I spent roughly an hour calling parts stores and went to advanced auto parts and realized that they were not the ones that had my parts, but the salesperson called their competitors down the street and they were the ones who had my parts in stock, even told the salesperson at the other store that he was sending me his way. My goof up was still met with courteous and very helpful service. Thanks to everyone at advance auto

Employee did not know what a wheel stud was. Why is this person even working here? You dont get any simpler of a part to look up.

Charged DOUBLE for rotors than what Parts Plus in Edmore did.

Called 2 other part places because they were close to ithaca they said they had to order my brake calipers. I called here they had them in stock. They always seem to have what I need in stock. Excellent selection of parts.

I stopped in today after my vehicle started behaving erratically and threw a code as I was passing through. Norm and I believe his name was Kurt narrowed the issue down quickly, then borrowed me the tools to fix it. When the bolts proved seized, they took it even further and assisted me in the repair. I was back on the road in an hour and it was like it never happened. Thank you so much!

Typical parts store vibe, prices are a little high. But if you are in the know, order online for in store pickup, you can get discounts. Few know, they will match RockAuto prices, as long as the warranty is the same, and you select next day shipping. That has saved me a lot of money.

They know where parts are there quicker than AutoZone a little high but not alot more
