Emanuel and Misty were both amazing to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, they make a great team and helped me find the mattress of my dreams. There are mattress stores on every block these days but this experience was truly standout and Id recommend anyone to go and see them.

The sales person was beyond knowledgeable and was really helpful. I’m not a fan of throwing an extra $1,000 in expenses as a surprise at the end. I like upfront pricing/honesty when I am making a large purchase. Every company has their own process for sales, but this kind of sales tactic comes across as shady.Each to their own, but turned me off of the whole buying process in general with Mattress Firm.

They will tell you 7 days delivery but it will over a month. It’s been a month since I ordered it. I got a text two days ago asking if Saturday was a good day to deliver it. I replied yes. It never came. IF it comes next week it will have been 5 weeks.

Went into mattress firm and was greeted by Emmanuel. He worked with me to find the perfect mattress and was able to save me $1500.

The experience with stuff was great, they were very attentive and tried to work with me. My issue came at the fact that the bundle that I bought was not in store and had to be shipped in which takes a week to deliver when I need pillows now but nothing much anyone can do there, just wish they had the inventory at the store specially this location being the biggest in Orlando.

The sales person, Josue Brucelas was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I suffer with neck and back issues and he was very patient with me trying different mattresses. He was through explaining the purchase agreement and how to care for my new mattress. I was not rushed into making my decision and the staff in the store were very friendly. I would recommend this store to my friends.

Missy was super nice and not pushy at all. I’m a college student moving into my first apartment which I let her know and she wasn’t taking advantage of that fact there were 2 specific mattresses I liked and she left it up to me with choosing which I like better not trying to force me to buy one that was more expensive she gave me information on both mattresses and was overall very helpful. 10/10 would recommend. She also reassured me that they disinfect the beds after testing them out which made me feel much better about trying it out since I was very hesitant to lie down.

Cole was personable and helpful. There was no need to shop anywhere else. Don’t get a mattress at a furniture store - they don’t know what they’re doing. Mattress Firm does. They are also adhering to CDC-recommended rules regarding covid19, which set my mind at ease. Remember, a bed is an important purchase and will probably be pricier than you imagined at first, but it’s well worth it for healthy sleep.

I stopped in just to see what was available and it just so happened they were having a Pre-Black Friday 50% off sale. Now after watching plenty of Adam Ruins Everything and doing my own research online I know that over the course of a year retailers will steadily raise prices to adjust for the big shopping holiday deals. Going into it I knew Id get a bit of a deal, but not whats advertised. So like I said, I just stopped in to see.That all being said I still got a bed with no high pressure sales tactics and the store manager, Misty, listened to my needs and helped me with my purchase. In the end I got a pretty good mattress, bed frame and delivery for $600. The beds original sale price is $1,000 according to Misty. So all in all Im pretty happy with my purchase and the experience as a whole.Thanks Mattress Firm and Misty Wann in particular. Good job guys 👍

This Location is the worse. I have been waiting almost 90days for a refund. Mason customer service and understanding of the process of a return is a zero. He gives out incorrect information and the customer is left to deal with. The regional supervisor just makes excuse for Mason’s mistakes instead of fixing the problem. Mathew did not discuss the return policy upon me purchasing the mattress. I have been waiting over 90days for my full refund and now I have to wait even longer because the regional is off for two days. I requested for a higher up to give me a call back. This location is the worst

Great demonstration and great service.

I purchased a mattress online via their chat feature never having gone to test only going off the advice of the chat help. When the mattress arrived I absolutely hated it. I looked up the return procedure and didn’t know there was a 21 day wait period. I was so upset I couldn’t imagine sleeping on it for another night let alone 21 days! I called Mattress Firm Altamonte Saturday and spoke with Charles. I explained the situation and I went in later that day and picked out the perfect mattress. Today is Monday and it’s already here!
