So I walk in and these guys are absolutely swamped. I mean like, every single bay is taken.I thought that it would be at least 2 hours minimum even if all I had was a flat.Eduardo greeted me at the door, and he allowed me to explain the reason to my visit. I said I might have a nail or something but he took in my info and he took my keys as I was pointed towards the waiting area. Not even 40min later, he handed came in through the front door and let me know my car was ready.I forgot to thank the mechanic but managed to express my thanks. Eduardo was very professional and I would definitely come back. Never paid $20 for a flat before but these guys definitely know what theyre doing.Fast, and definitely felt like I was welcome to come to them about any tire issues.
Amazing staff got 2 brand new tires good price and fast quick service
I took my car in for an oil change and to see if the timing belt possibly needed to be replaced, and they said it would be a few hours and that they would call me when it was ready. Almost 5 hours later, I still hadnt gotten a call, so I went in about 10 minutes before they closed and asked if my car was done. They told me the tech had left hours earlier because of a family emergency and that they didnt get around to my car. I understand family emergencies happen, but I dont know why they wouldnt think to call me and let me know that they wouldnt get around to my car so I could take it somewhere else before all other places in Amarillo closed. Such terrible customer service. They apparently werent going to call me at all that day because they figured Id leave it overnight and they could do it the next day. Im not sure why theyd assume thats okay either. I guess Im really just not sure why they thought it was okay to not call me at all whether my car was serviced or not because I needed it back that day and needed to get it fixed that day. Ive never had a good experience there, but that really was the last straw. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If that happens again, Id suggest calling the customer because I would have been a lot less angry about the situation if I had known earlier in the day so I couldve gone somewhere else.
While in amarillo for weekend i called about oil change an tire rotation on my truck. Went next morning and truck was serviced and brought out front. Drove 20 ft and heard awful clunking sound in front end. Mechanic saw me get out and look aroundwhen he said he knew what problem was. My lug nuts were only hand tightened. Acting manager,s comment was everybody makes mistakes he offered a free oil change on their business card but i live in florida.good luck having another store honor that. Monday morning leaving our RV park when i noticed a missing LOCK NUT on that same wheel. Called manager who said someone would come out with a lug nut so i could travel.he assured me a replacement would be mailed to me. Finally left and notified corporate of situation and waiting on response. BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION,,,CHECK ALL WHEELS so customer doesn,t have a crash. Find another place for car service
Hard to find ties on a Sunday but online choices with an appointment made this purchase painless, helpful guys at counter too.
Great place, very nice and helpful workers. Will definitely recommend.
I do chemo every week single mother of 2 teenagers. I live in Tulia and was alone today had a flat tire dont know anyone in amarillo. That gentleman came and helped me me. Gave me a hug and told me stay strong. No where have I been have they been this kind may God Bless each and everyone there as well as yalls families thank you.
1998 Vanden Plas JaguarTook my car in for a wheel balance and alignment to narrow down a problem I was having with the car. The service was excellent and they found the issue to one problem I was having and put on a new tire/balance and one big issue solved. they did save me some money and informed me of some other problems with the car I already knew about but its good to get confirmation that some parts are needing to be replaced and also know that yes they actually inspect the car. Everything wasgreat except for the wheel they had to put the new tire on...when removing the outside clip weight they had put some small chips in the face of the wheel. Since Im replacing most of the parts on the car Im not upset about it but is definitely something I would look out for.
Thank you SO much for waiting for my ma, and fixing her tire so close/ past closing time!My mama was driving alone with my kid across 3 states and punctured her tire in the middle of nowhere close to Amarillo TX, less than an hour to most shops closing time. I gave her a number to the closest shop, they couldnt accommodate and gave her the number for this shop. This shop waited for her and fixed her tire. I am very very grateful for them being there for her.
Awsome. All were so helpfull.Firestone is my new go too for my vehicle.Thank you all.
