I shop at this store regularly. Wendy is always pleasant, greeting you when you enter, asking if she can help you find something. She makes your visit to the store feel like youre visiting a friends home. Thank you Wendy.

They are very nice there they keep clean and you don’t have to wear your mask there if you don’t want to. They have everything you need they have makeup face wash health care dental care hair products they have cleaneks toilet paper and paper towels and paper plates. They have very good underwear for women and girls they have all zizes you want they have a lot of candy, chips, snacks, soda they have hotdogs meat br ad frozen meals ice cream milk and more there very good if u could rate this. 10/10 I would i love it here.

Everything in there is usually expired or has been left out to long that it goes bad. I reported the store. Idk why they are selling bad products. Idk if its cause the managers changed or employees are being lazy but that is disgusting!!! REPORTED AND SHOULD BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!

I went for glass cleaner and left with a bunch of stuff I didn’t know I needed so that’s a successful shopping trip to me. The lady was nice and patient as my 8yr old learned to use her debit card. It was stocked and clean.

I have been to several Dollar General Stores and I have never experienced one that was this pitiful. When I say (write) pitiful, I mean they are very poorly stocked. There are several items they dont have that every other Dollar General Ive gone to has regularly. I just didnt understand. I was very disappointed when I visited this store. And its more than likely that I wont be going back.

So.. I went to this Dollar General yesterday to buy a few items. After I bought my items, I went to the back of the store to check to see if there is a toilet plunger. I saw one of the workers follow me to see if Im stealing anything. I was racially profiled!! What are you doing following me around the store for? You think because Im Black that I am going to steal something. Allen, TX is predominantly white and majority of white people in Allen feel uncomfortable that minorites live here. So.. I know whats up! The workers are very ignorant and unprofessional tbh.

A great store that carries all the basics and with a small floorplan its fast and easy to shop here. They typically get a nice selection of seasonal merchandise as well Valentines, Easter, summer, fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas each year to fill in what might be missing in your home. All around great general store for fast shopping.

Today, I went in for a bag of my fav candy minis, but they were out on hanging rack. Asked Wyatt to help me check the boxes above the area. He went above and beyond! He checked the boxes. When none were found, he scanned the tag to confirm inventory & re-ordered. Then, he proceeded to find me the full-size bar, so I would at least not go away empty-handed. Wish every store had help like him. He gives a care. Great job!

I was just recently in here for the first time and the store manager Wendy was awesome. She went above and beyond to call several stores to find a product for me and have them reserve it. Its refreshing to find customer service like that!!

This time and last 2 times wendy manager great job. I left annoyed because some shoppers n vendors werent wearing masks and were constantly in the way. I am not going near them so i had to keep going isles around them. eye roll. I couldnt even look at clearance at front because of one no mask vendor by the time he put it on n not even correctly i was out the door and in a hurry to get outta there

Witney or Wendy ( I can remember her name exactly) is very rude. Every time I come to the store and see her smoking outside (most of the time) I just leave. I always use my app for digital coupons and she give me that dirty look like Im steeling from her. DG promotes those deals in their app. Im not doing nothing wrong. She has no manner and doesnt know how to treat customer. I work in retail for the last 10 years and she is just not qualified to deal with people.I dont have issue with the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly. Store is clean and organized. Im not a person who complain about anything and always have patient and understanding for everyone but she is just something else.

ERIKA AND WYATT....they are so patient and nice. Even when its busy. I seems to have some iccassional hiccups when I use coupons but they explain and get me through it.

Aisles needs to be wider and improve lighting along with better parking.

Had a sad reminder as to why i do not go here....Cashier and manager were excessively rude and made unnecessary comments when i didnt know i needed a mask. There wasnt even a sign on the door. They continued to talk loudly in a conversation on speaker phone while checking out customers. Unprofessional.

Given my history as an elitist, it is odd that I would frequent DG...unless you realize that by doing so, I can afford some of the finer things I enjoy due to the tremendous savings I experience.Need light bulbs, tissue, TP, Charcoal, popular medicines, but do not want to venture to the big-box stores only top be distracted by a myriad other things? DG is the place for you. It is like my convenience store without gas and high prices.I can buy Tylenol, Gillette shaving cream or razor blades. Shampoo, soap and other popular toiletries, at savings over the grocery stores or even Target. Itss like a mini-Walmart...clientele included, but without having to wade through thousands of items or get trapped in line back to jewelry.Dont get me wrong, you still have to walk through the gum strewn parking lot...is it necessary to go to the store to spit your gum out?When you have a need for bread, milk or a hankering for Oreos or Hostess Twinkies, make DG your go-to place. Youll thank me, save money and time.

There was 2 employees when i walked up to get in line notice 1 employee walked out and then back in the store While i was in line waiting to be checked out(had 1 item) i notice the other employee was trying to help the customer infront of me with there payment and then the employee was having communication problem with the customer. Since i was still waiting in line she asked if i could help because she assumed i was bilingual. Which thank goodness i am so i assisted them and helped the customer after that. One of two employees who was a lady was logging in the other register i thought to check me out but ended up she didnt when she finished pushing keys. she in fact cut infront of the original employee on the register and just CONTINUED checking me out. Which then after waiting IN LINE AFTER ALL THAT she scans my one item which i noticed the price was $12 and i only grabbed it because it was in the toy isle priced $5 on the shelf and i explained that to her which she did NOTHING about it. So i just told her hold on and ran out the store with my kid to go to the car and get my card since i only had $10 cash instore. Just because i wasnt trying to deal with my son throwing A fit for the toy he held in his hands that we waited in line so long for over $3 and to top it off i had my 2 older kids in the car with dinner we had just got down the street so wasnt trying to deal with any extra time wasted. BUT NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!
