The Allen Simply Self Storage location is safe, clean and kindly managed. It was easy to get hold of someone during office hours or via email. I visited my unit at all times of the day and always felt safe. Its very accessible and well maintained. Highly recommend using them!

Were new to using a storage site and the staff here was fabulous to work with. They took time to walk us around to a variety of units & help us make figure out the size that was going to be right for us. The facility is clean and well lit, and the paperwork part of the set-up went quickly. We were good to go in a lot shorter amount of time than we were expecting.

This storage facility is the greatest. Due to unforseen circumstances I was left needing a storage unit on short notice. I stumbled across Simply while I was shopping around for the best price I could find for the size unit that I needed, calling around to the other well know companies, I couldnt find a climate controlled unit that beat Simply Self Storages price, so I decided to go ahead and reserve online and have no regrets. Ann at the front desk called me promptly to confirm that the room size I had requested was available and got me moved in with no headaches. The facility has always been well lit and clean every time Ive been up there, plus I love the fact that only tenants on your floor have access to the floor, which gives me a better feeling knowing that my stuff is safe and sound. Due to a busted pipe, we were forced to relocate while the repairs to our house are being completed. Ann at the front desk was more than accommodating when she showed us what size rooms were available at the moment, we were able to sign our contract and had immediate access to our unit to start emptying our house so the repairmen can get in and help us get back to normal. Sara and the staff @ Simply Self Storage have been angels on earth. Three months ago, my family and I experienced an apartment fire. Unfortunately, I was unable to salvage my furniture, clothes, keys or personal belongings. The staff went above and beyond to replace my lock and provided me new keys/lock. The staff here are super friendly. I needed a bigger storage unit than what I rented and found and available one. This place is so clean and well maintained.

I wish I had given this place a zero. I was looking for 10/30 sq feet space but this place had 10/25. Right before closing I signed up thinking I can move out when I find something better. After signing up the manager named Sara told me they will have a rate increase and didnt specify when and how much.Next morning I found another place with 10/30, fixed rate for an year. I called for cancellation. The manager was rude. She refused to refund me the money saying they need 10 days move out notice. Practically I never moved in and had signed less then 12 hours. Bad business practice. Instead of helping she was not willing to listen and hung up the phone.

UPDATE 1/6/20: absolutely terrible experience with our first time trying to use the facility. We were clearing out our second bedroom to make room for our baby coming this May. We rented a truck that needed to be back by 5 pm. We showed up to the storage facility around 3 pm, and unloaded everything. One elevator was out of service, and unfortunately the other elevator broke down mid move, with no stair access available. We were not able to get to the other side of the building that had one more smaller elevator because we didnt have access to the first floor, as our unit was on the second floor. No number was provided to call in these emergency situation and the normal number just went to voicemail. Absolutely horrible experience, and I do not recommend this facility.Review from 12/31/20 Great storage facility! Clean, easy to use, and the Stephanie who helped us made the rental process easy and seamless. Thank you for helping us to find the perfect storage place for us :)

To say the least, my experience was absolutely AMAZING!! I was a little skeptical at first booking online, because I was afraid the price would change once I got there. And it didn’t! Looked around Allen area for storage. This place was close, very secure, staff was very friendly, comes with lock, and best prices around. All units are climate controlled. There is a $10 insurance fee added but prices were really cool and still beat everyone.

Ive had a unit at this location for over a month. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean, quiet, and well-lit. And I felt I got an excellent deal on the unit I have. I was a little disappointed when they said their moving truck was unavailable to use when I first got there. But honestly, it was easier and more efficient for me to just rent a U-haul that I knew could handle the capacity of items I was moving (I moved a three bedroom home into one storage unit).Definitely recommend!

I purchased a storage unit to hold household items when I was selling my house. I got this storage unit due to the nice price and convenient location. All great things and great staff to work with. I got it at a great price for 4 months and then there was a price increase. I had only had it 4 months and I got the letter telling me it was going up, my bill went up $15 per month. Now 6 months later I am getting another letter telling me the price is increasing another $15. I know people have their storage lockers for years and how many times do they increase the price on them?

I was highly impressed with how organized and clean it was when I walked in. I was immediately greeted and welcomed warmly by the manager of the facility. I had a lot of questions and he was extremely informative. I thought I was being a pest a little but he was more than patient with me. After the transaction was done I felt confident and very relieved I gave Simply Self Storage a shot. I’m definitely going to be recommending my family and friends over to them!

Adam was super helpful w our move- both when we moved in and when we moved out. We had a UPAC pod that needed to be dropped off and he guided the driver where to drop it off and allowed us enough time to load it up and ship it out. We also had a problem w out lock (losing our dang key) and he offered some solutions to get us in and back on track w unloading. I would definitely store my stufff here again.
