Our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door was fantastic. The Service Technician, Shaun, was very prompt, and stayed in communication with us ahead of his arrival to ensure no surprises. Thomas Botts was the technician who came and not only did he explain what the issue was, he also provided options and recommendations. Never did he force what should be done and left the entire decision to me. What I really liked was that he was prepared to address any option and get it resolved right there and then, rather than having another appointment to come and address the issue. Thomas did a terrific job in getting the work done and spent enough time to ensure the job was done well and even provide all the post work information. I’m super happy with the services from the company. I called them for a issue with my garage door and they were able to send across an expert next day morning. We had Shaun come over and take a look at issue and he did a complete inspection/ diagnosis in like 15 mins and explained everything there is about garage doors and spring system. We did a torsion rebuild package and the whole thing was completed in an hour or so. They also have pretty good warranty packages. Happy costumer.

Shawn at Precision Door Alpharetta installed an amazing garage door system to replace my 22 year old garage system that was inoperable. My old garage made so much noise and now my new garage system is almost silent when opening and closing. This is my third door installed by Precision. The quality of the door is very good and they hold up with time. Pricing is very good for an installed door, however it did take a while for the door to ship from the supplier in this covid world. But, when it got here, the color was correct, size correct, and windows were correct. This most recent door was installed in my new shop. Clayton did a great job installing it quickly, probably 90 minutes start to finish. He cleaned up all his mess, boxes and all. The door operates smoothly and easily. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door.

Michael was professional and very efficient. He gave us the option of repairing our 20 year old unit or installing a new unit for slightly more than repair would have cost. Precision was my 2nd quote. 1st quote from a well known service provider was much higher for a new unit and did not give me the option of repairing my old unit. Michael at Precision also had a new unit with him, and installed it in about an hour. Working great now, and I will call Precision 1st next time!

My garage door spring broke on a Wednesday night and I called Precision the very next morning who scheduled a mid-afternoon call with Master Technician Shaun Sewell. Mr. Sewell called me and advised he could come late morning to inspect and when he arrived he was professional, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away and showed me what parts were needed, showed the parts he was going to replace them with and really educated me about the door and system itself which I greatly appreciated. Before starting the work Mr. Sewell provided me three quotes for the job and did not try to hard sell the most expensive. After picking the option right for my needs, he began the work immediately and completed it in a short time. After the repairs he went over what he did, gave tips on how to look for future issues and explained Precision can respond to any follow up or new questions or needs at any time.
