My wife and I purchased 3 brand new Lexus vehicles from Lexus Lehigh Valley in the past two years. Any visit to the dealership has been a very positive – family like experience.Personnel is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have dealt with Allyssa, Dan, and another Dan – sales manager. None of them tried to push car on us or made us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.Purchasing process was straightforward and transparent from the beginning to the end. This dealership is hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jake Boyle is an awesome person to work with. He is completely knowledgeable about all the cars they have on their lot, and his easy going demeanor and amazing conversational skills make the entire experience hassle and pressure free.I initiated the contact online and Jake reached out within a few minutes to see what I needed and how he could help. Jake got me an awesome deal on my 2019 rav4 hybrid and got me an amazing rate and price on a 2021 Lexus RX350 F sport.Everything was taken care of over the phone and through email, and when I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign some paperwork and get a tour of the new car.Kyle showed me every last feature of the car and helped to setup the Lexus app which was a huge help. The store had some good points and some points that need to be improved upon. The good news is that it is well laid out, neat, and there is someone to greet you when you come in. The greeter we saw was polite and professional.There does need to be some improvement though in product knowledge. The individual that we met with said that with the hybrid vehicle we were looking at that the battery had a several hundred mile range and that in addition the gas portion of the vehicle would be several hundred more giving us a total range of 700 to 800 miles. After researching online we found that Lexus own site said that the battery range on the hybrid model was far less than the several hundred miles that had been stated. I dont necessarily bellieve that the salesperson was being misleading. I simply do not believe he knew enough about the model.

Bougth a Volvo from them. Did everything via phone, text, and email. They delivered the car to my work an hour away. There was a chip in the windshield. One phone call and they came to pick the car up, left a Lexus loaner, and dropped my Volvo off later in the day. Tremendous service that youd expect from Lexus (we own an ES 350 and owned a RX 350).

My daughter and I were recently searching for a “gently used” Lexus NX 300. After striking out with the dealerships in Western New York, I expanded my search to include the entire Northeast. I was able to locate the exact vehicle I had been searching for at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. I was concerned about the 350-mile distance between my house and the dealership, but I decided to take a chance and called. Josh Smith answered the phone. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Since visiting the dealership wasn’t an option, Josh immediately sent me pictures and videos. I put down a deposit within the hour. We were able to handle the buying process virtually, and Zach and AJ drove the car 200+ miles to us. The entire process was pressure-free. I just purchased my first Lexus, and I bought it from this dealer. I looked at a lot of other cars and went to a number of dealers, but I felt the most comfortable with this dealer. The staff was warm and friendly from the beginning, there was never any pressure, and they were really patient with me. I expect I will always get great service.Josh, my salesman, was pretty awesome! My husband and I were recently searching for a Lexus IS300 and weren’t having any luck at the dealership by my house (Motorworld Lexus) they were extremely rude and made us feel like they were talking about us in the managers office. So I came home and started searching for other options and was THRILLED I called Lehigh Valley Lexus! Jake Boyle answered the phone when I first called and he was extremely professional and helpful, he gave me tons of information and helped me find my dream car! I called Jake on a random Saturday morning only to find out a white IS300 with red interior would be arriving the week of July 4th, I immediately placed a deposit and Jake kept me in the loop the entire time! He even sent me pictures of my car and set up a free delivery! Couldn’t ask for a better dealership, everyone is extremely friendly and Jake made the process stress free! For a smooth, confident, comfortable and no pressure buying experience, you should really consider John Delloso at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. I was interested in a 2017 RX 350 I saw online. I spent about a month reviewing comparisons throughout PA, NJ, NY & DE. A friend of mine had previously purchased 2 vehicles from them. I asked him if he would recommend I buy from them. He took the initiative to call them and gave them my number. I received a call from John and quickly explained what I was looking for and the price I was interested in paying. Since I was in the area, I was there within 10 minutes. John already had the car ready for me to test drive. After the drive, I felt very comfortable purchasing. Very friendly and quick service. Clean and organized, loved the massage chairs in the lounge. Very satisfied. Definitely recommend. Good service although they have to handle phonecalls better. I had to call multiple times to speak to someone in service when I was trying to see the availability to schedule an appointment. Kept getting transferred without anyone to answer. Left my name number with Amber who was going to “hand deliver” my info so they can call me back which no one ever did. Had to call back again after an hour and half waiting, but otherwise everything was good

