I wake into the store to try out mattress firmness and the associate Sandi was very helpful. She gave me all the info I needed to decide what was best for my 33 year old body. She made sure I got the discounts offered on the website and arranged for the next day delivery. The whole process took all of 10 minutes or so. Funny because my original plan was to try them out and buy something cheaper on Amazon, but I feel that I made a great choice in store. Mattress Firm gives pretty good guarantees and delivery includes old mattress removal.

Great experience! Misty was great all around: she listened to my needs, suggested mattresses and was very patient as I tried every mattress! This was my first trial of mattresses so I did leave the first time without making a purchase but within a week, I was back, buying from her and Kathy. After going to several mattress stores I realized, not only did they carry the mattress I wanted at a great price, but the customer service was top-notch. The facility itself could use some love, but the people are great which,, in my opinion is the most important. Will definitely go back if/when I need another mattress.

We had the best experience at Mattress Firm! David greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He was so helpful and friendly! He took the time to get to know us and what we needed in a mattress before suggesting several for us to try. He educated us on the difference between each selection and the pros/cons. The first time we came in, he new we werent purchasing that day, but helped us immensely just the same. He helped us and educated us so well that it really helped us make up our minds, so we went back the next day to purchase the Tempur-Pedic that he suggested for us!

This is my favorite place to shop for beds! They closed down for a while due to COVID-19, but I waited until they re-opened to buy our new queen size adjustable bed! This was the easiest way Ive ever bought bed.Face it who doesnt like a great night sleep. David Ojeda greeted us as we entered a very clean and comfortable looking store. My doctor actually prescribed I get a Sealy mattress for my back issues. I had been looking for a mattress for a couple of days and today was the day after Thanksgiving!! We just bought a house and needed two queen beds. I called Mattress Firm on SR434 because of the wonderful Labor Day special buy a queen for the price of a twin. Perfect. Well then I got Kathy. I don’t know who hired Kathy but whoever did has an eye for talent and deserves a raise. It gets better. She has a sidekick Misty. Those two ladies are smart, professional, and if you have any questions about prices or what your budget is, just communicate it and they make it happen. The highest compliment I can give is if I owned a small business, I’d hire either one of them in a heartbeat. They deserve praise and recognition. I bought a bed 3 years ago from Mattress Barn, which they bought. I had an approved warranty claim. I was told I could use credit and finance the rest to get a better bed. The store manager Hope stated I couldnt. She tried to tell me use warranty claim to buy new frame or pillows, then fiance the bed. I request speak corporate or warranty department. She said lets pick out bed first and tired several times to get me and over sale me. I request talk departments again and she stated I got call them on my own time. Asked for regional manager and she stated they dont give out that information. I left and went to another location. In and out in no time and transaction was completed the opposite way a supposedly manager told me couldnt happened. Go to the Mattress Firm Clearance location for better deals and customer service.

Hope Brown, store manager, is AWESOME!!!! My hubby and I had a very BAD experience with the warranty department when a mattress we purchased less than 1.5 years ago became so sagged, we couldnt sleep on it. After an online and over the phone struggle with the warranty department, we finally received a credit and came to Hopes store for help. In less than 30 minutes, Hope honored our credit, took care of the delivery fee and made sure we were happy before leaving. There was no hassle, no up sale and no guilt. She was apologetic and seriously interested in making sure we were satisfied. I can not say enough about how Hope made a very bad experience into an amazing testament of how customer service should be. Thank you to Hope and her right hand man John Kain for the dedication to your craft!

The day that I purchased a mattress, I had great customer service! It was all down hill after that. I picked the mattress up about a month later, because I was moving. After sleeping on my mattress for less than a week, it was sinking in the middle, and my back pain was unbearable. I gave it about 3 weeks, and it did not get any better. Ive been in the military for 7 years, I can sleep just about anywhere. This mattress was AWFUL. I called to ask about exchanging it and I received a very poor attitude from the Woman at the store. I told her I would be purchasing from a different location if I decided to go with mattress firm still. I ended up purchasing a Nectar instead. Once I received it, I called MF back to schedule a return; again, met with a very poor attitude and a woman than was cutting off my sentences. I was told I will have back pain for 30 days, and thats completely normal. Rather than helping me return the mattress, she was trying to convince me to keep it, and telling me that back pain, and a collapsing mattress were normal. The Womans name was Sandy, I believe.My Nectar is wonderful, and such a simpler process. I will never purchase from mattress firm again.
