The slushies were almost completely frozen this time!

I never thought I would be rating a gas station but this place is just awful. They rarely honor advertised prices. For example signs around the store and on items like ‘Monster, 2 for $4.25’. They just won’t give you that price and there’s nothing you can do. They take forever ringing up purchases and gas, like no one there knows what they are doing. I’ve called and filed support tickets twice to bring it to someone’s attention and nothing has changed. The first time I never even got a call back. I wish this place would change ownership/management or just close so another gas station can take it’s place.

Store was clean and organized

The employees are nice but their bakery items are always stale and hard it’s upsetting to waste money on hard old cookies and pastries

Really bad experience, asked lady to bake fresh tender, she insist to give me the one was already done, so i got it and i see was very bad by touch it, them i gave it back and she still insisted was good, im not coming back here anytime soon.

Safria, yelled at me curses me oit didnt give me the prices of the items i wanted and they all where posted up to 11/10/2019. She would not honor any prices. They are robbers steal and lying to the public . i have pictures and im going to report you to the better business Bureau

Today is a traditional birthday celebration I can’t enjoy due to meeting the worst employee in my life. I will paraphrase because it’s long.I pulled up after leaving dentist. Grabbed my phone after I put the car in park to check gas balance. I heard a very loud boom that scared me so bad, looked up to see a woman staring at me. I tried to roll up the window and heard her yell “you can’t just sit there at the pump if you’re not getting gas!” I said “I’m sorry what was that?, rolling my window back down. She got snappy. I told her I could take my business elsewhere and she continued to yell at me saying it’s the managers rules and to go somewhere else. I calmly unbuckled my seat belt and headed in the store to inform another employee of her mistreatment to me in front of my mom, 2 nephews, and my baby. Mean lady left her job changing the trash bins to barge in telling me I’m going to jail and to call the cops. I asked the other lady did I approach her in any rude way and the very mean lady starts yelling louder and threatening me with all kinds of stuff telling me to get out. She then pushes me. I admit I defended myself because she pushed me. After several customers came to dissolve the issue, 711 employee #2 came to my face telling me to leave now. I was guided out of the store but I wasn’t leaving. Cops arrive and put me in handcuffs because 711 told them I was the aggressor. Witnesses told them I was the one that was hit first, but they had to watch the video. Another woman came yelling in my face telling me I was going to jail because I was wrong when she wasn’t even there to witness the beginning. She yelled get her license plate number as if I started to run. Police did the right thing, ran both me and moms info to find nothing of course and ended up playing ball in the rain with my family. This woman started a fight and played victim. She harassed me in public and followed me when I went to report her. She should not be working in the public at all. I hate to know she’s still working there and got away with misconduct and discrimination. Also the male manager that came in and told my God fearing mother to not come back, we won’t, nor any of my family n friends. Mom was trying to get some water so I could take my meds to prevent a severe panic attack. She was holding my toddler and keeping an eye on my nephews, one who has autism. Looking at all my babies crying hurt bad. One officer helped me take a swig of water since I was in cuffs. All of the customers walking up looking at me like I was a criminal hurt my health too. Thank God for Good Samaritans, police officers, and cameras!!

Lisa is always helpful and friendly when I go to this 7-Eleven. Ill actually drive an extra mile to go to this 7-Eleven location, because the one right in front of my neighborhood is so disappointing. My wife and I spend almost $500 a month at 7-Eleven, so its nice when we get treated like a loyal customer. Not how we feel at the one by our house. (Wekiva/434) That stores management is cheap and try not to honor promotions, rewards points redemption, etc. Thanks Lisa for always caring about your customers and taking pride in your work!***Note: This location is not ideal if you need to continue down Sand Lake Road due to the no left turn out on that side, however there is a left turn lane leading on to 434 and you can turn right on to 434 so for a majority of people this will NOT be an issues at all! Also there are times of the day where the highschool rush will be noticed.***

BUYERS BEWARE. Tina is a worker there. She is the rudest and nastiest person. The store has been closed for hours despite the fact it is 24 hours. This lady should not be in contact with the public at all..BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT GO THERE BETWEEN 10- 6 AM. .

It can be very annoying to get in and out of this location. A lot of the entries and exits are one direction only.Location itself is small but clean, be careful of the student rush during lunch and after school though.

Watch out with your Credit/Debit cards on gas pumps, in this station my information was stolen, I get more than $300 on fraudulent charges..

I buy cigarettes and drink $6
