Brittney and Natalie provided me with above and beyond service today when I stopped by to get a new business phone. They made sure to assist me in any way they could. If google had more stars I will give them 100. I recommend Cricket gives this location a Store of the year award for Outstanding Customer Service. Matter fact, I‘ll call Cricket myself and tell them because they deserve it. Thank y’all for helping me. God bless.

Me and my family have been customers there for years and have always been helped by friendly and cheerful people. Theres one particular guy in recent visits that has been basically taking over any sale/visit that anyone in my family has made when the guys at the counter were doing just fine on their own. Im assuming hes the store manager because of his clothes and attitude.Last visit we made was due to technical issues with my sisters phone, and as shes explaining it to the SM he interrupts her and says that theres no possible way for that issue to happen unless she did it herself. Everything he tried to attribute to user error, to which she then recreated the problem in front of him (trying to get notification text messages sent to her phone for activation but instead they were being sent to MY phone as we are on the same plan but have completely different numbers, as well as when she changes the PIN for her voicemail it changes mine as well, and it only started after she got a new phone), and he basically just tells her that shes wrong and again theres no way to do that. BUT the only way to fix it is to get separate billing plans for each phone? - which would total $300 a month for the five phones we had on our plan. Just sort of weird that on one hand its all user error but the only way to fix the issue that we never had before is to triple our bill. All for a problem that he claims could never possibly happen? No thanks, that solution was offered a little too quickly.We have had no problems until this guy, and frankly hes the only reason that weve been considering moving to a different carrier. If you go here make certain to work with anyone else but the SM! You wont be disappointed with their customer service.
Very unknowable about cell phones they sell. I had to show them a picture of the $300 phone I wanted to purchase. Was told they dont carry it. I had to show them again phones available at this store. After they actually looked it up, I was told, that phone doesnt come out until the end of August and it was $1000. I had to show them the $300 phone again. Was told they cant order it and I might find it at another Cricket. Then I wanted to look at an Apple iPhone and battery wasnt charged. I left that store and went the other Cricket store and they ordered my phone with
Ive been in this store at least 6 or 7 times and have been helped by Brittany every time. She is highly professional, very kind, charismatic and doesnt try to sell me on a bunch of B.S. Always a very pleasant experience and I always leave having accomplished what I came for. Good show guys, keep it up!!!
Update for this store. This was my favorite store until they recently shut it down.My favorite cricket wireless store! Ana and Brittney are the best! ALWAYS willing to help when I mess up my phone or answer silly questions!

Went in to get a new phone from this location and the salesman maricella was no help at all. Once i chose a phone i decided to get the screen protector and case. She went to the back to put on my screen protector and when she came out and handed me my phone it had 7 bubbles and dust under the screen. When i asked her about this she stated that there was nothing she could do about it and that i would have to get a new screen protector. Her excuse was that the dust does not come off what the heck!?!? Save yourself the headache of going to this cricket and just go to the other onw in alvin. Worse cricket ever!!