I thought my clutch was going going out but it was something else..they got my car fixed and it was not a ridiculous price..very nice people as well..I would recommend them to anybody..
Charging $700 for resurfacing brake rotors two of them and two new brake pads feels like Ive been taken advantage of sent my wife up there and the brakes still squeak been doing Auto Body and restoring cars my whole life no Im on disability and cant so I know what the labor rates are and how much parts are marked up and this was just out of the ballpark and my wife paid with a credit card without asking my opinion and thats okay with me but then getting blown off on the phone about the brake pads squeaking after you pay $700 for something that should have cost $313 is ridiculous
Car broke down, took it in, they did not fix it the first time after leaving the car another day, it will no longer start going to have to take it back yet again. Poor quality service. I would not recommend bringing your vehicles in to this mechanic, your money and time is best suited some where else.
Very helpful staff. Fast service for what I was there for.
Had our car serviced for an alignment and their service manager, Keith recommended a few other things to keep our car in shape. We appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service from him.
If you are planning on having your vehicle worked on, dont choose firestone if you can help it! We didnt have much of a choice because they were the only place that wasnt super busy and we needed our vehicle fixed ASAP! Customer service was poor, and for a simple issue that we knew what was wrong they made sure to tag on other issues even when we told them upfront what needed to be fixed. The work got done but not without a hefty price tag!
Always fast and friendly service go there whenever I need tires done an inspection and small things
Nice guys, good customer service! I spent over 900 dollars on my car. Got it home, wont start.Quick work that lead seemingly nowhere..To whom it may concern,I recently ran into a ditch during the snow storm. After which my heater in car was not working. After driving for 20 minutes my car died. The engine still wanted to turn over, but no start. So I took my car to the Firestone in Amarillo TX on Western st. I set up the appointment online. Leaving them the same information I just typed. First call said it was the battery, So I let them replace it, when they called to say it was finished I asked about the heater. The guy ob yhe phone said the battery was the problem and that the heater should be fine. So when I went to start my car I turned on the heater and waited. No heat. So I went back inside and asked. They were willing to look AGAIN for free. So I let them. Turned out there was a hole in the radiator. So I let them order the part. Paid for them to replace it. And asked specifically when I went to pick it up if my car was starting and if the heater was working. Everything seemed ok. Till I got my car home. As soon as I tried to start my car outside of the Firestone parking lot, it turns over but wont start. Just as before I took it in, TO BE FIXED.
Been back 3 times! In a row.. car has had work done but not fixed. Good customer service
Set an appointment for a basic oil change at 10 am a week in advance, showed up at 9:45 to make my appointment and they didnt pull it in until 11. Whats the point of making an appointment if Im going to be here an hour and a half anyway?
We came in just before closing from out of town and they were able to tell us the problem and get us on our way in less than an hour. They were really polite and told us they would take care of us before they even knew how easy it would be. Outstanding service.
Complete disaster going here. It should have been a simple fix, which turned into a $1,000 problem! I will never go here ever again! Save your money and save the headache by going anywhere else but here.
People just kept walking in and they kept putting them in front of us. Workers just standing around not working. They never took our work order to the shop. Terrible service!!!!
Nice people, usually get you out pretty quick.
These guys are amazing! Id taken my car to Discount Tire 4 TIMES trying to get the shake fixed. This was my last effort before putting it in the shop for trans-axle work. Well, guess what! They said all my tires were out of balance because they had to be weighted on the inside and out because of the type of wheel they are. Im ecstatic because it drives great again, but so frustrated because Discount sold me the wheels and didnt know this!We are customers for life now!!
Didnt fix trie right
Dont recommend at all. Took over 4 hours just to look over my jeep. Had problems with vehicle overheating. They didnt come to any sort or conclusion. Charged me over 200 for the 4 hours that they did nothing to my vehicle. Also when I got the keys finally ready to leave. I hopped in my jeep. Then noticed all 4 brand new bottles of water I had in my passenger seat were half drank. I had a 5 hour drive to work. I didnt go back inside to dispute what they had done. I was already running behind on time. Unless you really have to go on a Sunday Id say Find a different place!
