My 2011 Nissan Juke had a broken air compressor and broken belt while I was visiting this area from out of town. Edgar and his team worked hard to get this repair done in a single day after the part arrived. Because the Juke has such a small front end, they had to do a lot of extra labor, and still finished the job SUPER fast. Check out the pics! Incredible service, price, and professionalism. For 20+ years they have been my GO TO SPOT for vehicle repair. I moved states away and HAD to take my car to someone else, and ended up having to take the 10+ hr drive to Otto & Sons to have my car FIXED from the fix someone else did. I trust my vehicles to NOBODY ELSE anymore!

Wow these guys have been our mechanics for 19 years and they are still the best...its an official inspection station and they know how to fix your cars or minivans or trucks and they are great at proper maintenance...so I give them 2 thumbs up....

We are in business, since 1986, I feel very offset with this customer, because we replaced the engine, also we are well known in this town, in still in business, I know this person has a lot of money, and he wants for us, a new car!, before we replaced this engine we did a diagnostic, engine was burning oil, there is not such of, wherever say the review, could fixed the damage, unless you repair the engine o replaced. Im sad for this bad review that I have, because at the end say, like bad plague. I am a first time caller by the way and this is what happened -He answered phone, I asked him a question about the car diagnostics pricing (if any) for a either needing a fuel pump sensor or new fuel pump, proceeded to ask him another question about the car and ended up hanging up on me in the middle of my question, did NOT put me on hold. Did not like the poor customer service experience and will not be recommending friends and family to come here...

I have been at Ottos repair shop in the early 90s when a guy i used to work with went there on a regular basis. So back then i tried them and i had nothing bad to say about them. Now that i moved back to the area again i am and will be going back to them.
