oh well. Didn’t fill up a large cup so I asked if I could make more and the attendant said No. He was very confrontational about it and I literally have no clue why. It felt like the twilight zone.

The store is ok. The only thing it really has going for it is customer service. Everything else is just okay.

Rude staff, Takes entirely to long for the mustached lady to do her job plus shes rude to every person that comes in. Will NEVER frequent this establishment again.
