Pretty decent experience overall so far.My biggest complaints are that a few weeks after special ordering a ring we were finally informed that they were out of stock and it would take another two months. Not the stores fault but still the company.Worked out fine. We found a new ring and cancelled the order. Few weeks later I got a call the ring was sized and finally ready for pickup.My only other issue is that I got the call while at work and I work outside meaning some of the places I go are very loud and others have terrible or no service. She couldnt hear me on the phone and instead of being patient just got rude. Said she would call back and didnt so I called back and she was just pretty rude.The people I have dealt with in the store were great... the lady on the phone, not so much. Mixed feelings on their customer service right now but well see.

I stopped here to try on engagement rings and oh my goodness. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only do they have a ton of beautiful diamond ring options, they also have Moissanite and lab created stones. They can also order in any ring you see online and let you try it on. The EMPLOYEES. The staff is sooo helpful, kind and accommodating. I wanted to FaceTime my mom to show her some rings, but only had 1% battery on my phone. They hooked me up with a phone charger!!! Every employee was so patient as i tried on a million different rings.

On February 2017, my wife purchased a TRITON MENS BLACK SAPPHIRE ETERNITY BAND IN TUNGSTEN, 8MM engagement ring, which at the time of purchased, I was in love with, that same ring became my wedding ring.But no thanks to Helzberg Diamonds, I was sold a ring that will forever cost me a financial burden. According to the ring description on their website, Designed for today’s man, Triton combines inspired artistry and innovative engineering with the most exciting contemporary metals to deliver a collection of strength and style this could not be further from the truth. The fact is that the ring will always require maintenance, to be more precise, repairs every two months which will cost $35.00 per repair, a detail their sales women and website did not mention to my wife or me.This means that every two months I would have to travel to a Helzberg Diamonds store and have them out source the repairs which would consist of adding new rhodium to the ring to cover the silver, which is approximately a four-week long process. Not only would they be charging me $35 every two months for the rest of my life, but their very own repair jeweler, whos not in the store, said: Fixing this ring would be a waste of time. This problem is always going to happen. Because the repair jeweler chose not to fix my ring, they took it upon themselves to get rid of the original ring and just send out a new one without the consent of my wife or me, and therefore going against what we made sure would not happen if we had to send it in.Now my wife and I have lost my sentimental, first and only wedding ring.Helzberg Diamonds has taken my great memory of getting my wedding ring and turned it into the worst thing that could happen to newlyweds. Im not supposed to be arguing with a store manager when they know they have a terrible product.Now, the Helzberg Diamonds store, located in Altamonte Springs Florida, will not refund the almost $700 my hard working wife spent on me. Even after all the unnecessary drama, Helzberg Diamonds has brought into my life; they continue to sell a ring that the jeweler, the store manager Yvette who told me in person I would never recommend these types of rings, because of how sensitive they are. I wish the sales women you hired would have told me I was buying a ring you dont recommend paying for. The ring I was supposed to have for the rest of my life is now a tainted and defective weight on my marriage.Helzberg Diamonds located in Altamonte springs does not care about keeping good customers, they dont care about how you feel, or how they destroyed the one object one can show off to the world saying I found the one nope. Helzberg Diamonds only cares about profits no matter if they make faulty items from day one.

Not impressed with the service at this location. Have lived all over the country and had work done in multiple cities. First they couldnt find us in the system. Then they didnt believe all my rings were from helzberg. Eventually they did find it all. They charged us over $300 for the work we wanted done. Weve never been charged over $100 in 15 years. Were have the lifetime care warranty. They had to break apart and then resoldere all my rings after performing necessary work. They put drops of gold on the top side of my rings. It looks bad and like someone inexperienced did the work on my ring. Mentioned it to the lady and she said thats what had to be done to make them set together. Um, they were set together fine before you took them apart. Im really not happy with the craftsmanship of the work. I want to go back and complain but I think it would only fall on deaf ears. So disappointed with the ladys working there on drop off day and pick up day, as well as whomever did the actual work.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! Bought a 14K gold ring for my wife at Helzberg berg Diamonds 2 years ago. The ring tarnished 6 months ago. I understand that chemicals can affect the look, but their alloy formula is to weak for every day wear. The store just cleaned for free.This is the first we experienced and I have not confidence on their products which are too expensive and low quality. Bought at Altamonte Springs Mall.

Employee tried to sell me a lab created diamond telling me it was a real diamond. She then says its lab created. When I said so its lab created she argued her points on how its a real stone, I told her that lab created are not natural stones its synthetic. I really didnt expect her to have attitude and lie to a customer about how a lab created holds the same value. I would do research on diamonds before entering this store, you might go in to buy a diamond thinking it is a natural stone and end up buying a lab created stone. FYI lab created is like buying a car it depreciates in value, where natural diamonds stay its price if you get a good deal it will eventually go up in price. Do your research buying a diamond is an investment for the right celebration. I dont recommend this store to anyone, Im am in shock this store is a Berkshire Hathaway business, does not meet the standards of Berkshire Hathaway.

