First of all, getting same day service in this new normal environment is unheard of, appointment was originally for 2pm to 4pm, I no more than got the confirmation, the tech was calling to let me know he could meet at 1pm if that was convenient for me. Took measurments, gathered needed info and had a quote emailed to me before he was out of the driveway. It is nice to be wowed once in a while!!Thanks for the quick service, would strongly recommend these guys if you are in need of garage repair or replacement.

I would recommend them to family or friends. They always do what they say they will do. I had an issue with a previously repaired garage door and they came by and took care of it immediately, no charge. Service was Excellent. Technician very professional, clear with job explanation, and good effort to explain options. Repair completed quickly. I thought their cost was excessive, however I was even more disappointed with the lack of transparency with their pricing. Offered no transparency of the parts and labor breakdown even when I inquired with the technician. This results in the pricing being intentionally ambiguous to the customer - even for a basic torsion spring replacement repair which was what I needed. As a result I cannot recommend this vendor to others, however I will admit their service and work performed was very good.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door services . My technician was a gentleman by the name of Connor,who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with how fast they were able to come out and address my garage door needs.

I wish every company were as customer friendly as Nabors. My problem happened on a Sunday and the dispatcher was able to have Connor there by 4:00. No extra charge. They work a seven day schedule. I didnt expect my garage door almost collapsing nearly around midnight so I googled companies that repairs garage doors and went with Nabors Garage Doors because the name caught my attention plus the 5-star rating. Then about an hour later, Teddy came on through, inspected all areas of the garage door and motor (original garage door and motor from 1994) and come to find out I would have to replace the whole thing because repairing some areas wouldnt guarantee long term use. I loved how Teddy explained in detail what would happen if he would just repair it rather than replacing the whole garage door, motor, etc. He was very informative, friendly and understood my concerns. Before he left, he gave me his personal number just in case I had any further questions/concerns about the whole new process that I was going to anticipate. One things for sure, I highly recommend Nabors Garage Door to everyone. They work sufficiently in a timely manner and theyre recommendations during consultation is a plus! I was given an appointment that very afternoon (very good since the garage door wouldn’t open for me to get my car out and go anywhere). Brandon was very kind and informative. He offered 3 options, one of which was the immediate minimum fix needed. There was no pressure, no up-selling, but we have the numbers we need to plan on upgrading our system, as it is 13 years old. We will definitely use them when we are ready for the total replacement.

The representative Came looked and said instantly that my garage was non repairable. He then proceeded to say that the cost of metal has gone up due to covid and quoted some astronomical prices. He came and I believe had no intention on fixing it.based on his performance This company seems to try and gauge you( he also pointed out my nice vehicle ) and quoted over $1000 to fix a hinge. I called another company and got it repaired for $25. and charged a $39 fee for an estimate I have him $40 and he kept the change!! I wanted him out quickly so that $1 was well spent. Take my advice… Keep looking

I cant say enough good things about Nabors (especially Teddy and Brandon) who came to the rescue.A few years ago I bought a brand new garage door from another company, insulated with glass, really nice BUT really heavy (unbeknownst to me). The company had installers come and it worked for 2 months and then would not open at all. I went back and forth with the installers, they tried different things to get it working for a whole year and nothing got it working properly.Fed up, I sought estimates from other companies. Many companies did not want to even touch the project but Nabors stepped up for the job, re-engineered my track, spring and lift system and it operates like a charm. Even when I had a slight problem with the system 2 years later, Nabors came right away and Teddy took care of it. Anyone can sell you a door, but it is the daily operation that counts and the response of the company that makes a world of difference. I would not hesitate to recommend Nabors. They stand by their work and I think that is what matters.

I called Nabors for service on my mother’s garage door and they sent Teddy the same day. He was very friendly, polite and respectful. He examined the door and system and made recommendations. We selected the one that was appropriate for my mother and he was done in 40 minutes. We would highly recommend Nabors to anyone! We are so pleased with their fast response and service.

The technician was knowledgeable and offered in great detail product information and processes.

Door was originally promised on a particular date, but was not installed until a month later. No real explanation as for the delay. Eight weeks after installation we had trouble with a roller not tracking as it should. Technician suggested installing a better roller than what the factory provided and stated the rollers were not covered under warranty and the cost would be over $200. In reality the problem was a misaligned track. I fixed it myself. Sorry, but I do not recommend anyone use this company.

I called Nabors this morning because I was having problems with my garage. The representative was able to schedule a tech to come to my home by noon. Evan showed up and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He examined my motor and showed me the broken and worn parts and recommended I get a new one. This was the original life master that came when we purchased the house in 2004 and it had a 10yr warranty so it surpassed the lifespan. Evan took the time to explain to me the new garage openers so I could make a decision to fit my budget and needs. He installed the new one with a lifetime warranty in a little over an hour, programmed my key pad and openers in no time. First, the initial conversation with Ken the dispatcher is what sold me on using your service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great information I should consider while exploring my options. The technician was on time, fast and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he repaired and why. We did have a small issue right after he left, but I called and he returned to fix it. I appreciate his great attitude and quick response. Also the cost was comparable to other quotes and came with a warranty. My only feedback for improvement is that the technician was not wearing a company uniform or shirt, actually, he was wearing a tank top and jeans, which was not very professional. It would be beneficial for him and your company to be uniformed in the future.

Very impressed with Brian Buchanan’s knowledge and commitment to his job. He fixed problem quickly, inspected every roller and torqued all screws with impact driver for tightness. Lubricated the track and rollers and operated the door for proper functioning. It preformed perfectly and is quieter than I’ve ever heard. Very pleased with the service and the price.

We live in an “older” house, over 25 years of age. The original garage door opener has gotten louder over the years but never failed us...until this weekend. The rail that the door rides up and down on broke it’s mounting at the front of the garage. This caused the rail to jump in all directions when the door opener was used. Then the chain got off track and fouled the connection to the rail making it extremely difficult to open or close the door manually. We had used Nabors Garage Door a few years ago to replace the spring/tensioner and I was very pleased with that experience so I reached out to them again. They said they would send someone out first thing Saturday. The technician, Teddy, arrived a few minutes early and reviewed my options. I didn’t plan on getting a new Garage door opener and asked if he could try to repair it. He jumped right into the job and was able to get the assembly / back together...only to find the motor/chain drive was damaged beyond reasonable repair.At that point i asked if he would replace it. He had another appointment to get to at that point but promised he would be back in the afternoon to do the replacement. True to his word, Teddy returned earlier than expected and knocked out the replacement. Now we have a new, quiet, opener with plenty of features.I can’t say enough about Teddy. He was professional, personable and genuinely concerned that he take care of us that same day. I would rate the experience 6 stars if I could, and will never use anyone besides Nabors. Two really positive experiences (except for the fact my garage door was broken).I strongly recommend Nabors!