They charged me 20 dollars and labor to change an o ring that they did not change. I know they did not change it because the leak was still there and I know how long it takes to drop the water pump in my car. Rather than charging me and lying to me about it being fixed they should have been honest and not charged me 60 dollars to change a clamp on a fuel line that cost 2.50. And then kept telling me there wasnt the right staff on hand to attempt to figure out what was wrong, it just made me more angry. 2 days and money down the drain. Not going back here.
Do great work and fast!!
Fast service.Appropriate price.
I dropped my car for the lifetime wheel alignment. the guy told me it will take an hour and twenty minutes. I came back in two hours and a half and they told me they havent started on my car yet. I understand they get busy but they should of told me that at the beginning. I had to find a ride from and to firststone. I think Im going to take my business elsewhere.
They did not have the tire I wanted in stock. They checked around, and everyone was out. He priced the next set up at the lower price. Thank you, firestone on Western
Service is terrible. Went in for a brake check and they could not find anything wrong so I went directly to a real mechanic and sure enough he found the problem. The problem? The brakes, problem was fixed. This place has no sense of urgency. Oh BTW my wait for the brake check 3 hours.
Fast and professional service. Great quality work. Convenient.
Stopped here on a cross-country trip because my car was vibrating. They balanced my tires but somehow failed to see that one of my tires was separated during the process. Waste of $40 and a threat to my life. Just skip it and go see a mechanic who uses their brains and senses instead of just relying on a machine.
Very attentive and professional.
I tried not to go into a lot of detail here but, don’t go to this location. First of all they opened about 5 minutes late, when he did open the door I waited at the counter for a good 5-10 minutes while he took his time opening the store until I was finally seen and got to explain what was wrong with my tire. After I was seated, about 10 minutes later I noticed the mechanic had given him the paperwork for my vehicle and I waited to hear from him. 15 minutes passed and I finally got up to ask him if my tire could be patched or if I needed to replace it. He ignored me and started to quote me a price for all 4 tires. I asked him if what he’s telling me is I need to replace the tire and that I don’t need 4 tires I only need a quote for 1 tire. I specifically asked how much the tire was going to be and he said $106. The tire was actually $68 and he took it upon himself to add some extra protection charges in there that I usually prefer not to get. There’s labor charges on there that you couldn’t get away with being charged, I understand that but when this guy decides he’s going to ignore me until he’s ready to talk to me and then try to charge me without discussing the charges with me I think his practices are shady and I would not recommend this location at all. Once my card was charged I didn’t notice all these things until I left and was looking over the bill but by time I wanted nothing to do with this guy Mike again.I recommend looking for another locationJust to add to all this, he did not tell me anything about my tire, I went to the mechanic and asked specifically what was wrong, he said it could not be patched because of the sidewall damage and it needed to be replaced. I just read another review and it makes me wonder about this place. Don’t go here
The worse place, i went to get my 4 tire changed, it took almost 3 hours, in the end they said they coudnt do the alignement check, which the claim comes with 4 tire change, there was really one guy working really, i wont be coming back
Fast save very friendly
Its disappointing to have to leave such a dismal review for a place I had really come to rely on and had recommended to other people, but its unavoidable and, at this point, deserved. This location used to have very reasonable wait times and attentive staff; Im not sure whats changed. Two days ago a part in my car was replaced by Firestone with a defective part. I brought it back to have it fixed, and was told it would take 30-40 minutes. I called 2 1/2 hours later to check on the job, and they hadnt even started. Good thing I didnt wait in store! After the initial repair with the faulty part, my check engine light came on. I asked them to figure out what was wrong. When the job was completed they said that the code was for a vacuum seal, that they had checked everything and it was all good, and they had test driven my car and the light had not come back on.I get in and start the car, and lo and behold, what do I see but my check engine light. It was near the end of the day and all but two of the techs were gone, so I couldnt really do anything but take it home. I called to let them know what had happened. Their response? Okay. No apology, no offer to ameliorate the problem, nothing. Im taking my car to another Firestone location tomorrow to see if theyre more competent (how could they not be?). If the other location cant deal with the issue satisfactorily, then Ill be done with Firestone for good.
