Daughter was dancing outside your store today with binkys destined to live inside a bear. Staff was great, but at the last minute - said corporate told them they could not assist us in any way with putting a binky or pacifier inside a bear. Changed few months ago. Couldn’t leave bear unsown. Had to cut strings. “Can’t let you leave the store that way” they said…. but you can buy and install plastic heart beat electronics or voice recorders. We’ve been planning this for over 1 year and you completely screwed us over today. Thanks BAB corporate for not finding ANY way to accommodate the many customers that expect this service our culture has talked about for many years, and recommended BAB for. Zero. Zilch. Never again. I’m still upset.

Geena was so especially helpful! I called the store to let her know the type of bear I needed for a gift. She had it all ready for me when I arrived. I was greeted with friendly smiles upon my arrival. Great customer service!

I assumed this store would be gimmicky but its actually a really fun and unique experience! The kids love selecting and personalizing their own bear and watching him/her be brought to life by the friendly staff who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs.

Grace, John and Samuel all worked as great team to build our bears. I liked the marked floors and sanitizer around the store, the cute 🐻 masks. I feel like they need a tip jar for the effort and energy they go through per family.

This store is bright, clean and well organized. They have a wide variety of options and prices. There is a big selection of accessories to customize your new friend.

Me and my daughter have a great time in there. She loves seeing whats new and adding to her collection in one way or the other. Everyones very friendly and we are almost the last to leave.

I am so let down. My daughter had a tradition with her Grandpa where they did Build a Bear once a year. He passed away 2 years ago and this year she begged me to make a grandpa bear. We spent a long time designing a dog in glasses and a plaid button up shirt. In line their credit card machine broke. There were a total of 2 customers in line trying to buy 2 bears. They asked us to come back later, so we ate and came back about 2 hours later. They were still out of commission and had stopped taking new orders. There were still ONLY TWO bears that were unpaid. They said they would call me when the machine worked. No offer of any kind for my troubles.So I guess today they are going to call me, I will get to drive another 2 hours (1 hour each way), and pay full price for a now VERY VERY EXPENSIVE bear. Thanks, CORPORATE greed. Way to take advantage of my kid loving her grandpa.

1st time for my son to visit BAB. The wonderful young lady that helped my son went OVER & BEYOND to make it AWESOME! Ive been to other locations & never had the experience & employee enthusiasm we had there. She was so natural ~ made everything more magical.

Today I attempted to go for the Pay your Age promotion to get my son a bear and after standing in line we were told by an employee that they were not accepting anymore customers. The employee was very rude stating that they were done in a disgruntled manner. To my knowledge this event was supposed to be held all day and I feel like if you needed to turn away customers you could have at least handled that in a polite and understanding matter and APOLOGIZED but absolutely no apology and nothing but an angry employee telling us they were done with an attitude. Im very disappointed because I was actually a bonus member and my son did not get a bear. Something needs to be done about this.

Heather was wonderful. She was just incredible with our shy little guy. Thanks for making our first build a bear experience memorable. Both kiddos are playing with their new friends now.

The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. There is an wide variety of stuffed animals to choose from and the staff makes building a bear fun and interactive.

My first build with my 16 month old daughter. They were friendly and explained the process. Im averse to being in malls but they made it a pleasant experience even for me. Very patient with my young daughter and inclusive of her in the process. She loves her new kitty that plays the Imperial March.

This was our first time to this store. My daughter had received a gift certificate. The staff was very friendly and there was a great selection of different Bears to choose from she was able to build a bear and she sleeps with the bear every night.

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. They are mean to my child and treat my child WITHOUT kindness. They probably think I dont notice it. Act right people, you are supposed to be the faces of this company and you are selling a freaking huggable bears. Yet, your personalities do not reflect the product. Dont shame build-a-bear!

We were part of a birthday party for a boy turning 4. The host family did the $25 per child package and it was awesome!I suggest the 10:30am time slot because mall traffic was sparse and the store customers not affiliated with the party were minimal.The bear/animal selection was rather limited but the clothing options were quite generous! The girls mostly selcted Disney princess dresses and a number of the boys picked Falcons gear including a helmet!The party coordinator did a rockstar job keeping the children engaged and some of the little party activities along the way were cute, fun and made the birthday boy feel super special.After the party the hosts had selected to walk down to the Cookie Company and the children sat at tables and sang happy birthday, munched on cookie cake and sipped on juice bags the host family had thought to bring along.Build-a-Bear has a great product and the birthday party deal was well produced and thoughtfully packaged.

I am not sure what happened to this company. We always took our kids here to window shop for birthdays, Christmas, Chanukah and good behavior gifts. My kids went in the store with an adult who was supervising. The lady said they could not come in UNLESS THEY WERE BUYING SOMETHING right then. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. How can you teach your kids a budget and window shopping and list making if you cannot even look. Corporate needs to look into this. I will now do my shopping on amazon.

This is another great store in the Northpoint Mall. The staff were patient and helpful. This was my 2 almost 3 yr grandsons first time at Build A Bear the ladies were so sweet he was delighted.

Kiersten was so helpful as I built myself a piplup. she knew her stuff and it made the experience so much fun!!

I have been to this build a bear workshop many times. I have had no problem with there service until I went recently. Everyone was nice to us until we came to check out. The lady was very rude to us. Maybe because we were 12 and 13 year old but, it shouldnt matter though because we are buying her product. She was very snappy and told my friend if she didnt have enough money to leave, although she ended up having enough and told her she was stupid.

Even during the madness that was pay your age day every employee was on point, interactive, smiled, and treated us as top notch as ever. There was no rush to get you in and out like cattle.

Tired as the sellers try to sell you more things by talking directly with the children. It is the most absurd way to buy a stuffed animal, all the accessories are more expensive than the stuffed animal itself.
