I love this place. I called because I accidentally broke my window. Gina was super helpful and the whole staff was very friendly. I was given an estimated time of 1 hour until my glass would be cut. Guess what?!? I received a phone call 10 minutes later saying I can come pick it up now because it was ready! I highly recommend this place!!!! Extremely quick service. They won’t disappoint! Thanks again!

My Mother has a Seiko musical wall clock with a broken face and cracked frame. The people treated her like family and took great care of her. It is reassuring that there are still companies out there that take such great care of their customers.

I called them for a quote late on Friday afternoon so I knew I wouldnt get anything until Monday or so of the following week. Its Wednesday (last week) and no response and since I was in the area I stopped in & explained that I called and just needed assistance. A very nice young lady named Emily offered to assist taking down additional information from the notes she had from my previous call. Needless to say I have yet to receive my quote. They were a referral to me & I really hope this is a one off for them but they have now loss my business.

Had a stress crack in a back window at the house. It was no emergency, since only 1 of the 2 panes was cracked. Had an estimate and made 50% down payment on 27-JUN. Initial estimate was about 10 days. Didnt hear anything, so called in late July. Got a call back to schedule install for 26-JUL. Sounded like they might have forgotten about me, but no big deal, because this wasnt an emergency. What was a big deal was this. Last week my kids were looking out the window and noticed there was some glass on the ground outside the window. So naturally we went out to pick it up. Well upon going outside, we found a lot of glass on the ground. Large pieces of glass, not small things. On the upside, the window is fixed, and appears to be done correctly, but I will take my business elsewhere next time.

This is my go-to place to get it done. Showed up with 2 1/2” thick plate glass sections to cut into shelves for a living room project. The owner handled the work quick and clean. Nice straight cuts, very reasonable price. How all businesses should operate.

They sent two young men to my home in October to do an estimate, they spent about an hour estimating and itemizing each item. I never received the estimate I then called the company three times to find out why I had not heard back from anyone and the receptionist that answered the phone assured me three times that I would get an estimate sent to my email repeatedly it never came.I got excuse after excuse as to why three months has almost come and gone without an estimate or a return call. I find it to be very un-professional

I tried to follow up with Atlas Glass for a buyer who would be receiving repairs by the company and the receptionist was really rude. They went to the wrong house even though myself and the listing agent confirmed the location and appointment which delayed repairs since they did not work weekends. They would not take my calls after and I was hung up on. My buyers did not trust that they would do a good job so they went with another company. I did not intend to write this bad review but I feel it was needed because customer service needs improvement in order to keep clients.

What an awful customer service. I made the order of a door glass (even though it seemed very expensive).Because it was simple they offered it to me for 2 days but they would call me when it was ready. Call never came and I went a week after to pick-up my window but they promised me that the next day it would be ready but they will call me.3 days later I went to get my glass because I did not get the call, again they promised that tomorrow but they would call me. On 2 other occasions happened same. After 20 days without having my order ready I decided to cancel the order but I got as an answer bad attitude, impolite manners, bad face, gestures and absolutely not an explanation or apologies. The only thing I received was my frame broken with missing pieces.I went to another side, they did it to me in only 2 days and at half the price.I can not talk about the quality because I never had the finished product but I do not recommend this place !!!

Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.When I broke an odd shaped mirror I was a little worried about the cost and difficulty to replace it versus buying a new mirror. Atlas Glass was very convenient to my office and told me to bring it in anytime. They were confident in their ability to replace the mirror quickly and at very affordable price. I was sooooo happy!Atlas Glass is an efficiently run operation and very customer friendly. They replace glass and mirrors for both commercial and residential purposes and I highly recommend them.

As a construction professional I am always on the hunt for good deals. Atlas glass has one of the largest varieties of glass I have seen. For example, their antiqued mirror selection is huge! They have items others have never heard of. Plus they treat me right when it comes to price. I very much recommend them.

Had Atlas glass do some work through a contractor that I worked with for a shower enclosure. My husband and I had a horrible experience with this company. I woild not recommend them to anyone.Initially the glass was cut incorrectly and it didnt fit. The installers either did not show up or showed up extremely late. There was little to no communication with Atlas. We did receive a call from someone in their office who stated that she would contact me with updates... I only heard from her once.Once Atals finally received the correct glass for the enclosure the technicians were again hours late. One of them appeared to be under the influence and was slurring his speech and stumbling. The glass enclosure finally got installed and I I couldnt be happier to be done with this company.Customer service is a big deal and Atlas failed at providing this key component.

I tried to get an estimate for some acrylic panels. I went in person with drawings, and I was told Id have a response the next day. Several days went by with no reply. None of my follow-up emails ever got a response. None of my phone messages were answered. When I did get someone on the phone, I was told that the estimate was being prepared. Its been several weeks at this point and Im just over it. So unprofessional.

Atlas Glass has just wasted two weeks of my time. They came out to measure the job but never produced a quote despite many calls to chase them.

Atlas Glass was wonderful! They made a glass table top for me and it was a perfect fit - My table looks great! Best prices in town too - I checked everywhere before making my decision. I will definitely use them again when I have the need.

The worst company I have done Buisness with in a long time. It took close to a month to get techs to do the job. I kept getting a run around with dates the tech would do the job. The day techs came to do the job I received the official price and was told we were not going to be billed due to last time of Buisness with me was over a year. Managers kept telling me the tech would contact me instead of giving answers. Very bad Buisness practice.

