Extremely rude manager !!! Horrible customer service on her part. We use to loved shopping at Pacsun. Not at this location anymore. Really bad experience. She talked rudely and did not care if we would walk out as a customer.

Staff was very rude when I was there on Wednesday afternoon. I asked politely if she could unlock the changing room for me but was unwillingly given a changing room by a women with a sour face, she wouldnt even look at me when she talked to me. Was told rudely: bring everything out when youre done as she slammed the changing room door. When I exited the changing room, she went and slammed the door shut again. I have never made an extra effort to rate service online but this was the poorest customer service I experienced.

Worst customer service ever. Worker had an attitude and when I came a year ago I spotted a worker gossiping about my friend.

20 minutes to pay, the tall black female cashier wouldnt stop dropping f bombs and she misquoted 3 prices. Very unpleasant shopping experience.

My boys loved it. Store seems a bit crowded. The staff was so so. Thank goodness I dont shop there for myself.

I saw all these negative reviews and wondered why. But then I called to see if they were open and the guy was rude over the phone for no reason.

The day I went ( October, 12th 2019 ), theres was this massive buy 1 get one 50% sale and in some areas of the store buy one get one free. I like the clothes there. There some really good graphic tees and alot of champion branded clothing. Theres shoes in the back as well as caps, bags, etc. People there are helpful and its awesome.

They forgot to take the ink exploder off my shirt, manager offered no compensation, now Im wasting an hour of my day to drive there just to get it removed.

Tried to go today, said they were open. Got there and there’s a sign on the door from the Outlet management saying they put locks on the door cuz they owe $18k

I don’t expect much from any pacsun location because they all seem to have terrible staff and customer service, but today was a whole new level of bad. I was shopping with my boyfriend, as soon as we talked in no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed any help while browsing. When I was ready to try on, I waited for like 5-10 minutes by the fitting rooms for someone to open one for me. 3 of them looked at me and just ignored the fact that I was waiting. My boyfriend had to come up to one of them and ask to open it... when the dude came to open the door, he rolled his eyes and you could tell he obviously was ignoring me from before. i’m just fed up with this place, they don’t keep up with the place it’s messy and none of the staff is helpful. management obviously needs to be fired, so someone can actually hire decent human beings. save yourself time and DONT GO HERE.

The manager working there was very rude and disrespectful. He asked us if we wanted to sign up to get online deals and we politely declined, he proceeded to be condescending, saying that you kids these days wouldnt take free money even if it slapped you in the face (My boyfriend and I are in our twenties). Then he had the audacity to ask us what kind of phones we had and we told him iPhones, he said that everyone with an iPhone declines good deals, my boyfriend and I uncomfortably laughed... Then he proceeded to say its like people with iPhones are in a cult against good deals. I just walked out. Pad Sun needs to find a different manager, definitely just lost my business, Id rather go to Stonebriar.

I went during tax free and the lines were horrible, bad customer service. the manager tried to fool us for money and I walked out mad. Also the lil manager was talking to my sister like we was broke, talking about the price for the socks was too much for us. Knowing damn well we make 4x more money than that man. So I really walked out mad and he couldnt dress good working at pacs lmao. But they did have hella discounts which was good. And the associates were cool and a good help.

12-03-13 8:30pm Allen OutletsI stopped by the store because the guys at the polo outlet said they would have camo pant. They did have a couple of styles that were buy one get the other for half off. I noticed most of the pant had been re-tagged so I decided to peel the top tag away that showed 59.00 and the tag underneath showed 19.00. I showed the male attendant the tag and asked him if the pant were indeed once 19$, looking embarrassed he said Let me scan them and they scanned 53$. Of course I didnt buy anything. Classic mark up to mark down...what a SCAM!

Staff wasn’t really helpful, too busy talking with each other. Also, not a very big selection.