Good people, Terrible service. Spent $1000 for them to fix my car that would not start.. got it home.. car wont start.
Nice guys, but i had to take my car back 3 times now for the same or similar thing to my original problem.
The guy I spoke with behind the counter was nice. However, they worked on cars that came in after me before my truck
I went on a vacation trip to Colorado with my 2 young girls back in April. On the way back my car completely went out. Turns out that my alternator broke. Mr. Mike took care of us from the first moment we walked in. He was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Actually everyone in Amarillo was nice. Mr Mike took the time to explain what went wrong with my vehicle and made sure we were back on the road by noon. I am forever grateful for him. Thank you Mr. Mike and everyone else from there. God bless y’all.
Take your money somewhere else. Rip off artists.
Unless you are desperate and need something done on a Sunday, I wouldnt bother. The last time I was there I had a flat and had to wait over an hour with a screaming baby and a hot chick comes in for an inspection and gets out in about 15 minutes (That was in the middle of the day during the week). So I think well maybe they just squeeze in the inspections, but today I go for an inspection and the wait is at least 2hrs. I was going to buy tires as well, but I guess I will find someone else to take care of my car needs.
Our car broke down, we took it in, they failed to see a hole in the radiator sent me about my way till my car broke down shortly down the road had to bring it back to get the hole fixed and now its no longer starting again horrible service would not recommend will be telling all my friends and family to stay away from this company
So I walk in there on a Sunday morning to get my oil changed before I go on my road trip, usually when i drop off a car and go shopping and out to eat, Id expect an oil change and a tire rotation to be done, came at 3 PM they did not even touch it and the employee asked if I wanted my keys, I was shocked.I understand working sundays is a hassle but to not touch a car that long and make me come back and waste gas is something else employees act like they dont care and on top of that they didnt put a next oil change service on my windshield been here a few time but Im done Id rather go to kwik kar where they dont charge much and put a date for my next time for a oil change and tire rotation!
The staff was great .but way out of my reach in expense.
Awesome as usual. This brand is my go to auto repair shop. I travel all over the country, so having a brand I can really on is very nice. This particular store was no different in the sense that I got what Ive come to expect. That is friendly and prompt service. My pickup is always well taken care of. And should anything go wrong I can always find another shop to fix the problem. Good experience.
They got us back on the road in an hour. Luckily we got there before a minor rush of sorts on Sunday morning. As it turned out all we needed was a battery instead of something else electrical system related. They were all knowledgeable and helpful, special kudos to the young lady with the purple pen. Also the tech himself took time to explain how the battery hed be putting in was slightly different from the one it would be replacing. Good place if you can get them when its not busy, which of course is hit or miss, I got lucky YMMV
They made you wait way too long.
Called ahead to get part ordered, didnt wait long for replacement, & the guys were very courteous.
I arrived at Firestone Complete Auto Care after I scheduled an appointment online. The appointment was confirmed. The lady at the front desk told me that they did not have time to do a tune up. I have contacted customer service and they are fixing the issue. Only good thing is the customer service. Western Location.
Excellent customer service and very detailed oriented..... Thank you!
Yesterday, it was getting late and my wife needed a new battery. She drove by Firestone on S. Western. Mark, the man on duty, was very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to help her out.We will be trading here much more often in the future.I would highly recommend their professional service, and genuine attitude towards their customers.
Get my oil changes they are always polite and get the vehicle out in minimum time I always go forth thing in the morning
Hanah is on top of her game. The greatest help Ive had from an auto shop in a long time. Thank you.
