Every single time I try to go to this store, theres always a sign in the window saying out to lunch and this time it says from 3:27-4:27pm... that is not lunch time. The last 2 times I waited right outside of the door and someone came out to tell me to come back when they are open... am I not allowed to wait on the public walkway outside of the store??? just ridiculous and seriously annoying as this is the only volcom store in the areaIs there only 1 employee that runs this entire shop or do yall just not want business? Do better

Great cloths its the only brand I buy, go during the right time and there are amazing deals.

I really love this store. My son loves the shorts they are very nice and always have really good deals. I will love to give 5 stars but their customers service doesnt help at all. They are lazy and with attitude but since my son love the shorts I need to keep coming to the store. As you can see this is how the lazy women works at Volcom and if you ask something she wont get up and will shout the answer of your questions...

OK TRUE REVIEW HERE!Ive been wearing Volcom since I was little but around 2013 I started to buy more from Volcom. The brand has always had good/amazing products and I still have some pieces from years ago. Pretty nice stuff that last a good while.Now that they opened a store here, I came to look at it and although a lot of their stuff isnt for true skaters as they would have in skate shops, their stuff is a variety of skating clothes with street clothes. Cool stuff for an outlet and nobody is really here because it is on the other side of the Allen Mall entrance so you cant see it right away. Volcom is amazing and honestly the store is pretty sweet. They have Vans here in the same area but Volcom has better prices and clothing than the Vans outlet.

Good customer service, but the guys shirt and the stores music choice were extremely offensive. I like Volcom products, but have not frequented many stores. Not sure if this is a common thing in volcom stores, but it was a little too out there for me and so I will probably not be returning.

Cashier got mad when I needed to telook at sizes and then got mad when I asked how much 1 item was, because it d iui dnt sgow on receipt. She then threw my receipt at me when I needed to return something. Also lied about discounts.