Upon receiving the custom made jewelry, no effort in presentation, I assume no inspection under loupe prior and they had no idea how to find me in the system as I was told they had my name wrong and phone number wrong. Would not be surprising however I simply gave the folks there my business card clearly with the information. I examined the piece and found strands of cloth throughout and had them take it back and clean it before accepting. Had I not checked the piece under a loupe my wife would have gotten a beautifully done unchecked filthy piece for Christmas. Quality in service not only in places like this but all over seems to be out of stock and widely unpopular these days. The sale was solid, the delivery was unbecoming.

Well this was the worst experience ever. I can’t tell you how much money my husband has spent in that place and we went there on Saturday because as their necklaces are so thin, mine were all tangled. Also I needed to get my wedding band and all other jewelry checked on, which they didn’t do because they said I didn’t have my inspection card but prior before Yvette, who is the one we’ve always dealt with has always gone above and beyond and looked up our jewelry and also would help us untangle all these necklaces with no problem but not today, we were told that they can’t do this anymore. We miss Yvette. Will never go again. Aweful service ever. Aweful thin chains ever., so cheap.. very disappointed as we have spent so much money there, now I wish we just started with Zales. 🤨☹️. Brittany is ok if you go There but be aware Karen, she is awefuly rude!

Incredibly displeased with the customer service here. Had my ring sent in for repair in December, it was promised to be done by the second week in January. Weeks went by and no call for pick up, we gave them extra time due to the receiving associate saying it would take a little longer with all the holiday orders. So by mid February I called to see if there was an update. The employee on the phone said my ring had been ready for over a month and they left a voicemail on January 9th. My husband and I both looked over our phone logs and saw not even a call let alone voicemail. Understandable enough, maybe we were in an area with little or no signal and simply missed a call that never came through. It is Florida after all. But you’d think that someone would have seen our order sitting there for over a MONTH and say “hey maybe we should reach out to this client again, make sure they know it’s ready”. As someone who has (in several different industries) been in the business of having to call and let clients know their product is ready, it’s a regular part of the job to reach out on multiple occasions sometimes. But fine, whatever. I’m glad my ring is ready and can’t wait to pick it up.As for that....mind you I’ve just had back surgery and we’ve driven over an hour to come pick it up. As most consumers, when I’m told my item is ready, I sorta expect it to be just that. Ready. The attending associate pulled out my ring, looking it over for a few seconds brought it over placing it down on the glass. I tried to pick it up as she hurried us to sign for its pick up. As I was looking over the ring, immediately noticed a large clump of yellow glue or wax (I’m guessing) probably from the repair process in between two of the larger stones. We had to call the sales associate back over as she hadn’t even stuck around to see if we were satisfied with the repair. She examined the ring and was able to remover the glob of glue but said there was another piece she couldn’t get under one of the stones and the jeweler would have to deal with it tomorrow. Sigh. Appreciative she found another piece of glue and strived to get it taken care of but again disappointed about making another hour drive back and forth. Surprisingly and quite pleased I was to receive a call that my ring was ready the next day! A few days later I was able to make the trip. An associate was all smiles as she walked up until I said I was there to pick up a repair. She took my repair ticket, pulled my ring from the drawer, brought a new inspection ticket put the ring down and walked away. All without saying a single thing to me. Not a word.Unfortunately its quite obvious from visiting this location they must only be paid by commission as once they find out you’re only there to pick up or drop off, the welcoming sales person smile fades away as they robotically retrieve your purchase.The ONLY reason we would ever consider using this business again would be regarding any future repairs my engagement ring may need. Purely because Helzberg manufactured it. And honestly at this point, I’d rather go to a flea market goldsmith.Customer service goes a long way. Had our experiences here been better, Helzberg would have earned annual purchases from us for years to come. I love jewelry.Also my ring has a “cut” or “gash” if you will where it was clipped so the band could be re-soldered. This imperfection in the repair along with the glob of glue on the stones show whoever repaired my ring had incredibly poor craftsmanship and I can only hope my precious ring doesn’t just fall apart one day.

I have never received such service before, went in inquiring about a bridal ring and this impaired drunk woman named evett claiming shes an expert at selling bridals but isnt an expert when it comes to repair services? Lacks communication with her team and is disrespectful and rotten towards even customers, this was not the first time. This bad weed needs to be removed because my engagement and fiancial payments will go to Jared. People sell! Not the display you drunk imbecile! Smell the sangria or whatever on your breathe!
