They did an excellent job installing my window, but when I picked up my car my window was down and it was raining so the inside of my car got soaked and my car was completely dead and I never got the chance to ask them why was my car dead ? it was a new battery....the store was closing as I was picking up my car and they kept my bank card, I was being rushed because they were closing I should have asked the third time for my bank card... And picking up my bank card the next day, I should have inquired about the dead battery but had to get to work so i was in a hurry again... But for the price I paid for the installation, none of this should have been a concern in the first place

I actually designed a new website for Stephen who owns the shop. He is a very nice gentleman. My experience with him was pleasant. I will do business with him, if I need any upholstery work. His business has been there, since 1947. Thanks Stephen for a VERY pleasant experience.
Solid work at an affordable price. Steve and Eddie took care of replacing the soft top on my 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder (a car they stopped making over a decade ago). I would say good as new, but honestly it looks better now with the cloth top than it did before with the vinyl one.They even washed it before I came to pick it back up, and let me park it at their shop for a week while I was out of the country, free of charge.
I called for a new head liner for my granddaughters 1988 Buick and they were so nice and installed it the same day I called.Will go back in a heart beat
I called these guys left a voicemail, a week later Steve called me back. He told me when Im able to come for a quote if he is not her, talk to terry. Ok, I called got voice mail. Drove 45 miles to Rayco, tried to contact the before I came. Well, noonday answer, I get here and Terrys out to lunch. If the communication is this bad, I cant only image there customer relations

I called in to ask for prices on istallation on a new convertible top, the guy who attended me was rude and condecending, giving attitude to someone because he is asking questions. Only after he quoted me 800 dollars for the replacement of the cloth. Really bad custumer service. Not getting my money with that attidude, if i could give them a 0 star i would.
