The new management is wonderful. I havent been here to get my promotional materials in a long time. Im now back in the area and will gladly continue to come here. The staff is well educated and took care of all my needs. Who knew staples could print on so many promo items like pens, flash drives, t-shirts, jackets, and so much more. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

I went in today trying to fax some paper work off .No greeted me . Then I go to the fax machine try to get a copy card ask the lady in the print shop for some.change and she called for a manager to give me change and 20 mins later no manager ever came and no one said another word to me i just sat and waited till I left.im driving to the one in whitehal were i always get great 5 star customer service !!even though this one is 2 blocks from my house