Horrible customer service. Worst experience ever. I wont mention the sales representative by name because hopefully he can learn from this experience. I spoke to a sales representative about purchasing a Vehicle that was on their site. He said that the Vehicle was on its way to the dealer within the next week and he offered to schedule for me to come for a test drive of a similar vehicle the next day because I live out of state. He said he would text me as soon as we got off the phone. I never received a message from him. I call 3 hours later to speak with him. Im placed on hold for 5 minutes, he never answers the phone but the guy who originally placed me on hold comes back on the phone and knew what specific car I wanted and says I dont know why that car was on the website, it HASNT BEEN ON THE LOT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. Which is it? Was it there or is it on its way there? Why couldnt the sale representative who I originally spoke to simply message me, or call me, or answer the phone and say that himself? I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience Ive had personally and it was very unprofessional.

I purchased a used NX 200t and I love my new car but I had a poor buying experience. First the delivery of the car was late. Then the paperwork was wrong. I was told when I test drove the car that it included a 90 day warranty but my paperwork said sold as is. Next, they forgot to give the driver the financing paperwork. I had to run the paperwork to FedEx.Josh was really nice and did a great job of going over the operation of the car, but accidentally left with the spare key. This was perfectly understandable, but I called two minutes after he left and again the next day, and no one bothered to return my call until two days later. I was really disappointed since this dealership has great reviews.

We have never owned a Lexus before and never shopped this way for a car - it was surprisingly easy and pleasant! We were ready to bargain not only for the car we wanted but for our trade in. Once we realized this was bottom line pricing, it took a lot of stress off the whole visit. Plus, they gave us significantly more for our trade in than the dealership of the brand of the car we were trading. It was a really great experience and as long as the car proves itself, they have made themselves a customer for life! While the sales consultant was nice, we got no followup on trade in vehicle, and it’s been a week. I don’t think it was ever even looked at as it appeared untouched in its parking spot. They had to hunt down the guy with our keys to be able to leave. Dealerships by Philly more competitively priced. It seemed like because we were considering ux and nx - the lower priced models- we were a lower priority, which is fair, but still gets a 1 star from our perspective.

Scheduled service over the phone and was greeted nicely by the assistant service manager who was very helpful with setting up my appointment. He answered any questions I had and scheduled me with a loaner vehicle for my appointment and went over pricing with me. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by the service advisor and was told to remain in the breezeway which was weird. They then asked me if I was waiting while my car was being worked on which confused me because I was told I would be given a vehicle to which I explained to them. They then proceeded to tell me that they had no vehicles available. No big deal, I live close by so I can get a ride home. They then went over pricing with me for the services I was coming in for. I was quoted a different price over the phone with the person that set my appointment up than what my service advisor had given me. At this point I was frustrated and didn’t want to argue so I let it go despite it being more expensive than I had planned for. I had dropped my car off first thing in the morning and expected it to only take a few hours at most but didn’t hear anything about my car being done until late in the afternoon. When I picked my car up the service advisor gave me the cheaper price like I had explained I was quoted.

I purchased a RX350 from Lehigh even though I live in Bridgewater NJ and there is a dealership in town. There is no comparison in the service and salesmanship between the two dealerships. I have all my service done in Lehigh instead of around the corner which would be much more convenient because of the trust I have in Lehigh.

