Is not worth to pay more in a store, they say will cover you with warranty but is just another sales speech. They give you discount for another purchase but no warranty. Buy online you save time and you get more

Nice store located on the second floor of North Point Mall. Very clean with a good veriaty of the popular brands. What set it apart from the rest of the stores for me was the customer service, they had about 3 people that day and I felt that the rep was super nice and helpful. Even to the point of comparing prices between its store and the one located within Macys. In the end I didnt purchase but this will be the place I go when I decide what glasses to get.

Went there during lunch. Today and looked for some new shades. Victoria helped me and she was awesome. I was looking for a different color lens than what was on display and she found one I liked from what she had in stock. Certainly would recommend buying from here if you want quality and knowledge.

I’ve had a bad exeperience with almost every location except this one and the one in Forsyth. Working with Sophie was perhaps the greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced. She went above and beyond to help assist me. She was the only one who took the time to help me out. Outstanding work!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They dont know what they are doing. I wanted sunglasses they were out of stock of the ones I wanted. The sales person told me he could order them for me and I could get them next day. WRONG!!! Doesnt matter who orders, online orders take 2-3 days to process so now I have to wait a week for glass. Which I will be returning and buying from another company. Sungless huts online customer service is crap as well. Save yourself some energy get you glasses somewhere else

I had the worst experience ever Antown the store manager was so rude he was yelling at me threatened to call mall security cussing in front of children and customer, i had a return and this is how i was treated i will never shop with sunglasses hut again.

Never go back again. Everyone there was so rude, thats why no customers at all.
