I went in for a laptop and Austin G. was so helpful. He is obsessed with quality which I appreciated. He cleaned my open box laptop before selling it to me and cleaned the second one I was looking at so that whom ever bought it / showed it would see it in excellent condition.He clearly explained Best Buy member program and recommended things that I look forward to using.I had to come on here and thank him and say GREAT JOB! He helped me and a handful of other customers with great care.Well done

I had an employee send me to an opposite direction of what I was looking for, but other than that, this place is just as good as any other best buy, very good! Clean, friendly employees on my way in and friendly on my way out.
I’ve been here so many times but this one time having Paul helping us was literally one of the best experiences I’ve had at BestBuy. He is literally the best, so kind and helpful.
After a big runaround at another Best Buy, we ended up at the Allen store and spoke to Thomas in the TV section. He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him! It’s just that in the day and age we are in, good service deserves a shout out.
Every trip to this bestbuy is pleasant. Staff is helpful without being pushy or otherwise obtrusive and are knowledgeable.
After having two really long waiting sessions (3+ hrs!) in the nearby At&t store, we went to this Best Buy location and received help immediately even during a busy part of the day. Alicia & Casey helped me purchase the phone I wanted and I was able to get more back on my trade than I would have at At&t because they had a promotion on the unlocked version vs the branded At&t phone. This was way easy compared to the struggle I was getting at the At&t. The best part is, Im still paying no interest on the phone and I did not have to renew my contract with At&t just because I bought a phone from them!

Best buy i ever went to despite it not having a magnolia center or as big as the other best buys everyone is friendly and constantly working with one anotherSometimes its too busy and people dont get help but you can see that they are trying to help every customer and efficiently as possibly not just trying to sell you something you dont need and get you out the storeI feel like every buy is going to be my best buy ^_^ thank you best buy allen
I ordered a LG refrigerator from Nebraska furniture on Black Friday and it should have been delivered at the end of December. Every time my wife call them, they push back the delivery date until the end of April. So she cancel the order and that same day, we went to Best Buy and found the same refrigerator. I would had to pay around $1000 more but they gave me $200 off the price. Our refrigerator was delivered on Wednesday and my wife is very happy.
I walked in after long time into this store. Looking for Android tablets. I got good assistance from the staff. Not much variety of this item on display though. I did like the all the other items variety and displays.
Their customer service is so terrible u pay cash make ur delivery and experience so Awful ! After u pay tell u no ! Don’t care when ur available for drop off IF THEIR REALLY IS A PROBLEM THEY JUST HANG UP ON PHN !! Terrible AWFUL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN !!!
They have very friendly staff at this location! I had made an appointment via Apple genius bar for my watch. When I got there I was told that they have to send out the majority of apple products and it had been taking 3-5 weeks to get the item back! They said they can only service a few models of iphone instore. The Apple support people did not know this when they sent me there. I ended up mailing in my watch though Apple support online and got a new one in 7 days!

Best buy always has great service. I like that you can come in and ask all the questions you want and theyll be happy to answer them. They dont work on commission so they never make you feel like youre wasting their time if you dont buy anything.

Excellent experience at this BB! I worked with Paul and Zach in the appliances dept. They were both stellar. Professional, explained the delivery process plainly and were able to efficiently help us with the purchase, delivery date, and necessary extras for our appliances smoothly. This BB has clean bathrooms and a very well stocked electronics section.

