I ordered a cake from Kroger and the day before they called saying they couldnt do it. A DAY before. So instead I went to Food City and spoke to Jasmine, the cake decorator, I gave her free range to decorate this cake, we just needed it for a Halloween themed birthday for my now 9 yr old who is obsessed with unicorns. Jasmine got the assignment. My 9 yr old was so excited when she seen her birthday cake. And her cupcake with so amazing. Little tomb stone cupcakes. I will be going back for my sons birthday cake.

They rarely ever have Diet Rite cola. They always have a surplus of Coke and Pepsi (yuck to both of those). I cant have the salt or the sugar.

Went there for bakery item and they did not have what I wanted. Had to go to different Food City.

I can always count on this Food City to have fresh cut fruit in the produce section. I do miss the salad bar they used to have but no one is using them at this time. You can always see a familiar face here.

I shop at Food City often and most of the time, satisfied...was really excited about getting Grainger Co tomatoes..I got 3, and they are terrible..maybe not the season yet, idk..was disappointed this time..picked up red pretty ones but they are sour..Going to try Walmart Grainger Co tomatoes tomorrow.

Great food pickups

If you go do not go to the register with sherrie. She is extremely rude. The bag boy was at a different register talking to another worker instead of bagging my stuff. After I paid was still waiting for him so I started to bag my own stuff since I dont have all day to wait for the worker to come over. Asked sherrie where he was and she said dont worry he will be here. Then she jumped on me for bagging my stuff. I wouldnt have to if the guy was doing his job. I believe mac was the baggers name. Will be finding a different store.

Shelves were pretty bare.. Under normal conditions I would give them a better rating.. Have used Food City before and have always been happy..

Nice store and variety of items however its higher priced than other stores in comparison. I would shop here again due to them having a rewards card with very good discounts on items.

States that they are now open until midnight, verified before driving over there, get all the to the store and they decided to close-up early.

This store has the best meat and produce! Love this store.

Good store, well organised, although...the self checkout systems are extremely broken and do not work most of the time without many flaws. Just use the normal checkout lines for now until it is resolved or updated.

Frank HERRELL the meat guy is the BEST person u have in the 411 Food City. He always has a smile m will do just about anything to make ur shopping experience rememberal. From cutting meat exactly the way u want it to making sure that if he doesnt have what u need to making sure he gets it for when u come into shop the next time. You will have an extremely hard time replacing him when he retires. He WILL BE SADLY MISSED!!! THANKS

Early morning is the best time. I was on my way home from work and arrived at the store about 8am. Parking was great, store traffic was very light, and the staff had time to assist and were very friendly.

I was here visiting family on vacation. We stopped In to check out the store. We ended up buying a bunch of steaks from here. The price was so cheap they were great.

Went to Broadway Food City to purchase an Apple Card for my daughter, they were sold out, so I went to Hall Rd Food City. Went to the register and waited five minutes as the Apple Card approval process times out. I had already entered my debit card, and it said approved. Then she calls the manager over, and the cashier rings it up again, charging me twice. When I look at my bank statement the next day and realize this I return to the store. I showed them the apple card, receipt and my bank statement showing two charges and they said they needed proof from the bank, even though she specifically remembers me from the day before. They then try to convince me that there was no second charge. When my bank account clearly is now overdrawn. Plus the bank says this is the merchants issue, so now Im stuck between two businesses that have no appreciation for their customers. Congrats Food City, your stinginess lost you a customer.

The website says they have zucchini in Italian sauce. No, they do not have it. Lying will never get a good review from me.😠

The front end staff does not acknowledge me as Im entering or exiting the store. They should always say hi, smile,or say thanks have a nice day as you leave. Me and my wife shop there sometimes and its always the same treatment. They need to learn proper customer service skills. I gave 2 stars for the prices they have.
