We used Vitralum Glass for our recent Master Bath rebuild and were very pleased. A few years ago I had called one of the top Kitchen and Bath remodelers in the Orlando area for a quote for a master bath gut and couldnt stomach the price. So, I decided to wait, and do the work myself...someday. During the original estimate review I had asked the contractor who they used for the custom glass and they said Vitralum. I tackled our second bathroom first and when it was time for the glass I remembered Vitralum and researched their reviews. With great reviews online and a solid recommendation from a top remodel company I gave them a call and was very impressed with their work and quality. The measurements were precise and the details came out exactly as we discussed. This past year when I finally committed to the master bath I again called Vitralum for a large 36 60 glass enclosure and was just as impressed. They delivered the same quality and precision as before. Although I didnt get multiple prices for the recent master bath I did bid my first bath and Vitralum was competitive. There are a lot of options for custom shower glass but after investing all the time and money into my bathroom I wanted to use the best and went with Vitralum.

For our sunlight-filled, pale creamy bathroom, we needed mirrors that were iron-free in order to reflect color accurately instead of grayed. Easily obtained for shower glass but mirrors posed a challenge. Vitralum obtained the iron-free mirror glass and fabricated it into large mirrors above 2 vanities. When installation covered some of the sconce screw-holes, they quickly sent their correction team that delicately opened up a bit more. PERFECTION! Highest recommendation. Great people in the office and field.

Highly recommend! We had our glass installed in mid October and I got the 250 coating that you HAVE to get! It is NYE (and I have nothing better to do than post a review) and we have yet to wash it. The glass looks incredible, and the price was very fair (comparatively especially to other brands my construction friend had experienced and that I was prepping for). Vitralum provides an excellent experience. We called for a quote for a fixed panel of frameless glass for our shower enclosure. The price was extremely reasonable so we decided to move forward. A tech came out to measure and within a week the glass was fabricated and ready to be installed. The guys who came to install the glass were awesome! They were super friendly and very timely. I had a very hectic experience with this company but I think it provided me with a wholistic perspective of both their quality and merit. After visiting their showroom, I was impressed with all the options and custom pieces to make my dream shower enclosure. Jared came out multiple times to measure our shower (which was a DIY endeavor) and while it was very professional, my measurements were off by a few degrees here and there. They promised it wouldnt affect their role in providing my glass piece. It did. After over a month of back and forth, Zaira, the VP of Sales, solutioned a second option and was able to provide a discount and, finally, a specific install day. Today our glass was installed and it is BEAUTIFUL; its better than I expected. After considering our entire project from start to finish, all the calls and back and forth emails, I would STILL go to them for my other shower. Zaira was kind and admitted that on occasion, they make mistakes and over-promise on an unconventional project. Too many times, companies are afraid to be in the wrong for fear that they will look bad - this proved that despite some technicalities, they care about customer service and the best possible end-result for each project. Vitralum did a great job timely professional and accurate nice work shower and glass looks excellent they also gave me a great tile person recommendation that worked with me I did the demo and durock and bought the tile and they did the sunken shower floor and garden tub and shower install half the price of the vinyl cover up jobs that we got a quote on that just covers up builder spec slap up work. Everything is brand new walk in no step. Glass is so much nicer than the builder spec glass that wouldn’t stay clean.

We have used Vitralum for two shower enclosures and have nothing but positive things to say. Submitting a request for quote online is simple and they are quick to respond. The people who come out to measure/verify are helpful without being pushy or trying to upsell. For our guest bath shower, I got 2 quotes for enclosure with installation and Vitralum was the lowest bid. We were so impressed with the quality of and price of the finished product, we got a bid from them for our master shower. This time, I also got a price quote from a company that simply supplies the glass enclosure (DIY installation) and Vitralum was surprisingly still very competitively priced (nearly the same cost even with installation). We are very pleased with the quality of their products, service, and pricing... so much so that we will be using them again for our final bathroom shower.Just a couple of things to note... we have always used the plain 3/8 thick, regular glass (NOT low iron) and we have been thrilled with the final result. The glass hardly has any green tint (not even noticeable against white subway tile walls) and feels very substantial. Finally, I do not recommend the anti-spot treatment. We went for it with the first shower and the results have been less than impressive. In fact, I cant tell any difference whatsoever as the glass spots very easily after every shower. Again, not anything against Vitralum or their installation, I just dont feel the added price is worth a negligible (at best) reduction in spotting.

Horrible customer service with the installers!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I WOULD!!! Carlos, the installer was very aggressive and confrontational with us, the customer. They installed the door with polished nickel hardware and the side glass with polished chrome... We order all chrome and Carlos, the installer kept arguing with us, the customer, that it was all polished chrome. It wasnt until further argument that they replaced the nickel hardware with chrome. INCREDIBLE.... To make things even worse, they decided to say to my wife. Very disrespectful and verbally abusive to my wife and I.
