The young looking Hispanic lady was truly awesome in helping me pick out another phone and then she took time out to transfer my stuff from one phone to the other. Great service.

Had no idea how to solve problem,to many apps on phone.New phone,alot of apps I will never use.If my data is used again so fast.Time to shop around.I also called customer support,he did not know what to do so he transferred me to someone had went home,I did call after 5pm.truly disappointed in support help.location is1002 east amarillo blvd.

Boost mobile is convenent for me. I perfer Metro Pcs though because if your late paying ur bill they will give u a two day extention.

Dont do business with this location. If it doesnt involve spending money here, they dont care. I had an issue with a phone here and all I needed was a little help. I had already done the footwork with Samsung, however their werr two girls at the store who wouldnt even get up out of their stools to even make an effort. They just sat there without even looking up information on the computer. They didnt even try. They just sat. There are other Boost stores with way better customer service. Do yourself a favor, do business with another location.

I dont like this store. I like their service though. Store was just hot and not in a good area of town.
