I purchased a bracelet last night @ the North Point Mall location. When I got home I noticed that the employee (DEVON) gave me an empty box without my bracelet. I returned to the store Sunday afternoon to speak with the manager who appeared to be very nonchalant. The manager insisted that Devon stated she gave me the bracelet & I wore it out of the store. Devon is a LIAR and she kept the bracelet for herself that I purchased. Its such an inconvenience b/c I have to wait 48 hours for them to review the camera to see that Devon lied about giving me the product that I paid for in cash. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs on Monday morning. Be careful when purchasing from this location!!!

Went in to get Moms bracelet cleaned, they cleaned it for free. The store is always clean & the employees are always so helpful. Thank you.

I came to this location a week after having the best shopping experience. But it was not the same experience the second time around. The first time I purchased a rose gold bracelet and a charm. Put it on wore it one day. As I took it off the piece that goes into the clasp bent. This is not my first pandora bracelet may I add. So I took it back. I honestly wanted a refund versus an exchange. If it does this once it will do it again. I gave it to the associate. She took it out the box, took it to the back twice, when she brought it back she had completely broken off the piece that was at first only bent. Now she tells me they can’t refund my money for a “damaged “ item. You just made it a damaged item! I will never shop at this location again!😡

Oh my goodness, the worst location ever. The customer service is god awful. They workers there took forever for them to notice me because they were just chatting else where. They took like 15 mins and they finally noticed me. I will never return to this location. Cya.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences here now and honestly it makes me never want to buy anything from this company again. I felt very unwelcome. The manager Toi has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a manager. I’m a manager and I know for a fact if I treated my customers the way she treated me I would be written up if not fired. Not only was she horrible but there was a gay guy there also and he was terrible! Cut me off mid sentence and acted like he didn’t want to help me. I will never return to this location if I have to buy pandora again.

If you want have the worst customer service go to pandora in north point mall . When I walked to the store I saw bunch of girls are talking together, finally One of them not notice me but because it was online return they didn’t try to help me. Even when I ask them I want to see the manager they give me bad eyes. At the end I return my ring online easily but I will never ever go back to this location .

Was not impressed this visit to pandora. The assistant manager was not very helpful as the first visit when I bought six charms. She handed me a book, instead of leading me to the different merchandise in the box. It was sad really, I bought a charm I researched before I got there. She was not very friendly or assisting. I should have just went online and bought a custom charm from Amazon for less money.

I visited Pandora North Point Mall and received horrible customer service from the manager Toi. I initially called the store approximately one hour before visiting to ensure that they had a specific charm. I asked specifically for the mom script charm and the 2019 graduation charms. She put me on hold to check and came back to the phone saying yes we have plenty of them. I visited the store and was told by Daisy that they did not have the mom script charm and havent had it for a while. I advised her I called approximately 45 minutes before visiting and was told they had it. Daisy was amazing. She is the only reason I made a purchase in the store. She offered alternatives and even offered to place the order online which I agreed to do with a purchase inside of the store. I reminded Toi of my call and she said I dont make mistakes, I have been doing this for a very long time. I advised her I called and asked for the moms script charm with the heart in the middle and she said we have a bunch of mom charms with the heart in the middle. Toi was extremely rude and acted as if I made the mistake. Maybe the mistake was visiting this specific store. Thank you Daisy for being an amazing rep for Pandora. Unfortunately its the new people that do well and treat those with respect and those that have been doing it for a very long time that need to be retrained and the art of customer service.

Pandora is on the top floor of the north point mall near sears. Good collection of pandora charms at this location. Sales rep Brittany was friendly and suggested the Christmas special charm which we ended up buying. Convenient location inside the north point mall: in one stop you can shop and eat. During holidays (Christmas) it will be crowded so plan accordingly. We went there early and we were in and out fast. You can look up online at their collections and have an idea before you go which will help with ur shopping experience.

This customer service is awful to the core. You spend $180 for 2 charms, I expect to be treated with steller customer. Manager Toi and associate Stacey do not want to work why doesnt their District Manager understand this. Ive done surveys and gotten $10 off.my next purchase.. Thats not good enough. I spoke with the District Manager that had no empathy as she told me she will.reveiew the video.. Not coached their team or an apology but review the video... I will Never return to this store..

This store has certainly changed. The mall it is in is bare but the real problem is the service. Rude costumer service, and pushy sales associates. As I was wondering around attempting to casually talk and ask questions in the store I was followed like a hawk with barely a foot between myself and the associate. Anything I expressed the slightest interest in was immediately thrown at my boyfriend as he was pushed to buy something despite my insistence that I was just in for a cleaning and a few gifts for a friend. Wound up leaving without either when I discovered my purchases were not going to be good enough for them as they wanted to take my 5 item purchase up a notch even though it meant losing the whole sentimental value aspect I was going for. After being showed the same charm 6 times that could only be described as looking better I have up.

This store needs way more employees! There is no reason for it to take 30 minutes to get serviced at a Pandora store. I have been to the one in SouthPark Mall in Charlotte two dozen or more times and have never seen less than five employees working. It is unacceptable on a Saturday during the busiest time of the week to have two employees working. I should have just got up and walked out.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been in this store two times trying to return something.. every time, the same rude associate is there with the same excuse that they don’t have cash to return. She said, call before coming to see if we have cash. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!!

I was having issues with my bracelet and instead of trying to sale me what I didnt need she rearranged my bracelet and added a silicone piece to one of my clips and resolved my issue.
