Got my brakes and rotors here for my Jeep Commander! We had called around and this was the cheapest place.

Locally the staff is great and is very knowledgeable.

Showed up just about closing time, NOT RECOMMENDED... met a super friendly guy named Eric, extremely helpful && polite

He was wonderful, replaced the battery with the size that should have been used to begin with.... repaired the damage done by the wrong size battery for no extra charge.... thank you again John😊

The workers here are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a little high but some other things are cheaper than elsewhere. I got a 4 gallon oil tub from walmart down the street for literally $20 cheaper buuuut they sell parts for cars such as brake pads and alternators for cheaper than anywhere Ive found in the area.

Perhaps better than the others Ive been to. Seemed cleaner and better organized. Staff was even better about asking what else I may need and made good suggestions so I didnt have to make a second trip.

The employees stand around like zombies. Leaving displays in the middle of the aisle and telling me to just squeeze past it. Set up for pandemic protocol is so extra and not executed properly.

The ladies that work there are awesome and very helpful. My favorite place to get parts.

Parts ordered on a Wednesday evening per counter person, had to return Thur morning to pay in full before ordering, now Sat and no parts but were to be shipped overnight. Run around cant tract shipment and here I am withy truck torn down undrivable still waiting Sat afternoon and no part for it. Theres better automotive store out there.

The employees are very helpful, helping find what I need. Once when I forgot my receipt on the counter because I was assisting one of my children, the employee brought it out to my van, saying Just in case you need to exchange your part.

So That means that Im getting the wrong part 66 percent of the time, UNACCEPTABLE! I Hope when OReilly Auto Parts opens a store in Alliance, it will run these morons out of business.
