Was very rude about asking for delivery when the part arrives next morning and every other auto part store will deliver

We were just visiting the store Jason helped us with our unique situation. He took the time to look up parts we needed that took some research! So hopefully it will get our boat back on the water. Very friendly and helpful. Side note maybe the employee smoking the cigar should not stand at the customer entrance. 🤔

Craig. P is AWESOME! He gave me THEE best customer service! I came in not knowing anything to do with cars except for mine sounded dry and he helped me with antifreeze, oil, & gave me a brief schooling on where everything goes and even showed me how to PROPERLY check my transmission fluid. I definitely appreciate it bc I have no knowledge of cars, nor any idea what Im doing, or what I need. Im also that customer.. you know, with the 50 questions & such lol He was patient with me, and even opened doors for me like a gentleman. Ill definitely be back just based of the service!

They were very busy during this visit, staff was very friendly and helpful, they figured out a discount for me since they did not have the oil filter available in the brand I requested to receive the oil change special pricing, they price matched the special as closely as they could. Great experience every time I have been to this location.

Inventory is great. If they cant get a part or product, it doesnt exist. Staff is always very helpful. My wife has medical issues and uses a cane and always tells me how nice the staff is, whether helping her carry things to the counter or outside to her van. Theyre always willing to install her purchase too. (Wiper blades, bulbs or batteries.) Thanks Autozone!

Even though Ive been to other places not naming they didnt have what I really needed and AutoZone the guy he was awesome theyve been there for me several several times and if they couldnt find it theyd get it same day.

People need more training to work there wrong parts twice in a row one number different after showing you the box that it should come in yeah Im done with the one in alliance

Its pretty much the same as all the others except perhaps cleaner. The staff at this one are very helpful and approached as I shopped to help me find things and point me toward items on sale and special offers. With their help, I spent less and got more of what I needed.

I wouldn’t recommend them looking at your car. The guy I had pulled out my fuse and put my car in theft mode and when I asked for help, he said there was nothing he could do as I was stuck in the parking lot. No other workers came out to help look. I had to get my car towed and now it’s costing over $100 to get it reprogrammed.

Auto Zone is the best place in Alliance to get parts for ur car or trucks and vehicles. They also have items such as Bars leak for transmissions and stuff. They also have the rings that go around ur plates, decals, lights, and audio equipment. Small stuff too, like clamps and brackets, nuts and bolts. Its the best place in Alliance for all ur automobile needs. I would refer everyone to Auto Zone.

Wrong parts almost every time. Stay away from the guy named tressel. No knowledge, no comon sense. Worst auto employee ever.Update: called today for a starter. Had to repeat vehicle info 5 times as the guy searched for the starter. What an idiot.

Twice I had light bulbs on my car that went bad. Both times an employee changed out the light for me! I had places trying to charge me $60 for what they did for free!