The buying experience was 5 stars. But after LG dishwasher was delivered and installed, it leaked from day one. Called Geek Squad, they send out installation team who run the dishwasher for 5 minutes and declare they cant find a leak. After they leave, I run dishwasher for 30 minutes, and it begins a steady drip on left side of door. I call Geek Squad again and ask that they exchange dishwasher for one that does not leak. Delivery crew arrives with new dishwasher but wont leave it because leaking dishwasher has not been uninstalled. Call Geek Squad again, they schedule delivery crew for one day, and installation crew for next day. Installation crew arrives, but again wont leave dishwasher because leaking dishwasher has not been uninstalled. Installation crew wont come because new dishwasher has not been delivered. Call Geek again, they assure me they see what the problem is and reschedule both delivery and installation team for same day. Delivery team shows up first and again wont leave the new dishwasher because leaking dishwasher is not installed. The installation team never bothers to call. I call Geek Squat again and let them know just how incompetent they are. I might as well be talking to a brick wall. At this point I just want them to uninstall dishwasher take it away and give me my money back. Still waiting...
First time ever walking in this Best Buy I was followed and watched by an employee after I had already bought my items
No issues, was able to grab what I needed. Its a huge shame theyre no longer selling as much physical media as they used to... this place used to be one of my main stops for games, music albums, and DVDs but the selection is severely lacking these days. Still, everyone here that Ive interacted with is pretty cool and theyll go out of their way to help you, so still gets 5 stars from me.
I had an issue with my charger and I went to the geek squad section where I met Alex. He was kind and understanding and he really helped me out. Even though I came in when the store had just opened he was just ready to help. Give this dude a raise!

There was no one to help me and I had to find what I wanted by myself. When I first went back to the location that had what I wanted there was a young man there who took a look around saw me and other people and then proceeded to walk up front leaving everyone who was there either needing help and waiting for it or helping other people and having the people who needed help just stand around and wait. I guess thats where customer service has gone.
Went there for a samsung watch, waited 15 mins, walked to the front to ask for help and waited another 20 mins..... left the store wasted 45 mins of my day

Return policy is always good when you get a warranty on something. I bought a monitor and after about a year it was giving me issues. They pulled up my transaction and gave me equal store credit to get a replacement.
Came to look at and possibly purchase a 2 in 1 laptop. Associates were all too busy so I spent 10 minutes cooling my heals and taking pictures of the different models.If I was going to buy from BB, they missed their chance.

Great service! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions. We went to a different Best Buy in Frisco and the employees were so rude we left and drove across town and were so pleased here. They helped us find what we needed and as we waited for our products we had three other employees ask if they could help as well.
Unfortunately this place is going down or maybe it was like this for long but I didnt know. This was my first open box experience in about 2 decades. The laptop was described as open box but in fact no box, no charger, no documentation, which impacts windows license, some spill on it, battery not guaranteed. I refused to take it eventhough bestbuy charged my credit card and took 2 weeks to get my money moreover the dropped in price was about 40$ for all those problems. The store offer me an additional 40 to buy a new charger which is more expensive than 40. So based on my experience; only buy new and never trust open box or anything
Awesome store. I always receive great service. Recently purchased the iMac and Ian helped me. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful (including Geek squad and customer service), but I always look for Ian because I know my shopping experience is going to be a breeze and Im going to get what I need.

My company bought me a cheap laptop to do all of my remote work on and it was SLOW AF until I got help from the Geek Squad guys at this location yesterday. The national line was able to get me a same-day appointment and the employees were extremely fast and helpful and helped me understand what I needed and why, and installed it for me. If Geek Squad didnt exist, I would be buying a whole new laptop for $500 instead of a new part for $45. Thank you for everything!!

I bought a $700 computer monitor from Best Buy. I kept it for less than a month and a large dark space appeared in the center. I used the Best Buy website to chat online and was told that since I am an elite customer I could return or exchange the monitor at any Best Buy. I brought it to this store and they said that I had obviously dropped it and broke it even though there was no sign of any physical damage. They were dismissive and condescending and generally unpleasant. I have gone out of my way in the past to use Best Buy because I like having their physical stores available. I wont go out of my way anymore. Amazon it is.

