The door was fixed to my satisfaction but I was charged $50 dollars more than quoted. When I questioned it they said that they would check into it, but l never heard back. The debit/credit fee is 3% of the billed amount. Total to balance door $199, replace door rollers $99.99 which included and credit card fee of $9.56. Total $316.54 including tax.

Proline Garage Doors of Atlanta are PROS !One of my garage doors torsion springs broke one night creating a huge noise and leaving our cars trapped in the garage. We found Proline Garage Doors online and called them and by 2pm the next day, our garage doors springs were replaced at a reasonable price, making an unexpected expense, affordable to replace. Their work comes with a 5 year parts warranty. The technician Orlin, did an amazing job replacing both door springs, providing additional information on what further needs to be done to ensure a better function of the door, not to mention his great attitude and personality, the respect he extended to me as a customer and the nowadays rare customer service that he delivered. I will definitely use only Proline Garage Doors for my future needs and based on my very positive experience with them, I confidently recommend their services!

Finding the right installer was a pain. From most people not showing up, to just the general lets take advantage because this person knows nothing about garage doors ... I was starting to get exhausted. I found Proline randomly through a search and cant tell you how beyond happy I was with the service.They came out fast to give me a quote on a custom door. They were the 1st company that did not try and up-sell me insulation on a window door. The windows kinda negate having insulation. More so, they took the time explain why they chose to use a certain manufacturer and what to look out for if I decided not to use them. Thats pretty awesome of a company to at least help you regardless of you giving them their business.Their quote came in a little higher than I wanted but they were able to help get it closer in range. I have never been more in touch with a company. After I agreed to get started I was able to text them directly with any questions I had and they responded almost immediately every time, even super late at night. They gave me the option to buy an opener from them, but did not get upset when I ordered a different one on Amazon.As far as the installation goes. Top notch. Fast and painless. The technician was friendly and easy to talk to. They worked around my messy garage and didnt once complain. Just a few hours to remove my old door and install new hardware and new opener.Its not like I have to buy a garage door every year or even for a long time now, but cant say enough good things about this company and every person I dealt with in the company... from the sales guy, to owner, to installer. What an awesome experience. Doesnt happen often in this world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have picked up Proline Garage doors based on the Google Reviews . However, I didnt have a good experience for two reasons:a. The job was to replace the Garage door spring. While replacing the spring the technician discovered one of the cables was also damaged and quoted $90 to replace the same. The same cable is available everywhere in $10-$12 range. I still dont have a response on why they will charge $90 for a less than $12 item (especially when they have already disassembled and I am paying the labor for the spring)b. They charged 7% sales tax on the entire quoted price and the invoice showed the entire amount as Parts Cost. Contacted Jeff and he said that he will send a refund check for the labour cost. This communication happened on 04/14 and still havent received the check. Followed up but didnt get a response.Ill say that they were prompt in service and did the spring replacement well. However, I wouldnt recommend based on the reasons mentioned above.

They were the lowest quote and the work was completed a couple of hours after I called. No answering machines, or call backs, just quick customer service. Highly recommend.

Stephan was nothing short of amazing! Installed two LiftMaster 8550w garage door openers in quick time. We experienced an issue programming the doors to my suv, he made calls and figured out the issue, bought the car2u repeater and fixed the issue the very next day. In March I contacted them that my garage door was not working.They came out and assessed it was the springs and rollers and charged me $500 to change them. Not being in the garage door business and knowing nothing about garage door repairs, I believed them, trusted them and paid them. That did not fix the problem. I had to call and text several times asking for help as I had spent $500 and still have the same problem (its July now)Whatever they had chosen to do and charge me $500 didn’t fix anything. Usually there is no response to my texts or callsEventually they had the guy come out again but would schedule for a certain time and he would not show up. After this happened 3-4 times Jeff called and yelled at me that they were in the service business and need flexibility to be late. I said that’s fine if you give me a window of time but you weren’t showing up when you scheduled an appt and weren’t even showing up during a window of time. He even told me once that someone would be there exactly ‘on the dot ‘and of course they weren’t. It’s made me late to work several times and I’ve taken off work for it.I called and I’ve sent several texts begging for help. After spending $500 and the issue not being resolved I even explained that it’s a safety risk for my children as they are struggling with the issue. As a single mom, I’m saddened to have had $500 taken from me, ignored, yelled at, and still hAve a broken garage door that is dangerous for my young children. Shame on them.I have sent 7 texts to Jeff the owner since June 1 asking when they can fix the issue or what can be done to fix the issue considering I’ve spent $500 and it’s still broken.The texts have not be replied to at all and the messages I’ve left haven’t either.

I had to patiently wait for 3 weeks before they could finally repair my door. Once they did and got paid, they disappeared! There were a few problems I wanted them to address but neither Jeff (owner) or Keifer (technician) would return any of my messages. I now have to hire a different company to address the problems that Proline left behind. They were friendly but at this point I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Great job by Jeff and Stephen, Im pleased with the service provided for my broken garage door opener, the cost was very competitive, and I highly recommend their services.

I decided to go to Home Depot and another independent Garage Door sales/installer to get an estimate for replacing my broken garage door. I ended up making the initial purchase through Home Depot and they said it would take 4 weeks!!! I happened to come across an ad for Proline and called Danny Delfino to see what he could do for me. Danny came over the next day, provided me an estimate. His pricing was better than I expected, manufacturers and installation warranty was far better, and said he could install the next day. So I agreed. Danny showed up on time and finished the job by himself in about three hours. Very courteous guy. Highly recommended!!!
