I was in to order a part for my vehicle in November and overheard employee Pat using profanity and talking abusively about another employee. I left, but after thinking about the incident, I called to speak to the manager. I was informed the manager wasn’t in. I requested and received a number for Human Resources and called to voice my concern about the incident. I recently visited the same establishment only to find two of their most helpful employees had left, but the employee with the questionable behavior was still employed. I will no longer use or recommend a location that employs someone with such questionable character.

The gentlemen at the Alma Autozone parts store are very courteous, polite and even tried to help me figure out the trunk lock mechanism in my daughters car before even wanting me to buy parts!!!! They even offered up knowledge for a temporary fix to get us home so I can tear it apart and fix it!!! Thank you guys!!!

I say a business that cares that much about customer reviews is deserving of a four - wait no - scratch that - five-star review.

The person that helped me was quick to see what I needed! He didnt know a great deal about the product but did look it up and get verification! So, long story short, about twenty minutes to get the best and brightest headlight bulbs! They are awesome, should have taken less than five minutes! Im happy with the end result, just a little quicker!

Tremendous customer service. My alternator wasnt charging my battery properly and my battery was only able to get me so far. Ive had dealings with autozones in the past that earned my trust, so I stopped in hoping they could help. I originally just wanted a battery charge to get me to my next stop, but I quickly found out it wasnt gonna cut it. These guys lent me a ratchet set, a jack, and a parking space to let me work on the alternator. Although Im sure they dont want people doing car work in their lot at all times, they really helped me in a jam. Thats the kind of thing that makes me want to shop at autozone for any work I do on my car and future cars. Thank you!