I was given the chance to road test the all new LC500. Lexus of Lehigh Valley is a superb dealership. My wife and I were offered a $100 dollar gift card to Top Cut, a local restaurant for a date night, courtesy of Lexus. Went out car shopping today and had a great experience with this dealer. No pressure sales...the dealer broke down all the information and price points...gave a fair trade value. It was an overall pleasant experience. Lease pricing was really good as well.Of course I had to ruin the feeling by going to another dealer (Allentown Audi...who my current lease is through) and get horrible sales treatment. It did give me an appreciation of difference in dealers though (for a comparison...check out my review on the Allentown Audi).

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS with 31,000 on it in January of 2020. A little over 3 months after owning the vehicle I heard a knocking sound coming from engine. I was able to get the car to a local mechanic who informed me that the engine was blown. I had the vehicle towed to Lexus of Lehigh Valley, from New Jersey, and they confirmed the diagnosis. I informed the manager that I wanted a full refund, but instead they replaced the engine. About three weeks after the engine replacement I was driving home from work doing about 70mph on the highway and the steering assist failed. The steering wheel completely locked up. Fortunately I was able to muscle the wheel and get to the shoulder. I called the dealership immediately. They said due to covid they were unable to assist me and suggested that I take the car to a Cadillac dealership, which I did. I payed for the service and was reimbursed by Lexus of Lehigh. After the engine replacement I had also began to hear a popping sound coming from the front end of the car. I took it back to Cadillac, and after taking the front end of the car apart service guy said the noise was coming from a bad pin weld. He also said that it was apparent the car had been in some sort of accident, which was never disclosed to me by Lexus of Lehigh. Again I called Lexus of Lehigh and suggest that I be refunded for the vehicle. They refused and stated that they had done enough and would no longer be assisting me with vehicle. So to avoid the headache of filing a law suit I decided to trade the car in and purchase a new car. Be very cautious when purchasing a used vehicle from Lexus of Lehigh. Dont instill too much trust in the sales people. Theyll speak highly of a vehicle without knowing its service history. Do your homework

I had a very terrible experience at this dealership and I am still paying for the trust I put in them. I took my 08 Lexus gh 450h for basic servicing and apparently theydid not top up the coolant which is basic with every oil change. This led to damaging of the vehicle motor. I take full responsibility I should have known better, but again who takes the vehicle for servicing and later comes home, open up the hood and check to make sure the basics were done, going forward I would. Now, before I took the vehicle back to them, I took it somewhere else for scanning and I was told that the sensor that regulates the coolant had blown. With that in mind I took the vehicle back to dealership for diagnostic and possibly repair. They ran their diagnostics and told me it was the water pomp instead. I was in awe because I knew even with my layman knowledge that if it was the water pump the vehicle won’t drive at all. To confirm my speculation I call a buddy at haldeman Lexus and he confirmed that if it was the water pomp the vehicle won’t drive at all. I was told by the gentleman at the dealership that to replace the water pump will cost me $1200. I told him to go ahead with the job. A day or so later he called me and said they now found out that the vehicle need a new motor/engine and he will give me couple of days to decide what I wanted to do. I was disappointed because I maintained my vehicle meticulously only to have damaged because of simple coolant which I still believe is the reason why my vehicle motor blew. I decided that it wasn’t prudent to replace the motor with a new/used one. Now, the most AGGRAVATING part is when I went to get my vehicle from their premises, the gentleman made me paid $1200 for the work they did even though they made the wrong diagnosis about the water pump instead of doing a holistic diagnosis which would have made me come up with a decision not to replace the water pump which would have served no purpose. I was steaming, I wanted to fuss so bad but I had to conscious of my surrounding. I instead tried to reason with the gentleman but he said he couldn’t do anything because he had helped me already with a free diagnosis. I had to pay this dealership $1200 for damaging my vehicle. Business is business but sometimes all we need to do is just be human for Christ sake and empathize.