The nicest people in the world! I brought them a big challenge of a project, and they finished it on time and to perfection! Chuck did a superior job, and exceeded my expectations. Not only are they superior craftsmen, they are a joy to work with! Thanks Atlas, you guys rock!

After what seemed like good service they made a mistake and decided to just stop emailing me back. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing from Emily. An email back would have been nice Emily. Here is the email im STILL waiting for a reply from:“Emily,We are pretty gutted right now. Not only is the glass wrong again, there’s other issues with the fitting also. There’s gaps in places, it looks a bit off. I went to open the door to see how far it goes and it went open far enough to hit the tile. If your guys had left it like that I could have quite easily accidentally swung to door open too fast and smashed the glass on the tile. That’s a safety concern. Your man here said he may have s bumper to solve that problem and can try to readjust. It’s just all very frustrating now as I put so much faith in you guys. I haven’t heard from the owner but the guys told me he reordering a new piece. I was under the understanding he was going to call me?I’d like to request a partial refund. We don’t want to have to wait another 2 weeks and go through this process a third time. As long as it’s safe to use I’ll accept that is been done wrong a second time and accept that it’s not the way it’s supposed to look, but I don’t think it’s fair that we pay full price for that.I hope you understand this, and look forward to your response.”

To be honest, the building they are in is misleading in that its just a warehouse, whereas the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable about their products and even covered for a mistake that I made in measuring replacement glass. Prices were very fair. Definitely not a shock and awe store, but an honest local business.

WOW the most amazingly friendly and helpful people, have had so many problems trying to get our french door glass replaced. I called Atlas and spoke to Dawn who sorted everything for us and we are scheduled for install next week. Price is amazing, service is Top Notch

This business used to be All Glass and owned by proper people.The new female owner is a rude animal. She doesnt know how to return calls or answer a phone. Somehow they got the All Glass listing to forward to them. Do not be fooled, do not use this company. They will not get the work done in a timely manner or correctly!After the owner hung up on me, I called another contractor I know and he also said how terrible the new owner is. Atlas Glass = looser !

This company was a total disappointment to deal and do business with. I went through the steps, gave them measurements, send them pictures of my enclosed shower. They came back with a price and the design. I then called back to schedule an appointment only to hear that they messed up the price and that the one they gave me was too low I asked if they would honor the intial price and they say Yes, that they would. Thats when the problem started. The day we agreed upon for them to come by, no one show up. Let me backtrack that day at around 4:00 in the afternoon I called to see if they were still coming and the guy Ive been dealing with throughout the process said yes the he personally would drive to my house. I waited and waited to no show. No phone call the next day or the day after that. I did finally called and spoke to a manager and explained the situation and the manager said that she would call me back. She didnt call me back, she had the guy Ive been dealing with call me back only to hear him say that he forgot. Ok he forgot but he couldnt call, or text or communicate at all? If I didnt call this so call business to know why the heck he didnt showed up I would still be waiting for these fools to show up. What kind of business does that? Dont waste your time please.

I went to buy some glass for my 3D printers bed. They were helpful, polite and very professional. I am very happy with their work and the quality of their glass.

Ive been to many glass shops over the years and Atlas Glass is by far the best.. Their staff are understanding, polite, considerate and very quick to get you a price.. They had my glass ready for pick up the same day the other company called me back with a price.. Unbelievable.. So listen people, dont waste your time driving around town looking for prices and service.. Atlas Glass gives you both right when you walk in the door.. Also, their prices are very competitive, if not much less than the many other companys out there. Thank you Atlas Glass for everything.. You guys are awesome!

Very disappointed! Ive never actually done business with this company, because on the initial call I felt very disrespected. I called to get information as a first time customer, and instead of being welcomed, I was lectured and spoken to in a condescending tone. I wanted a quote and instead of receiving friendly service, I was mocked for asking for a basic quote. I even told the lady on the phone that I was a new customer and I was feeling off about the treatment I received so far; but I was trying to get some basic information to consider them as a vendor. Instead of changing her tone and hearing my needs, she was more concerned with having the last word. I guess getting your point across is more important than revenue. So disappointed.

Prices were far cheaper then online or nearby.Everything was cut exactly.All the glass was wrapped when picked up, dealing with nearby stores I was not expecting this and it was so helpful!

The staff is very friendly and theyve always done a good job for me. Their communication is good and the prices seem to be quite fair.

Very disappointed took them almost a month to come out and replace my window and when they did they ripped my blind. Not to mention they were given 50% of payment When they were contacted to repair our window. I don’t understand why it would take almost a month to be replaced! Two stars cause the job was done right but it’s very disappointing how long it took them to come out .

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...they are un-reliable and rude. I took the day off at work to have them come look at a window I need replace. They called the day off to change the day/time, I told them I couldnt change it because I took the day off and they said they will show up. Well, not only did they not show up they didnt bother to even call me or explain. When I called them they tried to tell me it was their after hours service which is complete b.s. and that they would call me on Monday...I told them to not worry about it; I wouldnt use them if they were the last people on earth that fixed windows. How do they stay in business is a complete mystery to me...

We were expecting a person from Atlas Glass to come to our house for an estimate on replacing a broken window. We were told that someone would be here between 1-5 PM. No one ever showed up or called. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting. Terrible service.
