Absolutely outstanding!I have had many average experiences at mattress stores over the years. However, this one was exceptional and most of that was due to the associate, Mason. He was extremely helpful and listened to the things I was looking for and asked questions to help with my search.Rather than just having me try a whole bunch of beds that after a while would begin to feel the same, he had me try a few select ones that fell within my budget and waited for my response as to what I liked or didn’t like, or one step further if I could change the feel to make it a better fit, what would I want to change. After coming up with two options, at either end of my budget window. After narrowing things down he let me try them at my own pace and answered any questions I had.I needed a bit of time to make my decision, go with the more conservative option or to splurge on the higher end option, the more longterm investment. There was no pressure and I was able to come back the next day try them again before making my choice.I would recommend this location and specifically Mason to anyone I knew looking for a bed.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Charles was super helpful in me find my perfect mattress. I initially thought I wanted one mattress and after almost getting through the process, I changed my mind at the last minute. Charles had no issue with me and just wanted to make sure I got one that I liked. I’m moving down to Miami and he made sure my delivery process was smooth. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable on mattresses. We both like the same kinds so it was easy for him to assist. 10/10 would recommend.

Just left this mattress firm, Mason was great! He walked through all the options and adjusted what he showed us to fit exactly what we wanted. We checked out a few different places before this and the sales people were very pushy, Mason made it easy and comfortable and a stress free experience.

My wife and I purchased a new Beautyrest Pressure Smart Lux mattress set today on clearance. Charles was awesome! He took the time to explain the differences between the different brands and styles. He even showed us a floor model of the bed we were looking at, and we ended up paying half of what the retail price was! We were on the fence about buying a floor model, and even planned to hit up a competitor before deciding. But Charles no pressure, no B.S. sales style ultimately sold us. I went to the Winter Park Location last Saturday and Juan and Nick where extremely helpful, I didnt have a big budget and a lot of back problems, so this guys went above a beyond, they find me the right mattress at the right price, to make sure i was 100% satisfied the send me to their sister store in altamonte that is a clearance center, where Charles and Mason where incredible, all of them they truly make me feel that they care about me, no matter how big my budget was. Received excellent service from Charles and Mason. They were very nice and didn’t pressure me at all, unlike most salesmen. The process went very smoothly and because it’s a clearance center I had the option for same day pick up. Still decided to go with delivery, it’s easier and less stressful on my car. My husband and I visited mattress firm clearance/outlet yesterday after visiting five other mattress stores. We even visited a different mattress firm store. This store was amazing. There were a ton of mattress options. We were looking for an inexpensive mattress for a second home that would only be used a few times a month. But we still wanted a comfortable mattress. Charles did an excellent job finding us exactly what we were looking for because he listened to what we were wanting. He wasn’t trying to up-sale us for his own benefit. He was an excellent sales person and knew exactly what he had in his store and gave us tons of options to try. I also loved the fact that I could’ve brought it home that day if we had brought our truck because it’s actually in the store. Thank you Charles!

I was relieved coming to this location after the 3 other mattress stores I visited previously. I found that at every other mattress store, the salesmen didn’t even listen to what I wanted and needed, just wanted to me to purchase the most expensive bed available. I came in on Wednesday night, and was relieved to here the salesman asking me specific questions like what side I sleep on, and all the little issues I have with my current mattress. The sales guy was great and what happened wasn’t his fault. First off I needed to get a bed frame after my purchase of the bed set I ordered. Problem was, none of the stores carried any in stock and couldn’t get it in until after the delivery of my bed. Second, when the bed arrived the box spring was crushed. And they can’t get me a replacement till another day. Problem with that is, I do not have a bed to sleep on till then. For problems like this they need a remediation team to deliver replacements from the warehouse same day, to keep customers happy.

I went to rooms to go first. Most of their options were more than my budget. I went to see the this altamonte location right after. These guys set me up. Thanks!

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without pushing the sale. In the end, my wife and I purchased a returned mattress for half the price of a regular mattress and the sales rep set up the delivery day/time that worked best for us! Prior to going to Mattress Firm, we went to RTG (across the street). While RTG could offer us more furniture that wed like to have, Im really happy about our purchase and will probably go back to Mattress Firm once we need another bed.

Warm, welcoming and friendly. Roque (pronounced Rocky) was very helpful and non-pushy. He gave us the information we needed after listening to our comfort requirements and steered us in the right direction taking our budget into account.There are high end beds, low end beds and several in between. We were given the time we need to be comfortable and made a purchase with that confidence. Cant wait to sleep on the new bed tonight!

My husband and I purchased a mattress from mattress firm years ago. We are still pleased with our mattress and our whole overall experience in purchasing it five years ago so we decided to go back to look for a bed for our daughter. After years of jumping on her bed it was time to replace it. It’s been my experience in life that you get what you pay for....you buy cheap, you by twice! Although I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a mattress for her I wanted to get her something that will hopefully last throughout her teenage years as well. I went in and spoke to Brian at the Altamonte store who was very helpful in getting us into a mattress that fit our needs and our budget. I know this is the business of sales but Brian didn’t seem like your typical scamming salesman, more like a “real” dude just trying to make a living and he helped us tremendously with our budget. I really appreciate his service to us. I bought a really good mattress for my daughter and feel I got a really good deal. I’m very pleased. I’ll be back when it’s time for my husband and I to replace ours.

Beds were color coordinated according to firmness. Easy to work our way around the store. Hector and Brian were very knowledgeable about all the beds and box springs. We bought the Hartfield Queen for our guest room and it was delivered the same day (on a Sunday!). Great service, price, and product.

I had to do a purchase for my new rental and I was on crunch time. I needed to find a mattress as so as possible so that when I move in I am good until the rest of my furniture came later in January. I went online to see what they have compared prices and they offered free delivery. I was unsure because I had a budget. I noticed one of the sales associate Sandi Raqena had an ATA sweater and I asked her if she did Martial Arts and she said yes and her whole family does Martial Arts as well. Small world she knew a mutual friend of mines and she said she was one of the owners of ATA school in Florida. Hector is a fantasic sales person. I bought my Mom a Casper two years ago and regretted it she had horrible back pain!
