My boyfriend rents here and we have noticed that they will terminate your lease just because they dont like you, even if you are a long-term leaser. They recently terminated another business that rented long-term from here as well for seemingly no reason. Dont bother renting here, they changed management and got rid of the old manager, Ken, because he cared too much about the customers. Dont rent here, its cheaper across the street anyway.

I haven’t actually been to/used this storage facility, but I live near by and drive past them every day. I LOVE their messages they post on their sign out front. Sometimes it makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me think, and sometimes it keeps me humble. I always look forward to what they will post next. Great job guys!!

This has to be the best storage company in North Texas. The staff is beyond kind and welcoming. They were super flexible with me as we were trying to nail down a closing date. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area!

I needed a place for few days because my apartment wasn’t ready. Ken and Jacque made it happen. They were very nice, very friendly, took all the stress away. I felt at home.They are very knowledgeable and experienced people; I strongly recommend this storage center.

I highly recommend this Securlock Storage location. The managers Ken & Jacque are what make this particular storage location so outstanding! Its nice in this day and time to find storage facility managers who actually care about their customers....and, go above and beyond in their line of work! They are just wonderful!!!

After 5 years of keeping our belongings protected with these awesome people, I have to say that they are one-of-a-kind. I have had to put my stuff in storage before throughout my life and have never met more generous people. Yall are the best! Keep up the awesome work.

The reason I gave it 5 stars is for the simple sign outside that gives me so much pleasure reading it Everytime I drive past it. Both sides always has something new every week.