Exceptional customer service, representative Ronnie was extremely helpful. Very clean store. Highly recommend for your car care needs.
Needed a wheel alignment. Made appointment. Larry said he would try to get car done as quick as possible. 2hr. They had me completed I 1 hr. Thanks everyone.
Great service!!! Friendly and very helpful
Real good attention and Good service prices to choose.
Had an appointment set for 12. Waited an hour before the car was even moved into the shop. What good is an appointment if I have to wait an hour for the service to take place?
This experience has taken 6 hours total from Saturday to Sunday, not including travel time, to have an alignment completed. Think about what a person can accomplish in 6 plus hours.During the drive home, I knew I wasnt satisfied from the moment the car hit 55 on the interstate. The job was done, money was paid, and time was spent for nothing to change. The steering wheel is still placed 5° off of center just to drive straight and when the steering wheel was released the car veered right. Confusion set in, was a service no just paid for to correct the alignment? Why is the alignment still off? Maybe it is the wind of Amarillo pushing the car to one side? Maybe its the road? Drove the car for another day before calling Firestone just to verify that it wasnt me reading too much into the situation. The call to Firestone was made on Tuesday,October 17, to inform them that I was still seeing a problem with the alignment. I asked if I could bring it in the same day and the customer sales representative stated that I could leave the car with the shop and they will get to it when they have a slot. What!? Is customer satisfaction not a priority? Understanding that I am not the only customer in Amarillo I agreed that this time frame will not work and I will come in on Friday morning when I have time to spare.Returning to the Amarillo Shop, must I say it is the third time, on Friday October 20 at 730am. I was met with the same sales representative and given the look after stating my issue that I am having with the alignment. Do you know the look? The You have no idea what you are talking about look. Reluctantly the rep took the car and stated that he cant get it in for another hour. I causally look over at the alignment bay noticing that it is open ready for a car to enter but one thing is missing, a technician. As mentioned earlier in the review, manpower should be transparent to the customer however; that is the first comment from the rep,I only have two technicians right now. Looking through my schedule I decided to wait, again. Another time to wait and ponder the meaning of life while the smell of stale coffee, grease, tires and a bathroom that has not been cleaned in a week radiate through the waiting room.An hour and half later, yes 9am, with a total of seven and half hours spent on an alignment, the car is ready again. There was no charge for the service however; something curious happened while checking out. The same explanation that was received the first check out on Sunday about the beginning status and ending status (where your alignment was vs where your alignment is now) of the alignment wasnt given. Why would the process change from the first time that I checked out? Am I not a paying customer that is deserving of same explanation of the vehicles status? As I look at the receipt, I see the alignment print out peeking out from underneath. Is something being hidden? Not until I asked for the print out was it given and explanation was presented. This type of inconsistency in the way customers are handled creates a trust issues and raises many questions. Was the technician trained to perform the alignment? Was the equipment not properly calibrated for my vehicle during the original alignment? Were the numbers provided to show how a camber bolt extension was needed correct? Did I pay for an additional service that wasnt required? Should I take my car to Toyota dealer and have them check the alignment against the results given by Firestone? In conclusion, a rating of one star was given for the wait times, lack of customer satisfaction, and possible false data used to diagnose the To the owner(s), customers are asking for your help, just check out your rating. As a customer, transparency, wait times, and quality of work must be a priority. Customers trust this company to make the right choices and provide us with the correct information to make a decision about how best to spend money and time. I am requesting a detailed review by the you, the owner, of your shop.
Outstanding service and hospitality even under pressure from other customers wanting their service first. Needed a tire replace and had to call another store that had the tire I needed. They place the other and had the tire sent over and replaced in about two hours. The store had eight customers in front of me. Five of which had tire issues also, and on a Sunday afternoon prior to closing. And I still was home before five oclock dinner.