The geek squad representative will come up with many ways not to help you. I brought my apple ear pod pros a week ago for charging issue and they said they will have to ship it to apple. Today when I came to drop it off, they said sorry we cannot even ship it. It was a waste of time.
This Best Buy is very hit or miss. I have had awesome experiences and the worst Best Buy experience ever. Ended up with a $2000 brick of a computer. Working on getting that fixed. If it gets fixed then it would easily be 4 starts.
Got what I needed. Bought a new unlocked phone for my carrier. Sales girl sworn she didnt have a case for the new phone since it just came out. I looked and looked found one.
I’ve always received great customer care here. Most recently I purchased a new iPhone 12. Gabrielle helped with both visits, when I ordered it and when I came to pick it up. The first visit she explained about their trade in program, offers, when I could expect to receive the phone, etc. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. On the second visit to pick up the phone she remembered us and came over to help get the phone set up and make sure all of my data had been transferred properly. Thank you Gabrielle!
Jose at the car audio install knows everything car audio and was so helpful. He made the process so easy for me. I felt like the services i was getting was done with care as if it was his own car!!! If you need car audio take it to jose he will get you right!

Ordered B&O earphone from online on March 16, they shipped wrong color earphone to me. They issued reshipment to me, wrong color again. They recommend me place another order, I ordered, and received wrong color again and again🥲Today which is 1 week after I placed first order, I brought the three wrong color earphones to store and trying to get help to get my correct color earphone. Mansion(not sure if this name is correct) in customer service/online order pick up team took care of me. He seems very new but very professional and he tried his best to help me. I really appreciated it!

Store was open. Or of the 6 people around me, none greeted me out asked if I needed anything. Once I was, girl was kind of ride, smug. Any phone I asked about, they didnt have in stock. No Google or Samsung. They need signs saying there is a shortage or not in stock.
I bought a a computer on open box to pick up from this location. Picked it up, went home, plugged it in and a portion of the screen was completely shattered. Best Buy told me I cannot return it because they cannot sell it. Why was it sold to me in the first place?! Is this what your employees do?! Sell damaged computers and then when it’s out of your hands tell the customer it’s their problem now?!

Purchased a Motorola DOCIS 3.1 Cable Modem with WIFI. Hopefully no Intel Puma 6 or 7, chipset in this device. Best Buy had a fair selection of DOCIS 3.1 devices but be prepared to pay more for the enhanced capability.
They were more interested in going home than taking care of customers its like we are closing soon get out of here, so I took my time and found what I was looking for when all I needed was someone to help me for 10 seconds but you look at someone and they turn-around and go the other way. The consequences will be bankruptcy by yet another company thats not willing to do what it takes to make customers want to come back. No customer satisfaction = gone!!

Disappointed once again with this location. I should know better by now with the track record of mistakes this store has chalked up over the years. I now feel compelled to leave this negative review. I was basically sent home with the wrong, newly purchased, computer. Upon opening the box at home(40 miles from store) the mayhem ensued with my wife. I fear retelling the details for the memories it will stir. Suffice to say, this mistake cost Best Buy $$, the computer I wanted, and assumed was in box, cost more, and now I cant return(dont ask). Also, in future sales, I will not return. Good Luck to whomever reads this.

Started out at the Plano Best Buy and I was disappointed in the store. I went to the one in Allen and had a totally different experience. Zack was very helpful and friendly. I recommend going to this location over the Plano location.
I called on Monday about a problem with my HP Laser printer and they made an appointment for me to bring it in on Tuesday. I lug it all the way in to the service desk and they tell me that they dont fix laser printers.
Gabrielle was so nice to help me in choosing a laptop. She was honest, informative, and I left happy knowing my laptop needs were met!
The items are in well divided areas making shopping easier. I was able to find what I was looking for without difficulty and was in and out quickly.
They had cameras on display but they didnt work, or rather they were set in demo mode meaning the menu lights up but thats all. Thats apparently deliberate policy. I didnt see the point have even having them on display if they didnt work. I felt Best Buy didnt do their job. They can only convince me that I want an item if they if they show me what it does.
