Helpful employees and quick checkout experience! Got some great recommendations on perfumes.

My fiance and I were in the store for about an hour shopping around and choosing make up for our wedding. One of the employees offered a small bottle of water to one of the customers. A few minutes later I asked another employee for a bottle of water as well. I was told they dont have water and I can go to the food court and get one. So I asked another person who literally just brought water to another client and she said the water is only to clients who are doing make up. So I said thank you and my fiance and I put $300+ worth of stuff back and walked away to Sephora in JCPENNEY. I will not buy anything from the store which doesnt make me feel welcomed or employees are not treating their customers the same way. Also we were at the store for about an hour and I was asked for help only once. We had a completely different experience at Sephora inside JCPENNEY.

While I was in here shopping for a gift, I noticed one of the team members gave a customer a small bottle of water. When I went and asked for one as well, she told me they didnt have any. I went and asked another person who said they did have them but they only gave them out to certain people. It seems to be a little discriminating at this store and I was highly offended so I will not be supporting Sephora anymore

Really like this location! From the clean store to the really friendly staff, it was a great experience from start to finish. They require masks when you visit and are not allowing for any sampling on the products, which makes perfect sense right now and is greatly appreciated.I was able to easily walk through the store and look around, even with a full sized stroller. Looking at all the color offerings was easy and its all well organized and marked. Staff was everywhere and super helpful. I found a couple of products I wanted and went to check out. They have plexi-glass up around the registers for extra precaution. It was a breeze to check out.The staff talked with myself and my little one throughout the visit and made us both feel very welcome. I love my new lipstick and already used the face mask for a spa night at home.Overall: A+Great location, excellent staff, and great care during COVID.

This is a womans, mans, or gender neutrals (judgment free zone) candy land! You name it, they have it. From makeup to hair products, fragrances to serums. If you need it, theyve most likely got it and have a multitude of varieties of the item from different brands, shades, scents, purposes, etc... Just make sure you either go in knowing what you want or be prepared to stay and play for a while. 😉

My wife and I went looking for some blush and an eyebrow pencil. Everyone was extremely helpful, but I have to specifically say that Jordan was beyond exceptional. She really took her time helping my wife and then recommended a product for me to moisturize and take the red out of my face. We spent about four times what I thought we were going to but I can honestly say Im happy to have. Thank you Jordan!!

I’ve been going to this Sephora for a while now and have only had amazing experiences. All staff are so helpful and ready to lend assistance at all times, whether it be product knowledge to recommendations and today Paula knocked it out of the park and made my day! She’s an absolute !!ANGEL!! I came in for skincare needs and she was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and helped me find some new favs I know I’m going to be coming back for again!

The reps where keen on sanitizong the space, they even sprayed your hands and check for masks at entrance. It was a pleasant visit today at mall, the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with their products

Came in to make an exchange with an online order and pricilla was super rude! I am baffled at the fact That Sephora at this location has such a incompetent rude and unprofessional employee as a store manager. Very disappointing...do better Sephora

Lack customer skills.... I went in for a couple of items. No luck! I spoke to 3 customer service reps, it was an awful experience. I literally felt like I was begging for service. There were no other customers in the store and it felt like the reps wanted to conversate amongst themselves more than help me. I asked to see a certain brand twice. I was led to the aisle and there was no product. She didnt know when they would receive their inventory ... Total waste of time

Whitney assisted me today and she was amazing! She really went above and beyond me and I really appreciated that. I went to Dillard’s and the girl there wouldn’t even talk to me about the product I came in for, she only wanted me to look at her brand she was selling. Whitney didn’t do that, she went around and got me four or five different eyebrow shades to ensure I left with the perfect match. She’s an awesome employee!

Actually very disappointed with them. I don’t buy make up often but when i usually spend $30 - $70 each time. I did NOT like how i felt as if i was being watched like i was going to steal. No one asked me if i needed help (which i didn’t) but two employees took it upon themselves to stand at the ends of the isle i was shopping in. At first i tried to ignore it but became irritated when they just stood there not even offering to see if i had questions or needed anything but just to watch as if i was the only person in the store shopping that day. I grabbed the items i wanted and just went to check out. Very poor experience. I get the precaution but NEWS FLASH !!!! ALL PEOPLE (even people of COLOR) DO NOT STEAL !!! SOME OF US ACTUALLY ARE GOOD PEOPLE WHO HAVE MONEY TO SPEND!

It was a great experience looking at this mega store full of makeup, brushes, cologne and everything else that makes you feel beautiful! The sales associates are specifically educated on what is best for your individual face and then they begin applying the magic! I looked fantastic and I am sure that I will be able to apply it all on my own because the directions were so clear and easy....run dont walk and see for yourself!

Poor Service... Store was practically empty and I almost had to pull a consultant to get some help. She seems to be upset. It was the Thursday before Black Friday... Service should be better.

