I had a ground wire come loose on a air bag suspension and was on a time crunch for my job and they worked me in on a timely manner, and got me rolling. Wow! Great product, great service, fair price. I had suspension airbags installed a couple of months ago and I noticed they were leaking so I called and Joe answered the phone he said he could help me right away. Ive bought several items there. A tonneau cover, tailgate lock, etc. I purchased some weather tech floor matts and within a wk the drivers side mat had the edges peeling. I called the manufacturer and they said it must be my fault. I called the Dales employee, young guy with beard who had sold items to me, he called distributor and had them in the next morning. The guys working there are ALWAYS working hard, service is great and prices are FAIR. These guys earned my business and I will return. I highly recommend!Jim Rudd
