Harrison just installed our alarm. He was very kind, respectful and more than professional! He set up everything in no time and was explanatory on the system. Unlike a previous national company I had been with since 2008 there is very minimal if anything hiding and dangling down in big boxes in closets!! The system cleartouch monitor is modern and sleek and not like the “old school” keypads. Although, he literally left just minutes ago, we are more than happy! I am assuming Harrison is the face of the company if not high management. If not, he should be!

Let me start off with great customer service. Helped me know exactly what I was looking for. The staff is fantastic here you can trust what they say & not expect the classic run around. The company really seems to care and take interest into what there customers truly need. They answer questions without any problem and I’m so glad to finally be able to feel safe and secure with first alarm.

We originally called first alarm to service our smoke detectors and ended up with all new fire alarm system and a full security and surveillance system in our home. Harrison pitched us the security system they install and the features and I could not believe how affordable a professional system like this could be.We had attempted trying a vivint system at our old houses and had a terrible experience with cameras not working and system always being offline. That is not the case with our new system that First Alarm installed! We paid almost the same amount for the budget security system (that didn’t work )as we did for this professional system fully installed with more equipment and features.We tried to find everything wrong with the system the first week and Harrison was able to show us how to utilize the app and the panels to fine tune the system to be exactly what we needed for our home. I love that the “customer service” and support is local and always just a call away in case I need anything added to the system or changed.The only issue I have with this company is they need more advertising! I wish I would have known about this company years ago. Would have saved me a lot of money and frustration. I do and will highly recommend 1st Alarm. Make sure you ask for Harrison!

Ive been using this company for over five years. They are very professional. I trust them enough to leave them alone at my business or home when they are repairing or installing. I use them at two different business locations and my home. The monitoring people are very quick. When I accidentally set my alarm off, they call me in under 20 seconds and when I dont answer, the cops have been dispatched and arrive within minutes. The system is very dependable and I have only had no more than one repairs at each location over the 5 years. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!! I feel very safe using their system in my home and businesses.

I just had my system installed, and I couldnt be more impressed with the professionalism of this company. Justin did the install and he was very professional. He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions, he went over the instructions for the system, and he was not only patient but encouraged me to work through different scenarios, like checking the mail, opening windows, going out to the garage, and coming back in for something after setting the alarm. He gave me plenty of window stickers and placed a sign in my front yard and screwed another to the fence. He was very neat and cleaned up any debris from drilling screws.

Called to get a proposal on replacement of a Vivint system. Talked with Brian who promised to get by in a Monday. Never showed never called. Does not respond to texts or voicemails. Called office again on another property we own. Wanted system checked out before renters take possession. They are not interested in even looking at the system if they don’t monitor.