Terrible!!(the Rip Off is worth reading) I went in to get a State Inspection. Arrived at 7:10am, second person in line, still waited 30 minutes at least. Just to be told I was looking at $447.00 in maintenance fees. However, to pass inspection on the spot, I needed lightbulbs at $42.00!! No Thanks! Went to Jiffy Lube(on Ross) and no wait. I just needed lightbulbs for my license plate I was told. I went to AutoZone and bought the bulbs for $7.03(and with tax) replaced them myself in the parking lot in 3 minutes. Went back to Jiffy Lube and passed. Maintenance fees included to flush out my system, new tires and bulbs. Go at your own risk but I Never Will.
I was traveling across the country alone and woke up to a snow on the ground and my tire pressure light on. Knowing that i still had 13 hours of driving ahead i wanted to get the tire checked. Firestone was the closest tire place to the hotel I was staying at and i pulled in but they were not open yet. I stopped outside to try to find another open place and a very nice man that worked there came outside to see what i needed and ended up checking my tire, which was just a little low, and filling it and tgen refused to take any payment. He said that if his daughter was traveling alone he hoped someone would help her. I wish i remembered his name because he was amazing. I got back on the road feeling confident that my tires were ok.
Charge you a arm and a leg for a oil change DO NOT come here!
We had a great experience! The staff—especially Ronnie—was kind and professional. Our car broke down just before closing on the weekend, and they were pleasant and helpful, despite the bad timing. They handed out stickers to a mom with young kids, and shared cookies with everyone waiting. In the end, they even lowered the price of their original quote. We will definitely be going to Firestone for our future car needs (hopefully not too often, though lol).
Fabulous..Helped out to the fullest. Thanks for being open on a Sunday. Recomend this location. Great prices on oil changes
Sunday- none of the employees would even talk to us or acknowledge we were there. Moving to next Firestone on Coulter. WOW.
Went in Friday for a oil change was informed thatd it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait time which was ridiculous considering they were closing in 3 and a half hours. But I brought my own oil but they told me they couldnt use my oil unless I brought the filter as well. So I just decided to call it quits for that day and be there first thing in the morning today. So I get there and we start the process again and they informed me that it was a 2 hour wait time even through they just opened up 10 minutes prior. I agreed because I was already planning on leaving the car for a bit anyways. Now when I let them know that I had my own oil and filter today they told me they couldnt use it, its against company policy which I understand all that but they agreed to use it the day before but couldnt because no filter??? Thats complete bull and a great way to waste someones time. The only reason I was so keen on taking it to this place is because my car is low, and my drain plug is stripped, I already talked to one of the mechanics that said they can get it out and replace it. Way overpriced, long wait time, and horrible customer service wouldnt ever recommend this place.
Do lots of business with this store. Yes they get very busy and we often have to leave our vehicle there and then come back after they call. We have always received top notch, friendly and professional service.
Came on Sunday because hours showed to be open. Two locations in Amarillo closed. Need to update hours of operation. Also can’t make appointment online.
Waiting 2hrs for a scheduled appointment, unacceptable, entire service staff all leave at the same time for lunch? My truck still in the same spot, unacceptable, time is money don’t have time for your foolishness. You guys just lost my business account, respectfully.James KirkhamChief of OperationsKirkham Standard
Fast service
Great service with a smile. Price was right too. Taylor was very helpful. Cant go wrong here.
After reading all the negative responses I went in trying to give this place a positive review thinking it was just a case of only hearing the bad and not the good. Ronnie was friendly enough but it took over an hour of waiting to get a state inspection done. It was 40 minutes before I saw Ronnie even go out to my car to start the process. I thought the delay was due to waiting for someone in the shop to do it but this was not the case.... Then another 30 minutes for them to complete the inspection. If you dont mind waiting its a good enough place to get an inspection but there are other places that will get this done MUCH faster.
They are definitely on the ball! Someone put 60 lbs of air in my tire it was only suppose to have 40 they nailed it. Plus i got a FREE air gauge!!!
