They responded promptly, were kind and professional, and were able to fix my shower doors the day after I called. The most wonderful experience since my renovation began. It started with Adrian arriving to take measurements of the shower and discuss options that suited my needs. He was a great help in my decision making process. I was given a realistic fabrication time and was notified promptly when installation could be scheduled. John and Paul arrived to install on the date and time previously agreed upon with a courtesy call 30 minutes before hand. The installation exceeded my expectations and was done in a timely manner. Dixie did a great job with the glass install of our new shower and the glass looks amazing! We did have a couple issues with our glass having to be remade a few times because of chips so the install was delayed about a week or two. Dixie said it was very unusual and helped remedy the situation by giving us a discount for the inconvenience. We really appreciated this and we’re very happy with the finished product!

Outstanding installation of new shower glass and door by a very professional and honest company.We called and spoke with Matt for an initial estimate range which he gave over the phone after discussing rough shape and dimensions. Then Matt went above and beyond by providing helpful tips for our tile installers to help ensure that our glass installation would not require special expensive cuts. We were very impressed with both how helpful and honest he was.After the tile was installed, Matt came out to do final measurements and provide a final quote. He worked with us on all the different options and gave us a fair price.Two weeks later, two installers came and installed the glass for us in just a few hours. After what could have been a nightmare for most companies, I have to say, Dixie Shower Doors made things right and I was impressed. About 3 months ago my husband and I ordered a frameless shower door enclosure for our enormous shower remodel. it is a big space and we needed a company that could do custom sizes. I found Dixie on gmail, read the reviews, and decided to give them a try. In 3 weeks I would be receiving the glass doors they said. 3 weeks came, the installers came, only to find out that they found an imperfection in my glass when they unwrapped it.i waited 2 more weeks, and the day of installation I received a phone call saying there was a chip on one side of the glass and they will need to remake it again! At this point, I am annoyed, but i am glad they were honest about it. So another 2 weeks went by and finally I received the glass, they installed it beautifully and now we have a gorgeous enclosure.The owners made things right and the level of professionalism really impressed me. I will definitely be using them again. They could have installed the glass with the imperfections the first time, and they didnt. They care about quality, and getting things right. Thank you for our glass enclosure, it is gorgeous!

We recently had them remove and replace 4 old outdated and worn vanity mirrors plus they made and installed an amazing etched piece for our master shower area! Dixie Shower doors had to make the shower door 3 times the first time the door came in scratched, they didnt even call me to let me know it would be delayed I had to call them to find out. The 2nd time the door did not fit. The final product did look nice, however the experience was lacking. They put us way behind schedule and cost us more money due to their delays. I would not recommend using them, I would recommend finding a company that can do their own cutting in house.

We had a great experience. Our shower was better than expected! I absolutely love it! It was installed in less than 2 weeks after measurments were taken and right before the holidays! We will defiantly be using Dixie again for another bathroom renovation!

Called to get a quote and was told we werent in the process to get a quote because the tile wasnt laid yet. That doesnt change the size of the shower glass but 1/2 in on the walls. YOU CAN STILL GIVE Quotes. It seems like they dont need business or want business. I would never give them my business and I am doing 96 inch all seamless panels not some small job. You lost a potential customer here and the 3 other bathrooms in my house.The only thing true about the owners response is that he did call me. I do not need to purchase something to give a bad review. You called, told me how I had to have tile in before you could even quote me and were rude about it. Telling me how things are. Remember, I am the consumer and customer. All I needed was for you to come out, measure the 7 x 5 right angle shower enclosure and give me an estimate. Three other companies were able to provide what you couldnt. You were rude and the reason why you got the 1 start review. I wouldnt have you do my shower door if you did it for free. So keep telling your story and try to tell something that isnt true in your response.Enjoy

I contacted Dixie Shower Doors because I had heard great things about them and was given their reference. I spoke to Michelle on the phone, explained the problem I was having (there was a leak in my shower door), and was told to send over an e-mail with photographs, which I did immediately. After a week had passed with no response (not even a reply to the e-mail), I called again, and was told by Michelle that they had received my e-mail and would contact me to let me know if they could fix my problem. I called again a few days later but there was still no response. It has been weeks and I still havent received a call. Overall I had very poor customer service and would not recommend this business.
