Very reasonably priced groceries. Not name brand so much. Their meat department is great. Today pork from roast to chops to hams $1.00 a pound.

Dont go with a list. Go with the idea youre going to find bargains. They also have theyre own butchers, which is a rarity.

I love the United Grocery Outlet Store here in Alcoa, They have some of the freshest veggies & milk Ive ever had & I love the fresh meat too!! The Cashiers are so friendly & make you feel welcome there & I love the low prices.

I am a frequent shopper. They carry a good selection of discounted items. Their new store is well organized, well lit and prices are excellent. As with any outlet, you must watch expiration dates, however, I seldom see outdated items.

Its a good place for your basics. Once in a while they have some dairy free ice cream I like to get. They also have some good toiletries for cheap.

Quality meats, best prices, customer service is A+++. If you have grocery shopping to do, then I suggest shopping here first. I filled my fridge and pantry for less than $100. The best part is. If you are disappointed in any way about your purchase. Just take it back, you might want to hang on to that receipt though.If you havent tried them in a few years I high recommend you give them another shot.

If you are from the Knoxville / Maryville area then you probably have seen or been to a Yu-Gi-Oh store. Grocery items that are either being discontinued or close to expiration or just bought at a discount and sold at deep discounts retail to the customer. This new store on Hall road is good, with all of the items that you would expect to see including produce. If youre on a strict budget and dont have a lot to spend and want to make it go as far as possible then United grocery outlet is probably where you need to be shopping.

Produce manager was really nice & helpful

Prices are great. clean store. however watch being rung up at the register, they do not give you the deals as posted and most people do not realize it. I went 2 days in a row and this happened so I asked about it and the manager LeAnn kept repeating herself saying why am I out here I dont need to be out here and did not see the stores fault of how customers may get the wrong idea if something is listed as 3 for a dollar and rings up .50 apiece. I was not even sure if this was the manager, I had to ask as she did not have proper uniform on nor a name tag. LeAnn was no help and belittles her customers and did not even want to talk about it. It was a burden to her.

Find some really good deals here. Not a clean store and occasionally find some gross things like open meat packages but thats not the norm. I go here for great deals and am just careful about what I buy.

This is a deep discount grocery store. Many items are close dated (close to use by date). Some are close outs on items that are regular store brand items others you never heard of. Some items are no name institutional size items. They have fresh meat there that are at really good prices but also pretty large packages so if you have a crowd or want to stock up your freezer this is a good resource. We buy frozen food here allot but you never know what youll find. Also, know pricing at other stores to score the best deals.

I can be a little Biased cause I work here but my experience with UGO is top notch. Number 1 in my book. I used to work at the Alcoa Save-A-Lot for 10 years before we shut down and I have to say, shopping and working at UGO is way better than S.A.L. in my opinion. Better prices on everything for sure. And Dennis Miller is the best store manager that Ive ever worked for hands down.

Give this place a chance. Theyve got a lot of the oddball items most places dont have. The meat selection is good, never had problems. Staff is so friendly and helpful! I usually go in the morning so its not so crowded or busy.UPDATE:. Went there today for a few things and was stunned. Theyve raised the prices on everything and what was left wasnt worth having. Also, the quality of the meat has gone down hill quite a bit. Wont be shopping there again. Too expensive!!

I Always shop here first before going to other stores. You cannot beat the prices on deli meat, bacon, and other staples. I get 3 times the amount of groceries for the price than I do the other stores I shop. As a single mom buying for two children, every little bit of money saved helps! I recommend this store to everyone I know. If you have yet to go here, keep an open mind because the store is very old, and sometimes smells a little funky, but you CANNOT beat the prices on many things.

We buy a few frozen goods, canned goods and fresh cut pork. On Tuesdays, select commercially packaged Angus beef is on special. Watch the sell by dates on dairy goods and meats. Discount prices reflect near dates on many items.