They wouldnt switch out a used tire for me! They said it had to be new to switch out which is just another way for them to scam me into buying new from them!
My sister inlaw went in there to get a tire fixed and the man named Mike C was completely rude. she called me, my wife, and mother in law to come help her out because her card wasnt being accepted. As soon as we walked in he greeted my mother in law with a very rude what do you want little girl! Mike C. would not communicate with us he was completely rude when we were asking questions he would just look at us as if we were idiots and would ignore the questions being asked. we were having difficulty with the card reader and he wouldnt tell us what the problem was so my mother in law had to use her card to pay and once she did that he finally said something and even then it seemed as if he hated his job. Ive seen mutliple complaints about how terrible this man is towards his customers the unprofessionalism Mike C. displayed today is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning to that specific Firestone. We have been Firestone customers for years and have never experienced disrespect like this anywhere. I have always referred people to Firestone because of the good customer service there but Mike C. Really ruined that for me and my family.
Always great. Fast friendly service.
All they know how to do is put air in a tire. Traveling back home from Colorado had a tire pressure light come on. Stopped in and the guy was all ready to help me until I said I just need to get a flat checked out. With 2 hours to close he said we are all booked up and dont have time. Really all we can do is put air in it. There was 2 vehicles on lifts and none in the parking lot. Is it bad that Walmart actually could fix it.
Had to get an inspection and the only place open on Sundays was firestone. Never had been there before but everyone there was super friendly and the front desk guy named Ronnie was super helpful. I will definitely come back next time I need anything for my jeep.
My wife went to the store on Western, the manager told her that her car didnt have any antifreeze in it at all. She brought it home, I checked it, it was good down to 30 below. They lie and prey on women.
Popped in after work to see what the wait time was on a new battery, realizing there was a good chance they would be busy. The man behind the counter could not have sighed louder before he said its gonna be a loooooong time. Aside from his poor social skills, this did not upset me. I asked to schedule an appointment foe the following day. He said first thing in the morning (7 am) with a sly grin. Fine. I arrived to the location 3 minutes past 7 and waited for someone to unlock the doors for 20+ minutes before I realized I was wasting a perfectly good morning. Bounced over to Advanced Auto Parts (where they open at their posted times regardless of scheduled appointments with customers) and they had a new battery installed within 20 minutes. Sure, I paid $5 more, but the friendly and helpful gentleman behind the counter was worth every dollar.
Im usually pretty forgiving when it comes to service but they had such bad attitudes!
To damn slow, one tire should take 10 minutes not 10 hours! Same story time after time but my grandmother just has to use Firestone. Do not recommend
Got me in and out very good service
Good place to take you vehicle for basic repair and service.
The staff was very helpful and took care of my cars needs.
Good price on tires and lifetime alignment. However they will recommend other services that are expensive. Cheaper to do the work yourself if you have the tools.
Went in to get help with a security lug nut and Ronnie was nothing but helpful and kind, he got me set up and ready in less than 10 minutes and was super knowledgeable as well! 10/10 where ill be goinf for all my mechanical needs
We came in for an oil change. The staff were friendly and curteous
I am a mechanic... these guys called me and told me my inner tie rod wouldnt spin so I needed to spend $280 to replace it... the inner tie rod is not touched during an alignment. Liers and thieves. The look on their faces when I walked in in my work shirt haha. Like a crap we tried to con a mechanic. I am calling BBB and corporate. Ill also have the news station on this. Enjoy
The best store in Amarillo to visit is the one off Coulter and I-40.
Excellent representative of quality delivering chain. Knowledgeable staff..Excellent service.
Been here since 7 am to get my tire patched. One person in front of me, waited 30 in line while the guy behind the counter chit-chated with the customer in front of me about the World Series and everything else under the sun. No worries I dont have to be at work or anything.... 8 am still havent even pull my car into the shop. This place is a freakin joke.