Nikki was so sweet and helpful. While helping me find a foundation, she asked plenty of questions about the finish, coverage, etc. that I was looking for to make sure I got what I wanted. Just by looking a me, she was able to pick out what I wanted in the exact shade of my skin tone. I frequently shop here and love how friendly all the sales associates are.

Today was my first time in a Sephora where I went it looking to actually purchase something. I spent some time on my own looking and sampling but after a bit someone came to me and asked me if they could help. I explained what I was looking for and although I had already selected the product I wanted she gave me her opinion and I found it to be reassuring. the lady Maria was the one who cashed me out and was very very sweet. she gave me some skin care samples and signed me up for their rewards program. all in all it was a good experience and I will go back when I need more beauty products.

They have almost everything! Dont go to the JCPenny one, youre wasting your time just head straight for this one. They give out samples and they greet you and circle around to help you a lot if you have questions and if you cant find something they will always find it for you. One less star only because of the price of the products; I can only shop there once every 3 months!

Maybe I should of made an appointment or my expectations where to high, I dont think Ill be coming back after my first visit. Firstly, Sephora has been my fave getaway and lose myself for a few hours store for about 20 years. Ive been to many locations. I have never been consistantly ignored like I am at this location. Maybe because Im older now. Besides that, the layout of the store itself sucks. I only go here if I have to because its the closest to the housem

Rude cashiers. I spend $1500+ a year at Sephora so are there some online purchases that are bound to be returned. An associate mumbled something rude to another associate right in front of me about the number of returns I had (4). She got embarrassed caught in the act that she would not even look at me for the remainder of the transaction. Isn’t that part of her job to process returns? You shouldn’t make customers feel bad for it...

This stand alone Sephora inside the Altamonte mall was nice size! They were well stocked and had everything I was looking for even dowm to the skin care items! There was a Fenty match stick that wasnt out and the young lady didnt hesitate to look in the back which they did have it in back. Then there was a Sephora gloss that they didnt have and when I asked another worker she only looked in the drawer below and never even mentioned or tried to go to the back!

Great service and friendly environment, we were assisted by a wonderful team member, her name was Elizabeth Duenas, and she was very detailed and super friendly, this company is blessed to have her, she made our experience worth while, we will be back because of her.

The group of ladies working at this location are by far the most helpful and fun ones Ive met at any sephora by far.

The organization of the store is not great, the marked down items are not very clearly marked and when asked the manager has an attitude. From walking in i was clocked like i was about to steal something. Never again will I shop there.

Honestly just a disappointment overall. I had called Friday to see if they had enough staff around so someone could show me a fall eye look. I was told they had more than enough coverage and to just come on in. I walked in and all the employees were huddled in little groups around the store. I walked up to one and told her I had just called and I was here to be shown a fall eye look. She seemed disinterested and pawned me off to the next employee that walked by. That employee agrees to show me a fall eye look. We sit down and she starts talking about neutrals and bronze looks (which are great) but then I tell her I want a pop of color. She looked at me as if I had grown a third head. At this point she just seems uninterested and impatient and just wants to get this over with. So then she starts doing my eye makeup without really telling me what she’s doing. When I finally open my eyes to see what she had done I was extremely disappointed. She had put a neutral and bronzey eye look that honestly looked as if a two year old had played with makeup all over my eyes, super unblended and top heavy. I tell her it looks nice(trying not to be rude) start walking about the store to buy a few items, deciding I’m going to figure out the fall eye look I wanted on my own. At NO POINT did anyone offer me any help. I bought a few things and left the store. I felt absolutely unimportant, unimpressed, and again DISAPPOINTED! So I walked over to Riley Rose (another make up store) they happily redid my makeup and figured out what I wanted to do with my fall eye look there and went back to sephora to return all my items. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW??? They turned into super sweet and attentive employees when I decided to return my entire purchase. Don’t waste your time going to this sephora. The Waterford Sephora is so much better. They don’t disappoint and more importantly don’t waste your time.

I enjoy coming to Sephora and I visit whenever I need make-up of assorted variety. I find their selection to be very good. I prefer going to the big store rather than the small store thats inside JCPenneys. My experience inside the JCPenneys store has been that they are not familiar with the products and I am frequently misled about availability. This does not happen when I go to the actual large Sephora store. I do find that I pay a little more when I go to Sephora but I am always satisfied with my purchase.

Hello Sephora lovers ! I recently just popped into this Sephora to pick up some of my regular items when for some reason me and my best friend who are frequent Sephora shoppers and actually have worked for Sephora and still do were followed by an employee as if we were stealing . They even went as far as to call security on us which i find amusing considering we were not doing anything suspicious at all. I’ve never been more uncomfortable than in that experience. I’m a Rouge insider and i will NO longer shop at this location and if you are a POC i reccomend you be cautious here !

I just came out of this store with my fiancé and every time we go in there, the workers stare at us and walk past us various times like we are going to steal and it has happen a few times in the past and it just bothers me and makes me uncomfortable to go in there, I’ll just stick to Ulta.

There are two managers on duty and I was treat like homeless person who is begging on the street side!!!