However, everything worked out and we were grateful and impressed with the customer service they provided. Katelyn was my point of contact and she was very responsive and helpful. There were a few issues that occurred during the shipment of the vehicle but they were quick to work with the shipping company to get everything taken care of.

I came to Lexus of Lehigh after about two months of careful research, shopping, and various negotiations with half a dozen other car dealers. Most of those interactions were generally negative experiences and wasted a lot of my time and energy.Sebastian helped me with my initial queries and from the beginning was the right combination of friendly, helpful, and professional. Actually, I began our discussions on the defensive--since I was accustomed to the traditional dealer/car buying experience. When he told me about the no-haggle policy, I remained skeptical, thinking that no haggling only meant more profit for the dealer and more expense for me. However, the numbers and the market backed what he was telling me. Further, the treatment I received from Sebastian and from other employees (even in passing) at Lexus of Lehigh was exceptional.I purchased a lightly used, somewhat rare model of Infiniti from Lexus of Lehigh. The process was easy, pleasant, and I came away feeling great about it. I will get things right next time and begin my car search with Lexus of Lehigh. I used to love this place and recommended it to any body I new, but this has become a disappointment and frustration. I wonder if it is new management or what. For the last 2 years they have gotten everything wrong. Every time I take my car for any diagnosis all they do is put it in a machine to read codes and tell me there is nothing they can do to fix it and charge me $180 every time. Then I end up fixing it myself with Little effort. The last complain is about a guy named Criss in services, I have talked to him 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks asking him something simple and he keeps telling me he has to ask his busy technician before he tells me. And every time I call saying Criss Im still waiting for your call either he says he forgot or his technician forgot or they are busy and hell get back to me. I swear I will do the best I can to never take my car or my business there.

I’ve bought many cars and Lexus of Lehigh treated me with more respect than any other dealer. The previous Lexus dealership was like the “ good old boys club”. Haven’t we had progressed past that? My car is great but the delivery process(taking it to the wrong address 60 miles away)and the registration/title process has been abysmal.No communication from the staff responsible for the registration.I understand that New York and all of the states are backlogged due to Covid but letting me know that youre using a 3rd party who has not yet even submitted my info to NYS (TWO MONTHS after purchasing the car!) would have been nice.

In the process of /hopefully/ buying a car from them. Regardless of whether I get it or not, every one there has been incredibly professional, polite, and really trying to help me out. They stayed late to help me out, gave me a tour of the facility (they have a cafe with complimentary snacks and drinks. sweet!)The pricing is transparent, cars are pristine, dealership is spotless and smells nice.The woman helping me (Ruthann) is salary, not commission, so shes not really pushing me for a sale that may be out of my price range. They really try to help you out with financing, theyll deliver your car for free, give you a loaner car for when yours is in the shop... just wow.Regardless of whether or not I do purchase the car, these guys are great.

So I just went in for my first visit to their Service Department. No, nothing wrong, just wanted another key fob with programming.I was met at their enclosed service department entry by someone who welcomes and checks who I am from their list and the valet who brings the car into the service department. I was escorted to my Adviser, Rich George who was ready for me. Rich is a very friendly and efficient person. He then directed me to the complimentary coffee and condiments bar and waiting area. Wow! So far so good, treatment like a King! The hostess at the coffee bar knew exactly what I needed, a cup of coffee with one shot of espresso; she was great. Everyone I passed had a smile and a good morning!I was given an estimate of one hour for the work, and one hour later it was done. This is how every dealership should treat their customers. Great service and human contact.

My experience was top notch and welcoming from the initial greeting at the front desk to driving off in my newly purchased Lexus. James, my point of contact, was patient, easy going and knowledgeable. In my mind, I had already decided to purchase the Lexus GX prior to seeing it; throughout the process I never felt like i was being rushed or “sold” into the vehicle despite my enthusiasm. I was overly impressed to find that my navigation had already been programmed to take me home as I left the garage bay. In addition to their great customer service, the dealership is beautiful and everyone was very friendly.
