Kaitlyn was great and very helpful. I had a simple order that needed to be acquired from another store. She gave very clear instructions and made the process a breeze.

Caitlin was extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked her professional recommendation for wood paint, her response was “I would not recommend any. We do not carry furniture paint”. It’s unfortunate to have an employee that detours costumers from purchasing non-industrial paint for their paint store.
