I love the brand! As a retired vet, I get the upmost respect from all employees and I love to take advantage of the discount. I go in about once a week and there is always this one gentleman with a be kind mask that is very helpful. He does not make it seem like I am bothering him when I ask questions, and even with a mask on, I can tell he is smiling as he assist me. Also a great sense of humor. I give it 4/5 because I do not get the same service from other employees.

Picked up a couple Iso-Chill Polos (my new favorite shirts). Excited they had different colors. My favorite store!

They have a lot of clothes,pants,shoes,shorts and other stuff you can buy. Mostly I buy my clothes here when I want to go work out or just to wear its so comfortable

I typically prefer UA apparel and shoes over other athletic brands. But they literally didnt have much of anything that would be considered on sale for back to school. Such a disappointment.

This is worst customer service Ive received where we just asked wether they have a student discount or not. And the manager rushs at us speaking rude to us. And this is not at all acceptable.

High prices. You get better prices at department store sales. Horrible parking space. Spent some time finding a parking space. I didnt dare go to any other stores. Huge waste of time!

Nice store but the staff is not attentive

Im All in with under armour, this is by far the best shoe for me and I will not buy anything else, Im sold on them because the staff and service is always excellent and I dont have to buy a shoe 2 or 3 sizes too Big, I wear a 12 1/2 but not many or any other brands make it they go from 12 to 13 so you either buy a shoe thats too big or you keep searching, and this is where my search ended I will never buy a shoe size that is too big ever again as long as under armour makes my size Im only buying under armour 💯💯💯✅✅✅😁😁😁

Worst service at this store. The associates are rude and you get no help. They bullied me for a $12 backpack at check out. Un trained and rude staff. 4 star because I love the brand.

Just had such a terrible experience at this store this evening at 8:30 PM on 30th Oct. People at the check out counter were extremely ungracious. They billed us for 11 items and luckily I counted and found only 9 !! I saw one of the items being taken away and immediately identified it as one of the missing items. After a long wait they finally deleted the 11th item and refunded the money with a frown and absolutely no apologies. I would like to appreciate the two gentlemen who helped us inside the store but the woman and man at the check out completely ruined the experience for us. We bought a lot of stuff and this attitude was just so unfriendly.

Good shoes for less than $50 if you buy off the discount rack. Still less than other shoe stores even when not on the rack. Other products may be old but still have the UA quality. Service was fast even though the line was 10 deep on Sunday night.

My experience at Under Armour today was not the best. I entered the store without anyone greeting me(Holiday Season).I shopped from the front of the store to the back, where the shoes were located. No one tried to assist me in my shopping experience. I stayed in the store shopping for approximately 30-45 minutes still no one asked if I needed any help. There were several employees working in the store during the time I was shopping. I found some items and I purchased them but my experience was a 2 out of a possible 10. Maybe you can go and have a better shopping experience than me. Thank you.

Jeanelle was very rude, we ended up leaving the store while at the register trying to pay for our stuff. She was just arrogant and don’t care and I think a part of it was because we had a coupon we wanted to use and she didn’t like it. I did report it to the corporate and hoping I’ll hear back. I ain’t going back to this store. I wouldn’t recommend the particular store. The company is just awesome.

Was able to return an online purchase without any issues very fast and easy and employees were nice.

Employees don’t show much, if any interest in customers. In fact, not a single one approached any of us the entire time, despite the fact that we spent big money there that day. Inventory was slim pickings to say the least. Discounts and prices were good.

One of the mail cashiers was being racist to my mother. First we walked up to pay for the shoes then the cashier tells us theres a sale, he states the sale doesnt affect the shoes we are buying. He asked her several times if she wanted to still get them more than three time after she kindly told him yes. He kept going on and on stating theres no sale on the shoes. If we picked those $130 steph currys im know we can afford them.The blonde cashier racially profiled my mother because we were black. Not all under armour stores are bad, I just wouldnt recommend this store in particular.

Long lanes on weekends and some great discounts! I prefer to go here on week days if I have time to avoid the crowd.

As it is expected for Black Friday, it was very busy. A few tables were a bit messy but overall a good experience. The line to check out moved fast and everybody working was friendly and courteous.

Store is a good place to shop for clothing but they need to get their system to work better - military discount should show up in the register and should be extended to immediate family. Lowes does this.

I was so excited to go into underarmour store for my first time ever and I had a horrible greeting at the door today as I entered. I understand it was 5 minutes until close but there are more respectful and polite ways to say it. The man rolled his eyes as we entered and yelled at us saying we better be out of the store in 5 minutes because they are closing up. I had my two year old son and my four year old daughter with me. He needs to greet at doorway not yell and make customers feel unwelcome because that does not make me ever want to go back. I am really upset about my experience today.

Decided to check out the outlet store, huge disappointment! The manager should be fired for the horrible lack of inventory. I realize its back to school but be proactive and be ready for the extra traffic during this time.

I walked in and shopped around with my husband. It was not busy, and literally every single employee working there ignored us. One man looked me in the eyes, looked at my chest, looked me in the eyes again, and looked away. I used to work in retail so I know that this is a big customer service no-no.The clothing selection seemed pretty average.On a positive note, the store was clean and organized.

This single star rating is just only for the irresponsible staffs...The cap (not only one but bunch of them) had sign as 50% off but while checking out they said thes caps are not on sale..it was just infront of the counter. We said them and they were rude about it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager needs to be fired for horrible customer service and micro managing in front of customers. Micro managing isn’t your only job when running a busy store. We will no longer shop there because of her.

No one greeted upon walk in, was in the store for around 15 minutes no one asked if I needed help, could they help me look for something. Just left the store. Will not be back.
